About
Welcome to Legacy Health's primary care clinics, the first step to better health. Our clinics are certified patient-centered medical homes. A medical home clinic means that you and your family are at the center of our care, surrounded by a team that consists of your primary care provider, nurse, medical assistant, social worker, counselor and clerical staff. This team is focused on your health needs.
Being in a patient-centered medical home means that your care team knows your health history, listens to your concerns, and coordinates care with other specialists and health providers. We care for you when you are sick, but, more importantly, we work with you to keep you well.

Medicare patients, please note: Some of our clinics are considered "hospital-based" because they share the same licensure with a Legacy hospital. The services or procedures you receive at Legacy's hospital-based clinics may include a facility charge in addition to a physician charge.

This was my first time meeting with Dr. Riley. As someone who only goes to the Dr. When I'll, I was happy to meet with someone who invited sharing my concerns. As she plans on staying at this office, I would be happy to keep seeing her.

Dr. Riley listened and helped me with tough decisions related to my back pain and other issues discovered. This almost year long journey has ended successfully in my view. Could not have asked for better care. She is knowledgeable and really listens to my point of view. I may not decide on a course of treatment that she recommends but she has respected my viewpoint and after discussion we can compromise. This clinic has had a revolving door when it comes to Dr's, this is the first time in years that I've seen the same Dr more than 2 times. Love this one hoping she sticks around! Dr Riley is great!!

The last 2 visits; 1 for blood draw, 1 for annual followup. Wait times were 30 minutes. For the blood draw the receptionist came out and explained they were late and would we like some water while we waited. Very considerate.For the annual, again an almost 30 minute wait. And a wait once in the exam room. This is the first time I have experienced wait times at this clinic.The entire clinic was extremely warm both visits. I expressed concern over heat. Dr agreed, but they seemed to have a problem with the regulation. They were bringing out little fans at the receptionist area. Not good to be in for bp check and have the heat so extreme.
I really liked my experience to establish new patient care. Dr Riley is a gem & Im thankful to have her as my mew PCP.
