This was my first visit with the provider so I don't feel I know her well. My appt could have been a little longer to cover everything but she was very attentive and kind, she just seemed a bit rushed. Or perhaps I should have said that I had more to talk with her about but it just ended.

We have a good friend who is a retired M.D. He says anytime you can find a primary care physician who spends an appropriate amount of time with you is rare. Dr. Bhat spends whatever time with me that is necessary. He is an outstanding PCP.

Dr. Bhat continues to be awesome! He appears to be well supported by his support staff. High marks for excellent communication skills and diagnostic skills plus expertise interfacing with governmental agencies and private entities regarding payment, reimbursement and cost analysis of the modern day healthcare system. I trust his guidance and recommendations completely.

Dr. Phan is extremely nice and was very thorough during my appointment. He listened to my concerns and gave me strategies to try out over the next few months. My appointment did not feel rushed and I appreciate the time Dr. Phan spent with me. He went above and beyond during my Pap smear exam and checked in with me throughout to assess my pain and comfort levels and swapped out equipment during the exam to make me as comfortable as possible.

My visit was efficient, friendly, professional met all my expectations.

Dr Baht is by far the best doctor I have ever had in my entire 66 years of healthcare, for so many reasons , the most prevalent is how he is with his patients; listens intently, takes every comment and question seriously, and treats every one of us as if we are his family. I know this for a fact because I have several acquaintances who say exactly the same statements.

Dr. Bhat has interest in how my wife is doing after she was hospitalized and moved to hospice which I appreciate. It shows he cares. He remembers my past medical and life history surprisingly well and often reflects/comments on that. He's never domineering or dismissive. Good listener. My whole agrees that he's doing a good job taking care of us.

Dr Bhat always reviews records and gets up-to-date on all health issues. He asks and answers questions to make sure any issues are covered. Very thorough and thoughtful.

I am a new patient. Getting an appointment was 3 months out. That was difficult. I called back for an earlier appointment and was put on a wait list in case of cancelation. This got me an earlier appointment. It would have been good If legacy had offered to be put on a wait list. If I had not called back and gotten my 6/20 appointment, I would have suffered greatly. Other than that my appointment experience with my doctors and other staff was excellent. Better than Providence and Pdx Clinic by far.

I am grateful for the level of care given by Dr. Farooqi and the excellent staff at Legacy Cornell.

The lab is probably the worst run and most frustrating place in the country

He's also proactive and gets ahead of future needs with planning and scoping out how we'll handle a future situation, in this case it's planning for medication when I'm at altitude on a backcountry trip this year.

Very receptive to me & my needs. It was a 1st visit, to establish care, and Dr. Farooqi seemed well acquainted with my history of my current health problems, and was helpful in getting needed RX's filled. From my side, I am hopeful for a long relationship with this provider!

Dr Phan and his office staff are very good, polite, kind and considerate. They're also very patient with others who come after me while I'm in the waiting room. I particularly like Dr Phan because he is thorough. He makes sure to answer any and all questions and more importantly he educates you. I appreciate that.

Scheduling appointments is challenging. Avail spots are far out and options in mychart are limited, forcing one to call the office. When calling, youvare placed on hold for a while.

It is difficult to get in touch with anyone when calling. Mychart is easier to use however, options to schedule appts are tricky. The system limits to video calls. Appts are booked far out so, it is tough getting an appt within a month.

You need to invest more money from the budget to staffing and also stop making staff seem like they are causing problems that were really created by the board and the MBA they are getting advice from to profit from business, health care is a different business. Your staff is not the problem, the business model is.

This was my 1st visit with Dr. Bisorca. Following my physician of 20 years choosing to leave Legacy die to changes in her contract. I am SOOO blessed to have been given a wonderful physician to take her place. I just pray she will be my physician until I get my wings to heaven! Yes, I was THAT impressed.

This was an initial visit with Dr. Bisorca after having been a patient at the Legacy NW 23rd clinic for several years. Dr. Bisorca was excellent and I'm pleased to have her as my PCP. The situation at the previous clinic became unacceptable with my never hearing from the same doctor and receiving conflicting medical advice. Good doctors but poor handling of patients.

The provider is my new PCP and I was very happy with her care. She was respectful, listened well, was very knowledgeable, attentive, warm, understanding, and Is overall an excellent physician!

Exam room needs new chairs. Existing seating is cracked and flaking. :)

Great visit, really like my provider. I think the ony feedback would be, if the doctor knows they are going to be taking blood, they should send a text reminder the day before on when we should fast, otherwise it can affect the results.

This doctor listens very well. She heard my concerns and didn't just tell me what to do, but instead worked with me to find a solution. This was only the first visit so we will see how things go from here. I like that she requested I return for a f/u appt due to running out of time, rather than just rushing to end the appt with unsolved business. I also like that she didn't hold it against me that I am in recovery. I am looking forward to working with her further.

The only negative scheduling an appointment through the app - it can only be virtual, but I'd like to do in-person sometimes.

Sumeeth Bhat is an excellent physician who cares about his patients. I feel like I'm in very good hands. He also has an excellent front-desk staff that is courteous and takes care of the patients' needs.

The xray tech closed and left before 4 on a work day so I could not get an important chest x ray from my heart attack. Very frustrating.

I respect the doctor and staff at this office. And they respect me. We have a good communication.

I always appreciate that Dr. Bhat really listens and creates a good plan for my care with my input.

Maybe you should have the MA do the pass down to the provider after the vitals check a little bit further away from the patients room so that us patients don't hear your interaction on why we are there seeking medical attention. Before assuming what you will do for a patient before hearing patient concern and helping a patient get answers and a diagnosis before wanting to treat you with strong medication without a diagnosis or test done. Providers should not assume all is nothing and make sure your test results align with their answers and treatment options.

Dr.Phan is an excellent provider whom I hope to continue to see for my health care.

Only thing I thought inappropriate at visit when asked for a copy of my lab results. Receptionist stated I would have to ask the Dr. I supplied my insurance card and photo ID. Labs are my information. There should be no further question and it should be given to me if my id is verifiable. If sn office person is not reputable to give me that info there should be no problem Over regulation by the government is a problem for everyone. Costs go up and people suffer for it. The Dr gave me my labs and thoughly explained everything. Very professional. I was a nurse for 40 years and got do burned out from the stress, regulation and constant changes in the rules. The treatment of Covid pts and medical personnel is an example. This is one reason for ridiculous high cost and overreach.

Long wait on phone, getting appointment for immediate problem is very difficult.

I've never received care this good, ever, in my entire life. Dr. Phan is the gold standard. I'm beyond impressed. However, and this is NOT Dr. Phan's fault, it is Legacy's, I had to wait 4 months to get into my new provider (Dr. Phan) and had to stretch my amitriptyline by an extra month because I didn't have an extra prescription to get me through the total 4 month wait to get in. As a result, I was so stressed without my amitriptyline I caused three menstrual cycles in one month. That is not okay.

This was a 'new patient' appointment with Dr Albert Phan. I felt he was extremely thorough in reviewing all my medical information and I had no problem asking questions and was given very understandable answers. After the appointment I had [for me] somewhat normal response to getting blood samples and discussed possibly going to the Lab in the future.

My primary care physician and the staff at his office is very friendly and helpful. They make me feel like I'm important, In that is what is important. To make the patient feel comfortable. That they do a great job of.
