What is the status of the negotiation between Legacy Health and United?

  • We are happy to share that Legacy and United have agreed to a new contract. 
  • We apologize for the anxiety and stress that these negotiations have caused you. We look forward to continuing to care for you and your family. 

How does this currently affect me as a United member and Legacy patient?

  • There are no changes. You can continue to see your Legacy doctor and use Legacy hospitals and services and Legacy-GoHealth Urgent Care. 

I have a procedure or appointment scheduled and I’m a United member. What does this mean for me?

  • If you have an appointment scheduled, please plan on attending as you normally would. 
  • If you cancelled, due to uncertainty about the United negotiations, please contact us and we will be happy to schedule you. 

What is the duration of the new contract with United?
