Dr. Farrell is excellent. She listens well and addresses my concerns. She is clear in her explanations and is practical in her approach to problems and needs. She's efficient in how she manages her time and tasks in the exam room yet I never feel rushed or dismissed.I especially like being able to use MyHealth to communicate to her any concerns in between visits and she always answers in a timely manner, usually the same day or the next day.I would highly recommend her to family and friends however her patient time in clinic is extremely limited and I'm assuming her practice is closed to new patients.

Excellent care from beginning to end.

Dr. Terrazona Yu is very knowledgeable about update information about standard of care but she approached me as though I am trying to pull something over on her. I asked her about some spotting post menopause and she could have referred me to a gynecologist at that point but instead had me come in and do a pap smear - at which point she still referred me out to a gynecologist. I am having problems with continued sinus infection and she told me that it's chronic and I should get used to it or go back to my ENT - who is difficult to get into in a timely manner. She also hadn't read my chart and didn't remember that I had a CT scan for abdominal pain and was going to order another one until I reminded her. My previous doctor used to read my chart before she made recommendations for labs/tests. My observation is that Dr. Terrazona-Yu likes the knowledge/expertise aspect of being a doctor but maybe not the patient relationship as much. I feel that there are times when she comes across as dismissive. I hope this is just a me problem. We have a terrible primary care doctor shortage in Oregon and probably nationally so we need to support the ones we have but I will likely switch because I am, unfortunately medically complicated, due to a chronic condition and need someone who will work with me person to person.

Its ben nigh impossible to get an appointment with sleep medicines as referred.And I was referred to orthopedics after I got an xray on my leg. However orthopedics doesnt see people with injuries not on joints. I called the referral nurse to ask for a different referral and they never called me back

I personally love my doctor in the clinic that I go to and I'm just really grateful to have people that understand my needs. Regardless of my nationality or sex. Overall in my visit I will give them a 10 they are always very good that job is not easy to do so for anybody doing it I give them a plus. Sometimes it's not easy but they manage to handle it very well and I think it's okay at times if people are not their self. We are all humans. So I would give my doctor clinic all of them at 10 which means very good service.

Dr Kyle Lawson poo-pooed my new hip and back pain issues. He said most likely It's just my age and arthritis. I'm only 63! He felt my pain could be improved with PT. I said how do we know there is no injury in my back. He finally agreed with me to do xrays and did order xrays for my back but neglected to include in the orders an xray for my hip, where most of my pain is and the main reason for my visit with him.

The security didn't clean the screening bins between patients and didn't have anything to wipe it down with. The person ahead of me had a runny nose and kept touching it with their hands, then touching their stuff. Forcing us to put our belongings in contaminated bins and not cleaning it between patients is going to spread infection.

Teri McCallam NP is my new medical provider. She replaced Dr Steven Seres who relocated, necessitating this change. She was assigned and I wasn't really given a choice and I was very apprehensive. However, after the first minute of meeting her I knew I had been blessed a second time, with another practitioner that would help me attain my health goals, working together towards improving every aspect of my quality of life Teri McCallam is a blessing to me !!!

Health care is very expensive for me. Seems like all my providers seemed shocked that I have finicial questions. Nobody seems prepaired to talk about costs for procedures and care. The only answer I get is contact your insurance. Insurance maxes out at $22,000 per year. Why cant I manage procedures needed with in that cost?

Almost no time in waiting room, better than in the past. I wasn't asked to re-answer Qs I've answered many time before. Dr Smith came in very soon after the MA. She spent a decent amt of time addressing my concerns.

I really like my doctor but it is very difficult to get in to see her in a timely manner. I usually have to wait several weeks for an appt., and even then I can only get like a 20 minute appt, which is not enough time to have a truly thorough visit.

This provider had to told directly to perform a basic physical exam. Would not have performed if not explicitly asked. Continued to refer to statistics saying he has 1800 patients. Made me feel like a number not a person. Did not listen and could not elaborate thoughts appropriately. Inappropriately chuckled when he believed he was right during a back and forth discussing symptoms. Did not feel heard nor seen by this provider. This provider will cause damage at some point in career with the mindset of treatment by statistics and not providing thorough care.

Wait time to be seen was long but she always gives you all of her attention. She is very thorough in my visits and follows me closely.

I will not be continuing care with Dr. Lawson because of that. My wife and I will not continue using this provider and will be looking elsewhere to establish care.

Dr. Tewfik is a good communicator. He gave me plenty of time to express my concerns. He made a number of helpful recommendations and referals. Most of my interactions with this provider and staff have been on MyHealth portal, not the telephone. The delay in seeing me in the exam room seemed to be because of a difficult situation with the previous patient and needing more time. The doctor takes the time needed to attend to his patients' needs.

Every time I have my annual health exam with blood work I request a vitamin d test and I amALWAYS hassled about it by dr. Tewfik. Saying it's not covered under insurance and I will pay out of pocket and how he will get a call fromSomeone bc he approved it what is the big deal? It's MY health and a test I WANT and will pay for and frankly I'm sick of the harassment. Give me the tests I want and I will pay for it. It's ridiculous to give me a hard time for a Vit D test when I always test low and trying to get it to a healthier place. VIT D levels are crucial to many functions within the body so honor my request. :)

Dr. Smith is a great caring Doctor. My only complaint is she is so busy I can't get in in a timely manner. For example, I was in ICU for 4days. When discharged I was to make an appointment with my primary Dr. Within a week. It took me a month and a half. When I did finally see her, she answered all my questions, checked areas on me that needed attention. She explained things I didn't understand. She is a great Doctor. I just wish it was easier for me to make an appointment when I really need to see her.

With covid restrictions lifted, I would like a return of information folders and magazines to waiting rooms, including ID of providers within the clinic. Had appt. CXL due to dr. Being ill. Rescheduled within 2 weeks, asked office staff if I would need to complete check-in forms again. Had no idea. Also asked about office giving RSV shots, no idea. Hard to believe that I'm the only patient with basic questions.

Dr. Tewfik is very thorough and capable, but he moves and talks very quickly. Personally, I like that, but I don't know if I would recommend that for friends or family. Maybe he works more slowly for patients who prefer that, I don't know.

The metal detection and complete search of all my personal items, including looking in my magazines and medical record file folders was ridiculous. What an immature assessment of risk. People have gotten shot at Home Depot's and restaurants- there are no metal detectors to get in there. This is a patient clinic. How many dollars are being used to fund this performative nonesense rather than providing medical care? No wonder blue cross is dropping you when you are spending millions on this.

But when I brought up an example of what I experienced with my ear crud after not eating sugar for 3 weeks he apparently didn't think at first that it was relevant to the subject and urged me to stay on subject, whIch was diabetes. I explained to him that it was related. My question might have seemed to him a bit random in the overall context of the subject of diabetes.

My wife and I can't get a replacement primary care doctor or a geriatric doctor in Legacy since Dr, Seres left the practice back in May and Dr. Root has retired . I wished you would get those positions filled. Thank you.

Great experience with my provider. However, I called to get a new patient appt in June 2023 and the first available was Jan 4, 2024. That is way too long to wait to establish care.

Disappointed to hear that Dr.Tewfik is 40% over his patient care capacity ~ therefore,I still do not have a new primary care physician since Dr. Daniel Urbach's retirement. No referrals are available either!

She was confrontational and argued with me over a 0.25 mg Xanax prescription and insinuated I must be taking too many. (28 in the bottle). Ordered blood work and snarkely said your kidney function wasn't great last time". She hadn't read the chart. My creatinine was high in May I assume because I was 4 weeks into severe colitis and couldn't stay hydrated. I've been patient of Dr Urbach for over 30 years. She was assigned' apparently to do my annual. She was not warm and friendly, she did not appear to be empathetic, I was astounded she wanted me to bring my pill bottle in next time to count the pills!!!!! Seriously? I've been a med mal paralegal for 48 years. I told her that. I am well aware of issues with benzos. They are prescribed for anxiety as I need to use. After she had me sign opioid contract she left. She didn't ask any other questions about issues I might be having or concerns and at that point I was livid so wouldn't have been productive. I do not want her involved in my care again

I have always had excellent care at this clinic. This was my first visit with this particular provider and she was just as excellent as the other providers that I have seen. I have lived alot of years and the medical care at this facility with all the people who work there has been the best care I have ever experienced.

The Doctor Helped answer questions I had and want to ask .

The doctor was not aware I was there for an annual Medicare wellness check and didn't allow for more time. Why not? Fortunately, he was not too busy that day. Legacy records were not up to date on my vaccination records. Why not? My pharmacist said that's because the doctor's office has not retrieved the information from the national ALERT medical database.

I had to wait almost 1 year to get an appointment, eventhough my concern of losing weight....unbelievable!!!!

Dr Smith listens well & responded to an email correspondence a few weeks ago. I was very impressed with her follow thru! I feel valued!!

I generally like Dr Tewfik, and my comments and ratings in this survey aren't necessarily representative of my general feelings. But there was a major misunderstanding during this meeting. I was asked to come in for a controlled substances discussion. I had no idea I would be asked to take a drug test, and I was not told what the drug test was screening for. I assumed it was screening for OPIs which I have a prescription for. I was made aware that it was also screening for amphetamines. I don't have a problem with any of these things. However I do use marijuana recreationally from time to time, and did a few weeks ago. I am currently applying for new life insurance, and have intentionally abstained for over 3 weeks, and tested myself recently and was clean at 20 ng in the middle of the day. The test I was asked to do, included screening for marijuana at 19 ng, It was taken first thing in the morning, before I had drunk anything, and I would of absolutely not consented to doing the test if I had known this. I know how sensitive marijuana tests are, and how long it takes to clear the system. I now have a giant red flag on my medical record despite being an incredibly healthy individual, who does not use alcohol, and uses marijuana recreationally occasionally with decent balance. I'm extremely unhappy about this.

Dr. Tewfik is fantastic. My former primary care doctor recently retired. Dr. Tewfik saw me for this appointment acting as a substitute primary care doctor. He had studied my medical record very thoroughly. He was very well prepared to discuss my medical situation with me. I left very Impressed by Dr. Tewfik. I wish I could have him for my new primary care doctor.

My doctor is very dismissive of me, regularly getting up and saying "I'll walk you out."

This was my first visit with Dr. Tewfik. It all went very well except that he seemed rushed.

It took 4 days for my regular health care provider to respond to my portal. I called and left messages after the 2 and 3 day but got no call back to an urgent health care need.

Dr. Tarrazon-Yu is very responsive if I message her with a question through My Chart. I appreciate that. I appreciate that she referred me to an endocrinologist to manage my osteoporosis. She Is very attentive.

Excellent doctor and staff! My concern Is rush/pressure created by healthcare system to see patients for short Intervals - unfortunate.

Dr Tewfik has been my primary care doctor for many years and he has always provided the best care. He listens to my concerns, answers my questions in a way that is easily understood, recommends the right treatment for any health issues I've experienced. The reception and nursing staff are always very friendly, professional and courteous.

Dr. Smith is such a joy to work with - she listens carefully and makes recommendations that are sensible and achievable. MA Amanda went above and beyond, tracking me down when I left my Kindle there, and ensuring I got it back safely. Great provider, great office staff!

My disability was NOT taken seriously. I was treated disrespectfully for requesting medication I have taken for nearly a decade. I expressed my Inability to read a form, and Instead of accommodating my disability, I was treated like a drug addict. I was forced to "cold turkey" from these meds and it has severely impacted my life. I am about to lose my job, I totaled my car, and am completely unable to function without my medication. How this clinic mishandled this situation was despicable, and I am actively seeking legal advice.

He said he won't be my provider.He was rushed, impersonal.

First time meeting Dr. Tewfik, excellent meeting! Took the the time to talk and listen to me, was very attentive because of my age of 81! I was in good health and wanted to keep that way!!!

Facility is terrible. Needs paint. Things are broken. Invest a bit. This is your reflection to patients. The lab used to be good, it is absolute terrible now. What changed?

I have been a patient of this clinic for over 20 years. When I knew Dr Seres was leaving I tried to get transferred to another provider. It took me 6 months to get an appointment with someone else. I had to call the office to get my prescriptions filled. And I had a mammogram done in July that no one in your office looked at the results. It was normal but I think I was the only one who looked at the results. Dr Tewfik was fine to see but it would have been nice to have follow up after Dr Seres left

The doctor explained what was going on and gave some great options that weren't antibiotics. I liked him a lot
