I have been a patient of Dr. Biscaro for several years. He always greets me with a cheerful and interested demeanor as he enters the room. He asks how "we" can help you today. He explains what he or his staff is/will be doing during my appointment. If a referral is needed for further evaluation, he provides important information needed to schedule an appointment with that provider. He encourages me to let him know if I have trouble making that appointment so he or his staff can intervene on my behalf. I and my husband are very pleased to have been under his care!

He listens and quickly gives me an answer then follows it up with a paper copy of what he told me, I am old and forgetful so I appreciate that. My provider was excellent. She up dated all of my Diabetic imformation. I got a new & better long term insulin. It seems to be working very well! I already feel better! She had my eyes tested to make sure they dont have diabetis in my eyes. I am having problems with Lumber area on back from a low Diabetis fall. Dr. Was quick to reconize area that was hurt! I was sent to get X-Rays. I also got blood tests ordered for A1C, liver, Choelesterol, and many tests from blood drawal! Doctor took execellent care of me!

She really spent time to figure out the problem. Did not rush the discussion of various reasons for the symptoms. Might have solved the problem, will wait and see.

He is a very caring n knowledgeable doctor! The best I've had the whole time I've been going to Legacy! I would highly recommend him! He explains things so you understand what he is saying! I am unhappy that I cannot have Dr Sicard as my primary care doctor. He spent time listening to my concerns, asked questions, and made me he wasn't just rushing through the appointment. That is the level of service Legacy, or any other health care provider, needs to provide. My primary care doctors/PAs are constantly changing/moving on from the Legacy Clinic I am associated with. I don't feel I have a partner in my health care with the constant changes. Ability to reach the office to schedule appointments is getting much better. There were times in the past that I had to call back several times just to get an answer on the phone. This was very frustrating. I like the direction Legacy is going with response times.

Lisa Jones has been an excellent primary care physician to myself and my entire family for many years now. Scheduling a visit is getting more difficult as the population grows out here, and it's gotten considerably worse over the last couple of years. The number of providers working in this St Helens clinic is insufficient for the growing population. This is the only thing I see that could use improvement.
