Very pleasant, treated wonderful ..I tend to talk alot .so they were very patient and I appreciated all of them.

Office atmosphere clean, pleasant, comfortable and bright. ALL staff very friendly and professional. Dr. Steele was personable as always, and made me feel comfortable and listened to. He is honest and caring and aware of my medical history. I feel fortunate to have this team as my care team!

Dr. Koehler is very focused on my issues and takes time to listen so he can make the best medical decisions for me possible. In addition, the whole staff is friendly and courteous. They're extra skillful when administering injections. I'd rate them a 10 in the medical world.

Outstanding doctor !

You need to fix your HVAC in the waiting room. It was in the low 60's inside. All the office staff had heaters on under their desk and had to wear coats. To wait in the office is a sure recipe to come down with a cold or some other respiratory disease.

I was well cared for. Wonderful communication skills from receptionist to practitioner. Would prefer less hold time when scheduling an appointment. Yes I know I can self schedule on My Heath but I am from an older generation that still prefers human interaction. More receptionists please.

I was very happy with the doctor. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable with her. Her assistant however was the complete opposite. I had to get an ekg done and I made it very clear that I didn't want my chest completely exposed during the process and she did not at all respect my wishes. I felt very exposed and uncomfortable. As much as I liked the doctor this experience made me consider choosing another doctor. This is not the first time I have left feeling this way and Is why I have been looking for a new provider. The assistant needs some refreshing on respecting patients privacy. And not being rude when they want to stay covered.

Dr. Aurand is the best doctor I've ever had. I have medical trauma that makes me extremely anxious, but her kindness, willingness to listen, and respect for my boundaries have helped my trauma so much I've been able to do medical tests (like an echo) I never would have been able to before! I am very fragile, as an autistic/ADHD/PTSD/depressed/ect. Person, and she has made feel comfortable in a space I never thought I could feel comfortable in. A life saver, a true example of the compassion behind being a doctor.

To have a doctor who always listens to you and one whom you never doubt his advice on your medical needs or procedures is a blessing. Never once in my 10 yrs have I had reason to question anything Dr. Steele has said or advised for my medical problems.

Having to make another appt for other health concerns that may be chronic is an insurance scam. It is normal to discuss all at annual exam time- the insurance took that away from us and is just a money scam. Is shameful.

First time to establish care - there wasn't much of a "getting to know you" but I realize we had a bit to talk about. Seemed more of a "what's next" on the list versus trying to dive in

Your receptionist was dismissive and not explaining why the need to ask for information. Finally, after my questioning - stated the multiple questions were for verification. I do not know why after she had scanned my identification and insurance card. Handed me a document on a clipboard to verify and walked away. She was bothered I stayed at the desk and stated that I am checked in without walking back over to me. I asked if she wanted the form back as I had verified the information was correct. I told her I did not want the document. She had very poor ability in communicating what she was doing and why. This was the worst part of my visit.

This was a 1st time visit in finding a new Dr. And my experience was great. For sure will be seeing her again.

The biggest disappointment from this entire appointment was the fact that appointments are only booked for 20 minutes. This simply isn't enough time to get an accurate assessment of more in depth health issues that I've been experiencing for months now. I was then told to make a follow up appointment in 3 weeks. It would truly help patients feel like you guys are actually there to help us as the patient if our health concerns weren't cut off after 20 short minutes. As a new patient at Legacy this is making me consider seeking healthcare elsewhere where it actually feels like the provider is there to provide care not push follow up appointments that keep me paying more money each visit to leave with no answers. Overall Dr Hafner did try to address my concerns and ordered imaging and labs which I did greatly appreciate.

Everyone in the office has been fantastic every time I've come in. I usually have to books months in advance which isn't great If I'm having concerns, but It makes sense that such great providers would be busy.

Brent cooper is a phenomenal care provider. I went to him about a sensitive issue and he handled it so well, with professionalism and courtesy. I felt heard, cared for, and less stressed after seeing him. He also remembered several details from our last visit and made sure to address them while I was at this visit, which was very helpful since I was not in the state of mind to recall everything myself. I am so thankful for his care I routinely drive an hour for our appointments, as opposed to finding a new provider.

Getting an appointment was very difficult. I like to schedule my appointments months out and not try to get a same day or next day appointment. I was told to call a week before my desired appointment. I called and everything was filled. Told to call on Friday morning for a Monday or Tuesday appt. I called and was told all Monday and Tuesday appts were filled. The office person was not helpful at all. I even threatened to find another doctor because this system was not working for me. She said she understood. I really didn't want to find another office so sent Dr Steele a message. He had his office manager call me and got me in on Tuesday. This whole situation was very disturbing. I would like ability to schedule an appointment when it is appropriate for me to be see . This Legacy appointment system needs some revamping.

I really like seeing Dr. Saunders himself, but I know he is not in the office every day, so I accepted that it would take a few weeks to get an appointment with him. It's worth it to me to wait, at least when it's not too urgent.

I'm almost 74, the older I get the mor doctors I see. Dr Aurand is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. She always makes me feel taken care of. She listens to me. And I always get a hug before I leave. Medicine is more than blood tests and pills. It's one human helping another. Dr Aurand excels at human connection.You are lucky to have her.

I was surprised when my provider didn't listen to my heart or lungs. She had a mask on and it seemed like she had dark glasses on. It was difficult to relate to her.

This was my initial visit with this provider since my previous doctor retired. It was a good visit.

My doctor and her assistant where very very caring and gentle and fun and really cared about how I was doing mentally and physically I was surprised they were so thorough with how my state of mind and life is going it was an excellent experience.

I like this clinic as I've been a patient for many years however I will no longer recommend family or friends because there are no other doctors accepting new patients and Romy Hafner has no concern for her patients and no compassion whatsoever! She didn't even listen to my heart or lungs, or do the typical exam that is supposed to be done at every visit, even though she lied on the paperwork for the insurance and said she did! Legacy can do so much better!!!!

MY problem is, I have gone so long without proper care, I have MANY Health PROBLEMS and NO Diagnosis in 3 years. Dr Muzic was well aware of that, and she actually took some action to begin helping me get started. Problem right now is I have so many issues to address, they cannot be done in one appt! Right now when I finish with this I am going to have to call the clinic, because I dont believe I was asked for a follow up visit, from the Dr or staff. I would like to keep on this to begin getting the help I need. It has affected my mental health too. Being in pain, not feeling well, not getting the proper help, is NOT GOOD.In fact it has added onto this past 3 years in NOT A GOOD WAY.

Dr. Lowder and Dr. Cooper at Camas clinic have been wonderful at trying to find the cause of mysterious symptoms I've had for over a year. They have taken a serious interest in finding out the best way to help. I couldn't ask for 2 better doctors!

I absolutely love my primary care doctor, Kelly Aurand. Although she is in office part time, she is ALWAYS attentive and responses to questions submitted in My Chart. She takes time to ensure all my questions answered when we meet in the office. She is an absolute gem

This provider is the best I've had; he's kind, compassionate and smart; he listens well and is proactive in my care. I recommend him to everyone.

Friendly back office staff including medical assistant, physician and lab tech/phlebotomist. Front office staff was being difficult with verifying insurance plan, made a big deal like I lied about my insurance plan when the appointment was made. I have private insurance coverage through my job at a FQHC site so the discrimination was uncalled for. Receptionist was fixated on the fact that my insurance card did not specify Blue Cross as my insurance plan and said that the card is the "wrong one" but that is the only card issued by the health plan I have through work. The encounter with the receptionist did not leave a good impression for my first visit at the clinic but my experience with the back office staff was excellent.

I have been Dr. Kohler's patient since moving to Vancouver 10 years ago. He is the best primary care physician I have had and I am 91 years old. Treat him well!!!!

I do not make medical recommendations , I did not like the fact that I couldn't address all my issues in one appointment. I drove from Salmon Creek to Camas for this appointment and was not told there was a time limit. Very irritating. A video appointment was offered to talk about my remaining issues.

Romey Hafner was respectful and listened well to my health concerns and helped develop a plan for health care. However, her assistant was rude and disrespectful. I was very disappointed to be treated the way I was by her. Either she was having a very bad day, or she didn't like that I wore a mask, or she doesn't respect mature women. I felt like I may need to find a new provider if I have to be treated like this, but next time I am prepared to say something. It is not ok to behave like she did, very unpleasant and disrespectful. I expect more from my health care providers. I wonder if anyone will even read this or care! Surveys like this are just a waste of time.

This was a follow up visit after a hospitalization for diverticulitis. Dr Muzik was completely aware of the hospital stay and had the information from my release and visit. She zoomed in on the fact that white cell counts were high and potassium was low. She suggested and ordered blood work to get a grasp on where they stood 10 days later. This is my 2nd visit with Dr Muzik. I was completely impressed with her compassion, her knowledge of my condition and she offered her continued support to my up coming situation of a colonoscopy and possible surgery. I felt very good and confident after seeing her.

Happily paid for a physical. Why doesn't Aetna pay for it? If I have a regular physical shouldn't it end up costing the insurance company less?I have removed my cell phone number from my information because reception is very poor where I am but I keep being asked for it. I do not want to miss important messages. How do I get the message across that my landline is reliable?

This clinic has always been great. No waiting between entering clinic, to getting in with assistant, to seeing Dr Koehler. Both treat me with respect. Dr Koehler explains my concerns so I understand it. Always a pleasure to come in for an appointment.

My visit with Dr Hendricks went very well. She is not my normal provider as I normally see Dr louder. But she filled in very well and help me with my issue thank you.

It would be nice to be able to schedule the Wellness and/or physical exam in My Chart. Having to call for an appointment is fine but it would be easier for me to do it online.

This provider is great. However, there's a major issue when it comes to getting an ultra sound or MRI scheduled. Numerous times, I've had to call, sit on hold and then leave a message. I've had to do this for days in a row with no call back to get it scheduled. Currently, I'm supposed to get an MRI, but it's over a week and no word. I called BCBS insurance and they approved the MRI, but now Dr Steele's office said it's denied. So, I'm in the middle without care and it's frustrating.

My only complaint is my doctor ordered multiple labs tests, and there was an older order I specifically asked them NOT to do it and they did anyway.

I was expecting the provider will check my lungs when I was there to get treated for cold and respiratory infection. I was asked if I had wheezing which I don't know for sure.

It is not easy to make an appointment with Dr. Saunders due to his office hours, so I often need to see another doctor. I try to make an appointment with him when I can. I do not mind at all waiting in the clinic on the day of my appointment. He takes time explaining and I don't feel rushed.

Dr. Steele is absolutely the best in all respects. My lowest ratings are to do with limiting scheduling to 3 days out. Now I can no longer schedule through MyChart; I've tried many times and was told It works for some people and not others. Now I have to call. Took 2 days of calls to get a day and time that worked. How is this to the patients advantage???? How are people to plan ahead; especially those who work and need to pre-arrange time off???? Having to do scheduling through phone calls is a giant step backwards. And never in my life have I encountered only being able to schedule 3 days out. This makes NO sense at all.

1st visit with Dr n almost declined since it was male dr but VERY glad I didn't. Dr was so great and it me at ease right away. He was up on my previous medical issues, asked & answered all my questions. Very professional but never made me feel as though there was a time clock. 24 hours later I am feeling almost like new. He stepped in when my own primary car dr was unavailable.

As a retired RN I am surprised that on both of my last annual wellness visits a physical assessment like lungs, heart, etc were not done only a verbal exam was done. This is basic stuff and the best practice. What if my heart rate was irregular for example??

Dr. Stelle always makes me feel like I am his only patient, shows empathy for my needs and clearly explains next steps to me.

Upon approaching the receptionist, I expected to make my co pay and show proof of my identity. I expected questions and had no problems with answering her questions. I did not,however, appreciate how she commented on how much I owed on my bill, which was being paid on, and speaking out loud in front of other people the amount I owe. I was shocked that other people were allowed to hear my personal information. When I contacted Legacy about this I was told it's common practice. I will find out the legalities and will not stop here.

There was an immediate and positive response to my question about a Watchman implant, with the logistics for the possible procedure put in place, plus a related Electrocardiogram procedure was set up. My PCP's schedule was full for this needed Immediate evaluation, so Dr. Koehler In the same office filled in nicely; this was the first time I met him and I feel he handled the situation very well, considering all the moving parts.

I dislike the new scheduling format. I have to follow up every 6 months and I usually schedule after each appointment. With also being in medical it's hard to give my employer just a few days notice for my appointments. We usually have to give 2 weeks notice. And now legacy won't allow you to schedule out appointments like medication follow ups.

I feel extremely comfortable with both Dr. Muzik and Dr. Lowder and staff. I Feel confident in their care and interest in what is important for my health needs

I've been with Dr. Steele for about 10 years and he'a the best!!! He's realistic and listens, respectful and treats me as an adult, not some idiot child getting lectured or pushing some agenda.

Dr. Muzik is a kind doctor, but her insistance to set up an appointment and repeat tests is unacceptable. There are times that a lab visit or message will suffice, but Dr. Muzik wants an in person appointment for everything and then doesn't listen once I am there? I feel that she doesn't trust my evaluation of my own body and that is not the type of provider that works well for me.

First time with this dr. Mine left. Filled out everything on line and was given several sheets of questions when I got there. They were the same as I did on line. Not necessary.

The only issue if I have to mention one is just likely due to something that was not in my control or the control of the receptionist. She seemed a bit distracted by something that made her smile seem almost disingenuous. But it may not be something she was able to control.

Your process for scheduling a visit is bizarre. I first called to make an appointment for my annual physical and was told you only scheduled out 3 days which did not work for my schedule. I called 2 weeks later and was told the next possible appointment date was 3 weeks out. Which is it? I think you need to figure it out! I am retired but have an active life. I need to schedule routine visits in advance. Something is wrong with how you schedule appointments!!!!
