The foods we serve—and how they're grown—are vital to the health of our community, and to the future of our environment. Legacy Health offers locally grown and organic foods in our hospital cafeterias. We're committed to:
- Buying food supplies locally
- Choosing foods grown in environmentally friendly facilities
- Working with local farmers and food groups to support sustainable practices
We also provide a drop-off site for a local community-supported farm and invite local farmers to sell fresh produce to employees and visitors at several of our hospital campuses.
