On most occasions I'm not seen until well after my appointment time. I make my appointments for the AM. For this last visit, I didn't see the provider until 45 minutes after my appointment. No one explains or acknowledges the issue. This is a regular occurrence at this practice.

Just the fact that no one said, she's running late! After 20 minutes, I asked, and receptionist responded, a little late! 15 minutes is a little late, 30 is a lot late!

I THINK MY PCP'S OFFICE IS OK. I LIKE DR BRODY VERY WELL, HE SPENDS TIME WITH ME AS I THINK HE SHOULD, HIS EXPLANATION ON MY DECISION ON FUTHER OR DIFFERENT CARE WITH OTHER PROVIDERS WITH IN THE LEGACY SYETEM SOMETIMES IS VERY CONFUSING. SOME TIMES I FEEL DR BRODY IS VERY FLIP IT ABOUT MY DIAGOSIS, OR TREATMENT WHICH FRUSTRATES ME. I REALIZE I AM JUST HIS PATIENT, BUT NEED TO KNOW HE IS CONCERNED AT THE TIME OF ADVISE HE IS WITH ME AND NOT JUST GOING THROUGH THE MOTIONS. OTHER THEN THAT I THINK HE IS A GOOD PHYSICAIN. The Dr. Is quite knowledgeable medically with the ability to get directly to the problems and get it across to the patient without taking a lot of time.

What a major difference with Dr Brody, compared to Dr. V who was like taking to the wall, on a good day, she was by far the worst doctor that I have ever had during my 86 years.

I really appreciate the care I receive from both the office and Dr. Vautrain. It has made a huge difference in my health and well being to have a GP who is knowledgeable, compassionate, listens to my concerns and issues and explains things to me in a way that is respectful and clear. It has been a journey to find the right fit at my age after my provider retired and I am very happy that this is working out so well.

Dr. Peter and his nurse KerryAnn are always very nice and treat me well. They are thoughtful and very thorough in their care of me.

Staff and provider seem to be rushed. Like they have to keep their quota, or be on schedule so they can be done with work on time.

I would like to comment on The Visit that was stated. Missed the one just before this 1 I went in and things were going a little late. I went up and asked the receptionist 2 the right about it. Kiddingly, and she argued with me over 1 minute. Then she got Sparky at me and was very rude. I continued to wait then. I walked out because of the receptionist called back to talk to the office manager. He never returned my call she is very rude. Disrespectful has no customer service and when the office manager did not return my call, which I felt was very rude and not customer service-oriented. She needs to have a lot of lessons on customer service and then when I went back I will not talk to her ever again. Thank you.

There was not enough time spent to discuss options for diagnosing and solving problem. Not all my concerns were addressed.

Routine visits go very well, if I need help this week the system does not work well, it forces you to emergency.

Dr. Brody is a very compassionate doctor and really takes time with his patients, thus I think that's why the wait time can sometimes be longer than anticipated. I would, however prefer that than be rushed out to be on a time clock.

I have high blood pressure and on the last 10 years my numbers were always in the 150 range with hypertension. My last 2 doctors prescribed Losarten w/hydrochloride. My new doctor David Peter prescribed Losarten w/potassium, on my recent visit on May13th 2024, my numbers were 132/ 62, what a huge difference. Very pleased with David Peter. My numbers have never been this good.

I am insured through Regence Blue Cross for my part D. I am very upset with the attitude of Legacy in the current negotiations. I rely so heavily on Legacy for my Healthcare and it would be very costly for me to change insurance. This issue is causing me anxiety and massive concern. The executive's in charge of this negotiation need to consider their patients. Please don't leave us with the choice to change providers I need

Since I had to take a medical transport for 200 I was hoping to get a follow up UTI test. But it was refused I had a bad UTI and was in. A care facility and was sent to the emergency room. Just wanted to make it was gone. I was having some symptoms still.

I have never been treated so poorly. I was told by the physician that there were too many red flags and we were not a good fit. Upon leaving I went to my insurance lady and changed back to providence so I could stay with my old provider of 15 years. He told me he would not refill my medications and they would have to be filled by other professionals

Phlebotomy was not great - it took several sticks on each arm to draw my blood. For a first visit, and it also being post-hospital, doctor spent a lot of time with me which I appreciated.

I would have appreciated an update on why she was running so late. I arrived 10 minutes early and didn't get in the room till 35 minutes later. Can't remember if anyone said sorry for the wait.

Dr. Brody took ample time to talk through all of my questions. He gave me useful information and advice. I feel like he is attentive to my health conditions and medical history and showed a willingness to be helpful in maintaining my health and wellbeing. Overall, I was very impressed with my first visit.

This doctor is always late, sometimes as much as 35 minutes late, to the appointment but she does give the patient enough time with her.

Criticized my weight as soon as he walked in, asked if my elevated BP was because I was still using smkless tobacco, haven't in 6 or more years. Referred to back surgery I didn't have. Didn't listen to my concerns about area that an mri would be able to see. Went as far as standing on his tiptoes and raised his voice about not ordering 2 mri. I never asked for 2 just wanted to make sure the readings would reflect area of concern. I will be looking for new primary if this is how I am disrespected when in the worst pain of my life. Also ordered a medication that does nothing to actually assist a serious nerve issue.

Got to the appointment on time, the wait time in the office was ok. However once in the exam room that's when the wait time got longer. I think I waited about 30 minutes before the doctor came in. But when she was in the room I had her complete attention and felt very uncomfortable talking to her and asking questions.

Dr. Vautrain was very thorough, caring, patient, & a good listener and great at getting me Rx refills &?referrals to specialists that I needed as well!

It's really hard to get appointments for illnesses because by the time someone is available to see me I've recovered or near death. Went to Immediate Care in Oregon City when I was very ill... Like what's the point in having a "family" physician when they are never available, when the only time I'm seen is for annual physicals.

The care at this clinic is very good and we would go nowhere else.

This is the best organized care I have received in my life, however, the waiting lines are clearly getting longer. I am surprised at the wait time to see a dermatologist. I was scheduled for 8 months out. I have at least two skin cancers and a painful mole on my head. Also, I am very disappointed at the response to my request for mental health counseling. To this point, response is ZERO!

Dr. Brody is an excellent doctor. Not only does he really care for his patients, he is extremely knowledgeable and he takes the time to digest all the information I give him on my condition and then asks good questions to totally understand my condition. Then he comes up with a plan of treatment. This may be sending me to a specialist, which he did in this case. Ans he will look back at my chart to see how long ago a test was done, or to dig up any other information to help him make the correct decision. I have heard from friends who have him as their P.C. And they also think the world of him.

We discussed several things that would help me that my provider has learned about but it's not covered by insurance currently which is frustrating. But the frustration is not with the provider as I appreciate that she is learning new things but with insurance and our health care system l.

Because the results and recommendations of my blood test directly affected my knee surgery scheduling, I was very anxious to move forward and adjust my supplements to correct low iron and B12. I have been on a shuffling schedule situation beetween doctors since my first symptoms many months ago so needless to say I have been frustrated......all the while getting weaker and worse. I am not sure it is anybody's fault but the process is definitely frustrating.
