This office visit was very satisfactory. The front office staff was thorough and the MA was very friendly and thorough. No stress visit. This was my first visit with this doctor. I left feeling comfortable with the information he provided. He answered questions, provided information and instructions, and did not make me feel that he had to rush through the appointment to move onto a new patient.

This was the first time I had seen this doctor. I moved up here from Eugene and needed to find a new regular doctor. It took me 5 months to get an appointment, which I considered was too long. It took a very long time for me to find a PCP that I feel comfortable opening up to. Dr. Kar-yee Wu displays an unmatched high level of care, kindness, and consideration towards her patients. I always brush off my concerns thinking it's just a small matter or it's normal to have intense fatigue in our society, but Dr. Wu would ask me many questions and investigate to see if there may be a deeper underlying issue. She somehow always figures out what's wrong with me, and her thoroughness makes me trust her entirely with my health! Can't recommend her enough. 1000000000/10

This was a new visit to establish PCP care. Dr Valencia was an excellent listener and gave good recommendations for care based on my conditions and age. He was honest, fun and respectful.

This was a "new patient visit." Dr Gepner seemed familiar with my file, asked questions, listened to my answers, and answered my questions. As someone who likes to understand what I'm doing and why, I appreciate his being comfortable with patients asking questions.

My experience was fine. This was my first visit with this provider. My PCP is retiring and we need to find a new primary provider. Additionally, Legacy is complicating the entire procedure because they cannot come to an agreement. As a result, we are not even sure at this point we will be able to come back to this clinic.

This was my first visit with Dr. Hepner, and I was very much impressed with him. He's obviously very qualified and answered all my questions. The one thing that impressed me the most is that during his examination and discussion he openly shared his thoughts with me so I had a complete understanding of his conclusions and recommendations. He's exceptional in this regard.

It's always good. I ran out of refills on my meds . On a day I was to fly out of state I want to pickup my meds. I was told I was out of refills, I called my doctors office from the pharmacy. With in 15 minutes they had faxed a refill to pharmacy and saved the day for me. I did have to make an appointment to see doctor to do a annual med check up which they scheduled while I was still on the phone.

I have been diagnosed with an extremely rare lymphoma. Dr. Gepner made special efforts to study this condition prior to my arrival and was prepared to speak to be about the disease on a cellular level. I was impressed !
