So I came in just - for Dr. Weinsoft.She baely clearly instructed me to the front desk for information for a xrey 1st BUT DR W said of my choice, of CT Scan , MRI,?? , xray - What a waste of my time and money !I do not have allot of Money and I work two jobs and another looking for better work . Aman Bagla, DO is a real doctor, not a medical mechanic.

I think the only thing I wanna comment about is I am not sure that all my records were transferred when I came over to Legacy Medical Group. I have had a difficult time understanding how to get my records from Kaiser Permanente into the system for my new provider. I don't find all the information in my online portal and worry that Files did not get transferred.

My PCP and staff are always friendly but professional and always answers my questions in a way I understand.

However this time it was clear that he had time constraints and he seemed to be more focused on limiting his liability regarding tests and treatment. When I asked questions he seemed to think I was questioning his advice when I was only trying to get clarification.

Wait time to see doctor a bit long, however, once you are with Dr Mankin he makes you feel completely at ease, listens intently, and explains things clearly. You do not feel rushed and feel that you are the complete focus of the doctor. He is the best!

I realize that my answers to 'appointment for routine care' and 'needed appointment sooner' answers are in conflict. I was just having a problem with knees, feet and concurrently I am about to embark on a long walking trip so I wanted to get an appointment a few weeks sooner. Not possible, but it all worked out and I am happy with the care I received and happy with the care plan suggested by Dr. Bagla to maintain and improve my health.

Clarification on lab results: The provider couldn't share lab results as the lab didn't provide them. It appears the lab lost the test results or mislabeled them. Inability to share lab data was not the fault of Dr. Muller.I am extremely pleased with Dr. Muller- always friendly, caring, concerned and supportive. She's the best!

Dr Bagla and the whole team were, as always, really nice to me before and after my appointment. Dr Bagla stopped the procedure on my toe the first time I told him it was hurting... Then continued the procedure even though it started hurting really intensely... One side of my toe was not numb and that is what hurt so bad, the other side was numb and I didn't feel a thing. I think the end result will be good but it really hurt on the right side because the toe was not numb. He mentioned, after we were done, that I might need a higher percentage mixture of the numbing agent next time. At one point I heard him say that me having knowledge of the procedure might be working against me - which, in some ways, might have been blaming me for my toe hurting. All of the bad part of this appointment was out of character for Dr Bagla because of all the doctors I have seen over the years he has consistently made me feel heard more than any other doctor. I plan to continue seeing him even though this one incident did not go so well.

Thankful my Dr called to do the prior authorization. It is extremely helpful when the Dr calls to do the prior authorization. The office staff seems not as experienced to handle prior authorizations which led to my first one being denied and no follow up was done until I brought it to my drs attention.

Dr. Muller is the best! She always responds to my needs quickly, is thorough, and gets me. The staff was wonderful. Her covering providers have always been outstanding, especially Dr. Bagla.

The wait time to see the doctor was longer than usual and the assistant came in and informed me of the situation. That was very considerate and when the doctor arrived, she apologized for the lateness due to an unforeseen situation. All in all the situation was handled very well and was much appreciated.

He has excellent time management skills

I have been blocked from requesting prescription refills on My Health. When I try to call the clinic no one answers the phone. Very aggravating and you need to get that fixed. My physician of many years is leaving the clinic and that is a huge loss for you. I received initial correspondence about this but nothing since. It shows me that the clinic and hospital group have very poor communication skills. This matter is very important to your patients.

The visit was good. However this provider is leaving the practice, and there is no one to take over for him. The other doctors in the group will not take me or my husband, and it is impossible to find another provider to do so. I feel I am being left dangling with no medical provider. I have been employed In health care myself and can't Imagine leaving patients with no one. I am extremely upset about this.

Dr. Borden is leaving the practice but I was assured that the clinic will continue to provide care until I am provided a new PCP. This was reassuring.

Legacy appears to be mismanaged. Dr Borden is leaving after 30yrs next week. No one has contacted me regarding any plan to replace him/be my next PCP. My wife's doctor in Tualatin/Legacy same thing. She took a new Dr in W Lynn who recently left. No follow up by Legacy. She was diagnosed with osteoarthritis & was told to wait 8 months to see a rheumatologist. On & on! From past experience at Mayo Clinic In Rochester called regarding her diagnosis and as a new patient we flew there and she was seen within 2 weeks. Her appointment with a Professor of Medicine at Mayo with 25 yrs experience in osteoarthritis, published over 100 peer reviewed articles on osteoarthritis, took all the time we needed (45 min) to explain various options available & make recommendations. Had all her records electronically. We had to spend hours with Legacy to get copies, completely disorganized in back office. Her blood work was done at Mayo following appointment & results 30 minutes after blood draw. Total cost of visit (without airfare) $25.There are ways to manage a health system that is efficient and caring. You have much to improve but may not know where to look to improve. Interesting though sitting in as an observer to my wife's appointment was a doctor who was a system manager from China. They are interested in why Mayo works. Your marketing department is promoting a facade.

I have always had very good care from Dr Bagla and his associates.

Dr Weinstein's office staff is extremely willing to try to accomodate changing patient schedules.

Most Doctors today are overworked and understaffed. I feel grateful for being at a clinic that responds to my needs as I age. Please do everything you can to improve our medical condition in our country.

Dr Bagla did not give me enough information about the medication he prescribed or I would have told him why I couldn't take I. He did not deal with my persistent cough. I think he assumed the cough was related to asthma/COPD. It is not as those problems don't cause coughing.

As always a great visit and getting the flu and corona boosters at the visit were very helpful also. Highly recommend Dr. Bagla and the office and support staff!

Dr James Borden was the finest primary care provider I have had since Dr Howard when I was a kid in Michigan.

Dr. Borden is leaving so Legacy Medical Group will have some big shoes to fill.

Dr. Muller has been my physician for nearly 30 years. I f I have an urgent problem I send a message through MY CHART (which she seems to check often) and she gets me in quicker than a routine appointment. I live 40 miles away but have held onto Dr. Muller as my primary care physician because I trust her and her medical knowledge.

My visits with Dr. Weinsoft and her staff have always been excellent.

My appointment was for my annual physical. I was told that in order to ask a question about a stomach issue I'd been having, it would count as a "separate visit" and would not be covered as part of my physical, as a question about my stomach issue is not considered "preventative". Even though I was able to "combine" the two separate "visits" into the appointment for my physical, I believe I am going to be charged for the question about my stomach as if it was a separate trip to the doctor. This is not acceptable. My entire appointment was around 45 minutes (including the wait time for my flu vaccine), and the amount of time that the discussion of my stomach issue took was around 5 minutes. It's incredibly petty and greedy to treat this as a separate visit and to charge me extra for it. It makes no sense that my question about my stomach issue is not considered "preventative". Of course it's preventative; the goal was to get more information about what may be going on so that more serious issues could be prevented. This needs to be addressed, because it has left a bad taste in my mouth for Legacy Medical Group. It feels like there is more concern over making money and less concern about my health care and creating a comfortable, welcoming place where I feel treated with respect.
