My provider was excellent. She up dated all of my Diabetic imformation. I got a new & better long term insulin. It seems to be working very well! I already feel better! She had my eyes tested to make sure they dont have diabetis in my eyes. I am having problems with Lumber area on back from a low Diabetis fall. Dr. Was quick to reconize area that was hurt! I was sent to get X-Rays. I also got blood tests ordered for A1C, liver, Choelesterol, and many tests from blood drawal! Doctor took execellent care of me!

She really spent time to figure out the problem. Did not rush the discussion of various reasons for the symptoms. Might have solved the problem, will wait and see.

He is a very caring n knowledgeable doctor! The best I've had the whole time I've been going to Legacy! I would highly recommend him! He explains things so you understand what he is saying! I am unhappy that I cannot have Dr Sicard as my primary care doctor. He spent time listening to my concerns, asked questions, and made me he wasn't just rushing through the appointment. That is the level of service Legacy, or any other health care provider, needs to provide. My primary care doctors/PAs are constantly changing/moving on from the Legacy Clinic I am associated with. I don't feel I have a partner in my health care with the constant changes. Ability to reach the office to schedule appointments is getting much better. There were times in the past that I had to call back several times just to get an answer on the phone. This was very frustrating. I like the direction Legacy is going with response times.

I have no current complaints with my care. I am as always very grateful for the care I receive from Legacy Healthcare. Lisa Jones has been an excellent primary care physician to myself and my entire family for many years now. Scheduling a visit is getting more difficult as the population grows out here, and it's gotten considerably worse over the last couple of years. The number of providers working in this St Helens clinic is insufficient for the growing population. This is the only thing I see that could use improvement. As always, thank you very much for the quality of care I and my family receive from you.

The facility location is wonderful and the staff and my doctor provide great service and show care for me individually.

I saw Peter Brown for a fractured foot. He did listen to me, I did not feel rushed. My only thought after leaving was, that he did not really examine or touch my foot, to possibly feel for a fracture. Referred me to x-ray right away, and I got in immediately. Maybe it was unnecessary to physically examine my foot, but that's what I was expecting. I did like Dr. Brown, however.

I stay with Legacy because of the friendliness and compentency of the whole team, especially Lisa Jones.

I always feel so good about the appointment when I leave. The whole experience is usually a very relaxing event because I have truly felt cared for.

I heard a baby crying next door so I wasn't surprised that I had to wait a couple minutes extra but that's not a problem for me. The Doctor took as much time as I needed. I've had surgery and a new diagnosis in the last couple of months through OHSU and he already knew all about it.

The whole experience was great, the front office is amazing,and so very friendly and goes above and beyond to try to help! My only complaint is the wait time between appointments, maybe you need more providers cause they are booking months out for a follow up, and trying to get an appointment within a week or two isn't happening! I came in with a bad dog bite and urgent care was not yet open. They gave me an appointment and fit me in way before the stated time. The receptionist was kind and caring. The nurses and technicians that assisted me were gentle and thorough. They took very good care of me and went out of their way to put me at ease. I felt very fortunate to be able to go to your facility for care. I feel everyone I dealt with should be commended.

He is the most incredible family doctor I've ever encountered. When he walks into the room he wants to know what my concerns are and if I've seen the results of my blood work. We address my concerns, at a very normal pace and in a way that I can actually understand. I can have trouble concentrating for a couple of reasons and have caught him politely pausing at times when I'm having that trouble. I like that he's patient enough to do that. I know he has other people to see. The last part of the exam is when he tells me what is good about the blood work and what might be troubling and offers Solutions and finally asked me what steps I prefer. I really appreciate that I'm included in that final step.

I could not ask for a better provider than Lisa Jones. She is caring and kind on a personal level, while maintaining a professional relationship with myself and my family. My wife and adolescent daughter see her too, and she has been the primary provider for our daughter since just days after she came home from the NICU.I am deeply appreciative of the care we all receive from Legacy Health, and aside from a few issues I have been deeply satisfied with that care as well. Even those issues were eventually addressed to the benefit of all involved.

Like most visits, time ifs of the essence, always short on time and feel rushed..segue from that and I feel talked over. But that is in response to lack of time and he has very little time to talk AND listen. So he has to say what he needs to say but leaves not a lot of time for reply or response..again a time issue more than a personality or lack of bedside manner.

She is always attentive and listens well to what you have to say. She is friendly and. Makes you feel at ease in a potentially embarrassing or sensitive situation. She follows up on all the topics discussed during g the exam.
