Legacy Urgent Care–Woodburn offers convenient, compassionate medical care to treat minor injuries and illnesses. Whether your doctor is unavailable or you don't have a doctor, we're here to help.

If you are having chest pain, symptoms of a stroke, or signs of another serious injury or illness, please call 911.

Parking

A parking lot is available on-site with free parking.

Go to the emergency department if you have the following symptoms:

• Chest pain or severe chest pressure (call 911)
• Confusion/disorientation
• Difficulty breathing, shortness of breath
• Headaches, migraines
• Head injury
• Stomach pain
