About Me:

I have worked with Legacy since 2014. My first 3 years were in the hospital setting and since then have been in outpatient rehab with a focus in orthopedics. My goal as a physical therapist is to help you reach your mobility goals whether that is pain management, improved strength, physical activity, fall prevention or healthy aging. I use a combination of treatment techniques- most heavily focused on therapeutic exercise and education but also manual work and physical agents where appropriate. Exercise and mobility can and should be a part of everyone's life, but it can look pretty different than a traditional work out routine we usually think of, especially if you are in pain. I will work as a team member with you to identify what strategies work for you and help you implement them into your life. When I'm not in the clinic, I love to hike and camp when the weather allows and when it doesn't reading a good book or watching stand up comedy.
