Sponsorships
Legacy Health provides funding to partners who are improving community health through sponsorships, program support, and grant funding.
Funding Priorities
Legacy Health Community Benefit provides sponsorship funding for community events and activities that are aligned with priority areas determined by our Community Health Needs Assessments and Community Health Improvement Plans:
Current Community Health Grants to organizations serving Marion County:
- Access to health care
- Behavioral health support
- Food environment/food security
- Substance use
Current Community Health Grants to organizations serving the Portland metro area:
- Access to culturally and linguistically responsive health care: Access to affordable health care, culturally and linguistically responsive health care
- Essential community services and resources: Economic opportunity, educational opportunity, culturally specific and healthy foods
- A neighborhood for all: Physical safety in the community
Funding Qualifications
To qualify for funding, please consider the following:
- Sponsored events and activities must take place within Legacy’s service areas.
- Sponsored events and activities that align with our mission and goals.
- Legacy does not provide sponsorships for events or activities with a marketing or brand focus, school fundraisers/auctions, or sporting events such as golf tournaments, runs or walks.
Apply for Funding
- Legacy accepts sponsorship requests on an ongoing basis; please apply at least 60 days in advance.
- Legacy will sponsor up to one event or activity per organization per year.
- Sponsorship ranges from $100 - $5,000 per organization per year.
