Dr Megan Anthony is excellent I'm glad she's my PCP

We talked about my sleep issues and Dr. Warrington had some good suggestions. He had read my chart in advance and thought about it. The only thing that he didn't do (which might be a judgment call) was check my posture and steadiness of gait. I think that's more imprortant at my age. Overall he was emphatetic and engaging in conversations about subjects like prostate blood tests - which I was not aware of. It was a very good visit.

The doctor was wonderful, very knowledgeable, excellent explainer. She was a little rushed, it spent as much time with me as needed. The computer did not work, so we had to go to another room. Then the printer didn't work, so I could not get a hard copy of the Rx she wrote. The pharmacy did not accept the Rx by email, so she has to fax it. I was not sure when I left there that the Rx had been received at the pharm. I am not able to refer her to friends or family because she is not taking new patients.

I have an almost 20 year relationship with Dr Baugh and Legacy. I am a big Legacy fan.

Took 8 months to get an appointment.

She is the perfect balance to being friendly and professional. She has always listened to me. And we always cover a LOT during our appts. She is caring and kind. And laughs at my funny comments. Which are are few, but truly funny. And to me that is everything. I learned a long time ago, If my doctor can't laugh a little, then I don't want them. She is genuine. And I feel it. I travel a sort of long distance to come see her. Instead of an office closer to me I am glad I found her and I hope to keep her for as long as I can!

It would be nice to be able to have lab ahead of appointment so the time with physician is more meaningful. Many labs are routine and are repeated every year.

My positive response regarding being able to get an appointment was based on the fact that I know I have to call several months in advance to schedule a physical. I want to be clear that Dr. Ly did nothing to make me feel rushed in any way - he made sure my questions/concerns were all addressed. However, I am always aware that the "system" allows a very limited amount of time for an appointment - an unfortunate development for both medical professionals and their patients.

Our room attendant was excellent, very sweet and great at her job. Love our new Dr. Anthony. Was sad to see Dr. Robbins go, and It took a long time to get the establish care appointment, but It was worth the wait.

6 months is a long time to wait for an appointment. Staff was great. We are looking forward to with Dr. Anthony and Legacy. I am hoping a Legacy merger or acquisition does not affect the quality of care and available specialists. All western medicine providers should be studying and assimilating eastern medicine healing philosophy, natural medicines, and offering these services to patients. As a medical provider the most important yet often overlooked or simply ignored preventative health variable is diet and nutrition. For what ever reason money, politics, and/or cultural tradition, medical providers do not stand up for healthy nutritional practices. Similar to the hush on tobacco In the last mid-century. Medical providers should not be focused on making profits but on healing and educating patients, providing a good workplace for their employees, and providing crucial services to communities.

Any negative rating were related to the difficulty getting an appointment with one of your doctors and the 5-6 month wait to see Dr Anthony in order to establish care. The turnover in your practice is unsettling. When you get a good doctor like Dr Anthony you should make every effort to keep her.

Dr. Anthony is my PCP (primary care provider). She is superb, a breath of fresh air! Makes me feel like the only patient she has! My previous PCP's have been inadequate and uncaring. I was ready to leave the Legacy system. Getting Dr. Anthony as my PCP made me decide to stay.

Disappointed to learn Dr. Marr will be retiring in about a year.

Ben Ly is the best primary care doctor I have ever had. I'm almost 80 so that says a lot. Our conversations about my health, my life, concerns about future health issues, etc are always well considered and inviting to respond and engaging. It is like a rich conversation with a good friend and colleague.

My previous two doctors left Legacy and I had to wait over six months to get a new patient appointment with another doctor. I liked Dr. Anthony and think I can work with her.

I've had a few doctor changes over the last year due to staff leaving and I'm really hoping that he can be my long term doctor.

Dr Ly is an exceptionally aware and sensitive physician.

I has a visit to ER on Tuesday they said I needed to see my provider in 48 hrs. I called to make the appt and was told my provider couldn't be seen until August but would I see another provider, I had no choice, so I said OK. The very first appointment they had was the following Monday. 6 days after my ER visit not 2. I don't think this is good!

My experience with Dr. Marr at this (and all my other visits) were as good as it can get.

Dr Warrington is great. Check in process is confusing. All forms should be made available online. It's confusing to fill out some forms and then the online check in tells you you don't need to do anything more and to just take a seat. And then the staff at check in tells you there's another form to fill out.

Dr Garcia is always compassionate, and very helpful. She answers all my questions and makes me feel at ease.

Unfortunately, your clinic management decided to cut your doctors' pay and require that they see more patients each day, so my doctor of 18 years has left your clinic and taken a job with Kaiser. Dr. Garcia-Jordan is an excellent doctor, and now she is gone. I have to get another doctor at your clinic. I don't know what a D.O. Is, so I have to wait until Fall to get a new MD Primary Care Physician. I am grieving the loss of my doctor, and hoping that the new doctor will be someone I can trust and admire as I did with Dr. Garcia-Jordan. I don't know why your managers cut the doctors' pay, but you should communicate the facts with your patients. I want to know if there is financial mismanagement, or if there is a problem in getting sufficiently compensated by Medicare and Medicaid. I hope to hear from you. Please feel free to email me.

The visit itself was excellent. I have been trying to get this type of appointment since October. At first I was able to make an appointment . Then I was told my doctor had taken a leave for a few months so I no longer had an appointment. I was reassured several times that she would be back in March. My former doctor lessened her patient load. Then I was told I was no longer her patient. The soonest I could get an appointment with a new doctor for a check up was June. He is a wonderful doctor. The reason I gave this question an 8 is because of the confusion and difficulty leading to becoming his patient which has nothing to do with him and/or his medical skills. I am very happy to have him as my primary physician. I am including the lead up to getting him as my primary physician in my answer to this survey question since it unclear whether the word provider means the whole clinical experience or just my doctor. He is a 10+.

Nothing else to add. I am always pleased, whenever I go to see my PCP. Grateful!

Dr. Baugh listened, assessed, offered intermediate advice, and sent me to get an X-ray and I set up a pt appt. One stop shopping!

This MD paid attention to my questions and provided specific numbers that I understood. She ordered the tests I needed and the RX that I needed. She understood my cortisol stress levels and the process of eating under stress. So sorry to see that she is leaving! I like her work very much!

The scheduler originally told me in May that the first "in person" appointment would be in October (5 months later). She said a video appointment was available in June, so I accepter that. The day before what I had understood would be a video visit, I received a recorded reminder that I had an "in person" appointment the next day. I was delighted to see Dr. Warrington in person. But the scheduler should get her act straight.

Dr. Goldenberg is a kind, caring and fabulous Dr.. I actually look forward to seeing her, as she is straight forward yet warm.

Wanted to prescribe conventional medicine for me but I don't use conventional meds. I realized I needed to see a "REAL DOCTOR". My Naturopath would know how to treat my medical issues with natural meds that do not cause allergic reactions or sensitivities or harm my organs. I was interested in having her as myPCP but she was not taking new patients. Why would I reccommend her to anybody. Maybe you need to look at the natural medicine system they have had in Germany for 100's of years.

This visit was slightly better than in the past because she actually made eye contact with me. In the past the focus has been on the computer. I am used to having a provider who shows some care and knows a bit about my history. I know health care is a bit of a challenge for providers right now but still I don't feel any connection or confidence in my care.

This provider was great. Legacy in general not so much.

Dr Garcia is a beautiful person, she treats you with respect, and always looking out for what's best for your health physically emotionally, mentally. That is why I have stayed with her all these years. I really, really loved her as my Doctor.

Dr Marr is not my usual doctor. I needed to see my primary care after a hip replacement and he wasn't available for a month. Dr Marr was exceptional: compassionate, skillful and interested in me as a person. I was so grateful to him.

Excellent care. Just takes a while to get an appointment

It's difficult to schedule an appointment with her in a timely manner. Because I couldn't see her (or anyone in the clinic) when I needed a PT referral I had to go to urgent care. Please hire more physicians.

Everything with the clinic was excellent. What was extremely poor was the length of wait to see new provider. I believe it was 9 months and that is unacceptable. I have been at the clinic for about 30 years so certainly not a new patient. I hope to see this improve.

Dr. Ly is the best doctor I have ever had, due to his sensitivity, knowlege, thoroughness and attentiveness.

Good first visit with Dr Anthony. Communication back and forth was easy. My questions were answered and any concerns I had were addressed knowledgeably and courteously.

Since I had recently lost two PCPs, I was a bit apprehensive but Dr. Warrington assured me he'll be around for quite awhile. He is very caring, very knowledgeable, and good at explaining what's going on with the body so a layperson can understand.

Dr. Ly was very sensitive and caring about a scary health concern I had in November, and he asked about this. He is a good doctor, as well as a kind person.

Dr. Wood is compassionate, explains everything, has multiple option for treatment, prompt and knowledgeable about my needs.

Very smart, compassionate and listens to your problems. He k owns all my problems, communicate with my other doctors so we are all in the same page. He prescribes RX that does not complicate my other meds. N other medical problems. He's the best doctor I ever have; lucky me!!

My visits with the doctor have seem a bit rushed. I understand it's a large practice, but the interactions are hurried, and I get the impression that he is ready to move on to the next appointment. Also, my physical was very quick and incomplete. It consisted of a very quick look into my eyes and ears with a light and a very quick look into my mouth. That just doesn't seem like a detailed annual exam.

This was my first visit with Dr. Anthony. I found her to be very approachable and sensitive to my needs. I also had a good experience with her assistant as he was able to remove ear wax which was quite a relief.

Dr Baugh Went the extra mile to get me a referral for treatment the same day!

Dr. Goldenberg was very knowledgeable and she spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. She was very thorough and brought up things in my chart that my past doctor never did.

Great provider, really felt like he's invested in my healthcare and that's not something I normally expect from a doctor.

This was my first appt with this provider. Getting an appt was long was almost 3 months away so a lot of your questions were not really applicable. Staff was friendly and welcoming much better than it has been since Covid. I assumed everyone was burned out and/or under payed. It felt like a new corporation model, basically a factory model where the Dr Pt relationship took TOO MUCH TIME and shouldn't be privileged because it wasn't efficient ( efficient for what? Certainly NOT HEALTH CARE but more about corporation profit. It was blatant in that direction! Not the Drs or PA s but the organizational structure above them. VERY DISCOURAGING! And clearly the direction "Health Care". Is trying to go. Your office is trying to do better. Good! But I haven't been able to get in for some time so I'm just noticing a change! Hope it continues!!

I had prostate cancer and had the prostate removed, after which I developed non-prostate complications. Dr. Baugh was very attentive to those and developed a plan of action based on thorough conversations.

Both Dr. Ben V Ly and staff at Legacy have provided excellent and caring service over the past 13 years(?)In the last year, Dr. Ly agreed to see my sister and she finds him to be the best physician she has ever used. Dr. Ly has been extremely caring, a champion for the patient, and excellent at coordinating specialty care and needs on behalf of the patient.

Dr. Wood is thorough, genuine and easy to talk with

Two of my doctors left Legacy in the past year. I like Dr. Baugh because he's closer to my age than my previous doctors. Because I had no assigned doctor, I had to go to the emergency care facility on a Sunday. It was a long wait but they helped a lot. I really like the two remote telephone ladies that got me to Dr. Baugh and scheduled follow-up appointments after my emergency visit. I'm almost 77 and would like a permanent doctor.

Dr. Ly is the best doctor I've ever had! He is so caring, listens carefully, warm and reassuring, and is very thorough in his diagnosis and explanations. He spends the time to fully assess my conditions and concerns.

The only complaint I have is with the turnover of providers, as in 5 docs in the last three years

One of Dr. Ly's assistants answered my messages on MyHealth and did not know what was going on. Felt he(?) should have left it to Dr. Ly to answer the discussion we had been having.

The Clinic recently began using 'DAX' which is supposed to allow for more doctor/patient interaction and lessen the time the doctor has to spend typing, etc. While the idea is great, there are wrinkles that need to be worked out: My doctor still had to spend time typing that DAX didn't record for some reason. Other than that caveat, the visit with my doctor & staff was great--no complaints !

Dr Baugh explained very clearly the difference between an Advanced Directive, a Medical Power of Attorney, and a POLST, which was very helpful.Furthermore, he made a same-day appointment at Inovia Vein to test my swollen right leg for blood clots (none were found).He also sent me upstairs to Rm 360 for a blood draw. I received the test results the very next day!

Fabulous doctor! My first time meeting her and feel fortunate to have her on my team now! Took 6 months to get appointment however! Ludicrous!

Trouble navigating to the correct office, kind workers

Saw Dr Goldenberg for followup due to injuries from a fall. Dr Warrington, my primary care physician, was unavailable, so I was seen by Dr Goldenberg. She was knowledgeable re my heath history and ensured my concerns were addressed. She also reviewed what I should do if symptoms continue past 7-10 days.

Talks to me like I am an intelligent person. Dr. Warrington seems very articulate and knowledgable. He is not rigid nor condescending. He is responsive to feedback.

Dr. Ly is an excellent physician in every way. Highly recommend - and very glad he is my doctor.

I was seen based on a last min appointment booked by triage nurse. I thoroughly enjoyed Dr Garcias professionalism and concern for my concerns. She's so great.

My visit was great. However, I had requested a prescription via MyHealth, and I had my pharmacy request a refill. I never heard back and the prescription was filled at the wrong pharmacy. I left a message on MyHealth requesting the prescription be sent to the right pharmacy and did not hear back, at all.

Dr. Garcia is always attentive and listens to my concerns. She makes care plans clear and I always leave the office understanding next steps and advice. Thank you!

Dr marr is a very good dr

Dr Garcia Jordan is good. I like her. The system is the problem, so I would not recommend the clinic based on that. I can only see her once a year. If I have an actual illness, I have to go to Zoom Care or Urgen Care. I have been working with to get my ferritin levels up, so I thought I should have my blood check BEFORE the appt so we could TALK about it, but was told that Legacy's policy was do do blood tests after physicals. My doctor agreed that it would have been nice to have had blood test beforehand, but that she's not allowed to do that. Very frustrating!! I get test results back and when I have questions we just have to message back on MyChart rather than talk face to face. It is very impersonal and I feel unseen (in person, however, I feel like my doctor listens). It's a problem with the system.

Dr Ly is the.most.thorough with explamatioms, om top of my situation from the moment he walks in Pays attention to questions, overall he is the nest experience ever with any previous providers and that is after only 2.visits,

Dr. Warrington is great. He is approachable, knowledgeable, explains things well, is empathic, direct and has a good sense of humor. These surveys are somewhat redundant and sometimes limiting. There should be Not Applicable options or "not sure" options on some of the questions.

The interaction with Legacy has improved over the past 3 months. I need to this level of performance over time to see if it's sustainable.

After 20 years seeing Dr. Baugh I was told I needed a new primary physician b/c I hadn't seen Dr Baugh since 2019. This seems bad for patients, doctors, and Legacy. No one could explain why this policy exists. I have several practicing physicians in my family and were surprised and at the same time not surprised...as they feel there are many foolish polices that show up from time to time. To be clear: my provider that day was just fine. My issue is that I'm now starting over with a new physician and as a result I'll be changing to Providence b/c it is more convenient for me. Might as well, right? The only point in staying with Legacy was to stay with a provider that had 20yrs experience with me.

When I got back and wanted an appt with that or any other woman, told no longer accepting new patients. I wasn't exactly new. Receptionist on phone when I was scheduling appt was rushed and brusque. Felt blamed because I had to cancel my appt.On a different visit, unhappy with my eye surgery and am going to get second opinion. Dr Warrington good and helpful, no complaints with him.I want to find another place and leave legacy.

Dr. Warrington is an excellent listener and processed what I had to say. I didn't feel rushed at all and I felt much better after discussing the Regence/ Legacy negotiations with him. I hope that the contract is settled and that I am able to continue working with him.

Waited 50 minutes in the exam room, doctor never showed up. The reason for the appointment was also bogus, needing to visit every quarter to get meds I have taken for decades. Zero respect for patients and their time.

Visit was interrupted by fire alarm going off in building. The entire staff handled it very well. I felt Dr. Warrington was ready to deal with the issue in a most professional manner. After the all clear was announced we returned and completed the appointment. Good job by all...

It takes forever to get thru to scheduling on the phone. My PCP left in Sept and I finally was able to see my new PCP in February for the first time. Dr. Bhansari, though, was approachable, professional, friendly and knowledgable of my medical issues and specialists I was seeing.

The overall experience is very good. The only issue is understaffing and it is difficult to make the copay because the card readers rarely work. This is then a hassle to get a bill and have to pay another way.

The only issue is the parking building...seems there is urine smell on the staircase. May be due to homeless?

I became a new patient because my old Doctor moved. I had to wait 6 MONTHS to get the appointment which I believe is an excessive amount of time since my old Doctor was in the same group and my records were accessible. No reflection on Dr. Warrington or the staff as the appointment was made via the My Health app.

Dr Wood was very concerned with my medical problem.

Everything was up to my expectations, except that after filling out a huge questionnaire on-line some of the information that I clearly provided was not in my medical record for the MA or physician to see. Not a huge deal, but something that could be improved upon.

This was my first visit with Dr. Worthington. My last three doctors left the clinic, which concerned me, but Dr. Worthington was great and quickly gained my trust. I'm glad I was assigned to him.

Very satisfying

This was a first visit with the physician after my previous physician, Dr. Robins, left the practice. It was a very good visit and I am to follow up in three months. HOWEVER, when I went into MyHealth to go ahead and schedule the follow up appointment, there are only 7:45 am appointments available for Dr. Bhansari until late July. I can't make it in from daycare drop-off in Hillsboro in time to make an early appointment, so my care may be compromised if I have to wait 145 days to see him again. I hope when I call the clinic on Monday there are other appointments. But the perception I am getting from MyHealth is that the doctor is too busy to work with a polychronic patient like me. That's disappointing.

Dr Baugh is a good listener and works with his patients so that they can make informed choices. I appreciate this!

This visit was to establish a primary care physician for my 95 year old mother who is in memory care. Ease of access to this service was horrendous. The Dr and Nurse Assistant were great once we were actually able to see them.

I had this appointment for my meds that I get from this office. I now have to go back in May to establish new primary care Dr. I don't drive and live on other side of the city. Is sad that I couldn't do both appointments at once. All to make more money. The taxpayers pay my Dr. Bills. Even the Dr. I saw said I should have been able to combine appointments.

It's always nice to see Dr. Baugh. His staff is always friendly and fun. :-)

I am not sure if Legacy will still be able to see me due to Insurance dispute which is unsettling as it's convenient to my home and I am very comphortable with them and like my doctors and have trust in them.

Had to wait an hour past appointment time

My lab tests are not until August so no communication is needed at this time. A1C done at the office and immediate results were given. I am not fond the new texting policy regarding charges. In some instances it may require one to go to an urgent care to get simple advise!!

Dr. Wood could not be any better. She is so down to earth, knowledgeable, listens to questions/concerns and I feel like is an advocate and ally in my health. She strives to identify the cause of issues that are not just throwing medication at symptoms and I am a better and healthier person because of her. I hope to continue to see her for many years to come.

Excellent visit with a new provider. I felt she listened to my concerns and had a very practical approach to my health care.

This was a routine physical visit. In the past, physicians often had more time to discuss any other concerns one had but that no longer seems to be part of a routine physical visit.

Staff was very knowledgeable and efficient.

They have all been good. I think the providers should be able to give a bit more time to their patients instead of being under such a mandated restrictive time restraint.

I'm just getting to have a client-doctor relationship because I had only seen Dr. Goldenberg once some time ago. She's incredibly thorough, sometimes to my annoyance, but I trust her, and that's what counts. I am going to recommend her to a friend.

First visit with this doctor.

I got moved to a new Provider who didn't know much about my complex medical history.

My only problem with GoodSam is trying to make an appointment by telephone. Or trying to do anything by phone.

My first visit with her after waiting 6 months for an appointment. She read over my chart but did not check heart, lungs or other basic things that pcp usually checks. Did not ask me if I needed refills on any medications which I did since this is the beginning of the year. My previous pcp listened to things from my back. This Dr never left the seat, only looked at the computer. I was very unsatisfied with this appointment. Never even asked about my other health conditions .

Dr. Ly works well with my acupuncturists, and preference for eastern medicine.He handled concerns about my living situation with professionalism and support.

Excessive time I had to wait in the waiting room and in the Dr's office. My current Dr who I've only seen once before is now leaving and I am being assigned a new Dr. I made an appointment to see this Dr with the earliest time I could get being 4 months away,

Some of these questions were poorly worded. For example, I DID have questions for a "care provider"- but could not be funneled to a provider in the time between when my last PCP left, and the time it took to get into my new PCP. I traveled out of the country in the interim and had to come up with another way to get some of the Rxs I needed for my trip, since no one in the office would answer any questions since I was between providers. I did not talk to anyone about my meds "in the last three months" because I had no one to talk to; we did discuss my Rxs on this new "establish care" visit

Provider and staff were knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

I was really disappointed and upset by how the doctor discussed my weight with me. I have a history of ED and she didn't ask until halfway through the conversation. My health markers were excellent and my weight gain was well within a normal range. Her questioning and discussion around my weight caught me completely off guard, and had no bearing on the actual markers of health (like my blood pressure or cholesterol). There is so much excellent research being done on the impact of weight on health (very little) and how anti-fat bias has poisoned our health care systems and culture. And I'm not even fat! It was such a triggering conversation that I literally went home and cried about with my boyfriend, sisters, and therapist! Please educate yourselves and your providers on appropriate ways to discuss people's weight, or better yet, DON'T! A routine check-up shouldn't be a cause for this kind of stress and sadness for me.

Dr. Rosa Garcia -Jordan is an extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and thorough doctor and takes the time to listen to me and address all of my concerns.

The care I received was excellent. My constructive feedback is that I needed to wait on the phone for at least 40 mins to make the appointment and my doctor wasn't available for a physical for months.

This was mostly an introduction meeting with my new doctor. I am very pleased and impressed with him. All went well.

I was a new patient and dr Anthony was great, spent 45 minutes with me, went over my medical history and meds. She was right on time for the appointment and was very nice and friendly which I appreciate.

There are NO unqualified recommendations; depends on the needs of the patient. Alisha(sp?) gave the best (least painful) injection I've ever experienced-I did not feel the needle going in "not my first rodeo," she said. Could she please train everyone? !!!

Good provider, my previous PCP just left the practice. This was to be the first visit with my new provider but he is also leaving the practice. My next selected PCP first available appointment is more than three months in the future. That is unacceptable. That so many of your providers are leaving is evidence to me that organizational practice guidelines make your providers unhappy with the type of medical care they can provide. That is not reassuring.

The only issue with my visit was the new reception clerk had not code a visit to a car insurance claim so she needed help from other clerks to complete that process. They didn't make me wait, rather try gave my form to fill out while I waited a minute or so for the Dr's assistant to take me to the exam room. So it really wasn't much of an Issue for me.

Unfortunately he is moving away from Portland so I can't really recommend him now.

I felt that she took the time to listen to my concerns. She is a very good doctor.

Long wait to get a new pcp after mine left and many glitches with insurance while the new pcp got established.

New patient visit with Dr Warrington as he accepts Dr Garcia's former patients. He had familiarized himself with my history prior to meeting me with a depth that surprised and delighted me. He covered a lot of territory clearly and concisely. It was an experience akin to talking with a scientist-who is serious about patient care.

This visit was fine. My last visit was cancelled when I arrived 16 minutes late after driving 1 hr 15 min in heavy traffic. That was very upsetting to me.

This was intro visit with Dr Warrington; I'm very favorably impressed. He was well prepared, listened well, offered suggestions, I'm glad he's my new primary.

At check in they did not ask for my insurance card. They went ahead and charged me the 10.00 dollar co pay. They should have updated with my new card showing no co pay. Now I will have to straighen that out.

My visit was prompted by the renewal of a prescription being denied & a request that I make an appointment with Dr. G. (probably because of regulations requiring physicians to periodically evaluate a patient's condition to determine their prescription needs, & not merely filling prescription medications time after time?) This survey would not let me put in more than 3 digits of my number!

Thought it was strange that my temperature was not taken.

We love Dr Ly! He is a caring, professional physician who is genuinely passionate when it comes to finding solutions for your health care needs.

Called refill 4 days later not filled. Called office to make sure it would refill the man I talked to kept telling me the same thing. 5 days for refill when I aske for him to listen he said no and hung up.

Attending physician submitted scrips to CVS, but CVS was unable to fill. When I called in to Legacy about this, the clerk(?),to whom I was connected was very unhelpful and basically told me that this was my fault. As a result, one of the 2 scrips could not be filled until after the weekend.

I waited three months for an appointment with my new primary care after Dr. Lan left, showed up for the appointment only to find out that this provider is also leaving and I will have to find a new primary care. I am very frustrated with the wait times and physician availability at legacy. I am looking for other options.

Dr Anthony ordered some lab tests. In calling to make a lab appointment (this appears to be a new requirement) I waited on hold for 15 minutes before being disconnected. My second attempt resulted in similar hold time after which a person answered asking what I wanted (I had already specified the need to make an appointment in the automated answering segment). After repeating that I wanted to schedule an appointment, I was put on hold for another long time. When the scheduler answered, there were no appointments available for a week and I needed to return home in two days involving a 3 hour drive. I came into the lab the next morning and they said I couldn't have my blood drawn without an appointment. There was no one in the waiting room. A registration agent said he would register me, so I was able to see the phlebotomist almost immediately after registering (again, no one was waiting). This is ridiculous!

Employees and Doctor were very professional, kind and knowledgeable

Dr. Ly continues to provide premium services when I meet with him in the office or internet. He has excellent interpersonal skills and extremely knowledgeable with a wide range of medical issues. When he doesn't he appropriately refers me to the appropriate services. I recommend him without hesitation.

Whenever I see a care provider for a check up, the nurse ALWAYS take my blood pressure as soon as I sit down after walking into the room. This gives an unnecessarily high reading for blood pressure. Recommended procedure for at BP test is "sit 5 minutes with feet on floor". Why is this not done in the clinic?

MA that roomed me was wearing strong cologne, which didn't seem appropriate for those with allergies and asthma. The BP machine was mounted on the wall above my chair and it was awkward getting the BP cuff on and having a reading done with the cuff tubing In my hair and across my shoulder. It seemed like a usual focus on additional costs that could be incurred at my appointment if there were "new" problems. My provider did not explicitly indicate I was being charged for "new" problems when my questions were related to my physical health (cardiac and skin issues) and seemed appropriate history or concerns to discuss during an annual physical. My after visit summary reads like an itemized list of health issues which has me concerned about additional, unexpected charges. This should be clearly conveyed verbally before proceeding so there Is mutual understanding. I have had multiple appointments with this provider but this one left me feeling disappointed and that revenue and billing is a higher priority than my health and wellness.

Refused me access to gender affirming care. This is the second time LGBTQ specialists at Legacy did this

The Doctor is great. It is the ability to see the doctor when needed in a timely fashion that is the issue. It seems the problem is hiring providers in this practice.

Dr. Ly provides exceptional care. He is smart, listens well, understands and offers realistic options for creating a plan of care.He really is bright and shining star!

Dr. Garcia-Jordan was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to about my concerns. I felt so much better after being in her care and appreciated the clear instructions with next steps. The nurse and reception team at her office and the reception and lab tech in the laboratory were all great.

Worst doctor meeting I have ever experienced. The doctor continuously jumped to conclusions without asking any follow up questions and let his own personal medical and mental history influence his diagnosis of various ailments that I was getting help with. At times I had to interject with my own personal history while he lectured me on my life choices without knowing any of my medical or personal history. I left the appointment feeling unheard and distrustful of any Legacy Doctor after this encounter.

I feel the doctor is attentive when with me. She takes the time that is needed. I experience there is enough time to take care of all the medical questions p came in with.

The medical assistant I had for this visit was the best I've ever had at this clinic! I wish I had the same one at every visit instead of having a new one every time. My other medical providers use the same assistants for each visit.

This was my 1st visit with Dr Warrington. I was very impressed. He had researched my record, listened to me and offered suggestions. I hope you are able to keep this Dr as he is wonderful and I have had 2 leave recently. Excellent Dr.

3 years I thought this clinic was pretty awful and I attempted to transfer out. Since the summer, I have been pleasantly surprised by how nice everyone and helpful everyone has been. Dont know how this happened but kudos to all of you.

My appointment was originally scheduled right in the middle of the ice storm so that caused 3 re-schedules. All understandable. Getting to the office from the Parking Garage is very confusing. Would recommend an information person at the entrance to assist.

Very sad to be randomly selected to lose Dr. Rosa Garcia Jordan as my primary care doctor, after so many years! But I guess not surprised she needed to reduce her "panel". Health care Is still going through so much upheaval. Dr. Garcia was wonderful! - But the pandemic seems to have taken its toll on all of us - patients, doctors, and for sure - the professionals that provide all of the support services , particularly nurses, medical assistants, etc

I have to share something that I witnessed in the waiting room at Legacy Medical Group Northwest. There was an elderly immigrant couple who came to your office because they were desperately trying to get prescriptions refilled because their pharmacy had not been able to contact Legacy Medical Group Northwest. (I've had this same problem every month since Dr. Robins left.) One of them was crying because they did not have enough medication to get through the long weekend (this happened to me the week prior, so I could very much empathize). It was terrible that they were experiencing this. This is a consistent issue with your office of late, and it's aggravating enough as an able-bodied person in my 30s. It was truly awful to see this happening to two sweet, elderly people. But, I will say that the staff member helping the woman was very kind and seemed to be helping to resolve their issue. I hope that is the case. I hope they got what they needed and won't suffer over New Year's. I hope that won't happen to them or anyone else, ever again. Truly, this has been a consistent problem with your clinic and it is making me want to leave.Secondly, I also witnessed an incident in the waiting room of the Legacy lab, while getting bloodwork ordered by Dr. Anthony. Part of the incident occurred before I arrived. Apparently a lab staff member (white woman working on 12/29) was racist and rude towards an elderly Asian woman. Her son came in to help her navigate the situation and file a report. The Black staff member who was working there did a great job helping the family and making them feel heard. He should be applauded for that, and obviously, I hope that the other staff member who was racist towards her patient is dealt with. That is unacceptable.

Dr Baugh is an excellent primary care doc. He is very intelligent, knowledgeable and has considerable common sense. He is professional with good interpersonal skills. He reliably has good ideas based on experience and demonstrates an investment in good physical and mental health.

I never feel rushed when seeing Dr.Marr. He listens to my concerns and suggests things I should consider. I have total confidence in him. Glad he is my doctor.

Dr. Rosa Garcia has been my primary care doctor for well over a decade. I have seen many doctors in my life, and I would place her at the top of the list. She is a great and empathetic listener, obviously cares deeply for her patients and is one of the best diagnosticians I've ever met. She goes out of her way to make sure I'm taken care of, am referred to the correct physician(s) given my health problems, and orders any necessary tests in a timely manner. I can't imagine seeing any other doctor for my primary care. She's a true gem and I feel very lucky to be in her more than capable hands.

Dr Garcia has helped me for 30 years. When there is more than one option she always explains what each would do and asks me which way I feel would work best for me. She is very good at explaining the issues.

I'm mey Dr Li on what was essentialy a med check to make sure all of my scripts had adequate refills since I'm doing an insurance transition. He was very nice friendly and helpful.

In this introductory visit, Dr Anthony thoroughly discussed my medical history and past results with me, and gave a simple explanation of A1-C test

The waiting time was bad, but the care Dr Goldenberg gives is excellent.

Appointment was scheduled for 8:30 and the provider didn't come until 9:30. He was talking so much that I wasn't able to get much in myself and share the things I wanted to share. Worst PCP I have come across definitely don't and won't be seeing him again.

Dr. Garcia is very patient, kind, and candid. Just how I like it!

Megan Anthony DO is probably your best doctor at this clinic by far. Top level, very personal, easy to be with, and didn't wear a white coat , was dressed casually , relaxed with me and my person who came to help me remember but she was not helpful because she was overbearing so next time I see Megan Anthony DO will come on my own or get someone at the hospital to help me out if that is possible.

Wait time was short. Dr. Garcia is very thorough. She listens to me and answers my questions. She is super professional, yet personable. She's caring and helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Garcia-Jordan for years and I thoroughly trust her medical decisions and ability to treat me with care and accuracy. I was glad to see her as it had been over a year since my last visit. Just a routine physical this time but still received the highest standard and of care.

Dr. Garcia paid attention to my concerns and offered me recommendations as to what direction to take. I really appreciated that.

Dr O'Neill is the best Medical provider I've ever had. He listens, explains items in detail, and takes the needed time for each appointment.

Dr Ly is fantastic! My husband's legacy provider is leaving (different clinic) so I asked Dr Ly is he could take him on. He said he is prevented from doing so by management (too many patients already?). I tried to make an appointment for my husband with the new providers at Legacy NW clinic and was told they are only scheduling patients from within Legacy NW clinic, not other Legacy clinics. I think Legacy clinics should accept patients from all Legacy clinics. I saw Dr Zeller at Legacy NW for at least 30 years so I am a loyal Legacy patient. Also, I am a recently retired nurse from the Legacy Pain Clinic. I expect more loyalty and care for the Legacy "family".

Assistant was brusque. Provider was wonderful as usual.

The initial appointment attempt made could not be scheduled until 4 months out. Fortunately, there was apparently a cancellation and I was able to get in much earlier. Not only was the appointment scheduled several months out, it took several attempts via internet and phone call to actually make the appointment.

Dr Anthony is a new doctor to me. She was very receptive, and had a open ear to all my concerns. I will be very happy with her.

Dr. Ly is the best! He's a great listener, very supportive and reassuring.

Each visit with Dr Ly makes me feel confident about my healthcare. I feel fortunate to have Dr Ly as my primary care provider. He is a gift.

This was my first visit with Dr. Warrington. I loved my previous doctor (Johnson) so I was concerned. Warrington is fantastic. Very engaged. Great explainer. Seems kind and really took time. So I can't say enough in the positive column. Just great.

First visit with Dr. Baugh and he helped me get referrals or treatment for everything I needed. Great visit and looking forward to having him as my PCP.

Dr Ly exceptionally focused, comprehensive in dealing with all levels of concern, and able to gain insight from a battery of tests he himself orders.

I love Dr. Ly - he's really the best. My only concern is that you have to wait SO LONG to see him. At least a month for a video appointment and two or three months for an in-person. When after an ER visit, they were not able to get me onto his schedule for a follow up until FOUR WEEKS LATER. My issues weren't life threatening, but it makes me anxious to think about if I would be able to see him in time if I were more urgently sick.

This was my 1st visit with this provider.

New provider for me

I was referred for imaging. Legacy Diagnostic Imaging neither answers the phone nor answers messages. I've given up and have reached out to OHSU to make an appointment for imaging.

First visit with Dr. LY. I have been most upset & anxious about the departure of Dr. Robins. Now my mind is at ease to have another wonderful, caring doctor.

Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. Did not take long

Dr Megan Anthony is excellent in every way. She is sincerely caring, and is a great listener, w great people skills. I feel that she is truly honoring her Hyppocratic Oath! She is a great addition/asset to Legacy, and the group @ Good Samaritan, and a wonderful ambassador and true gem both to Legacy as well as to the medical profession! The country, the world needs more like Dr. Megan Anthony in the medical profession!!!

I appreciate it when any assistant taking me back for prep work identifies herself/himself instead of me having to ask.

Dr. Curtis Marr is an outstanding physician. He is competent, compassionate and just a "nice guy"!

The dr spent more time looking at computer than at me and he never examined my neck which is what I came in for

Dr. Anthony recently completed her residency and is new to the clinic. I loved Dr Dunn and was unhappy to lose her and worried about a new young and unexperienced doctor, but Dr Anthony was personable and knowledgeable about my health concerns and I was very pleased with her care. I will continue to see her as my PCP.

This was a brief Wellness Visit

Everything went well, though I sought the appt to get a refill on a prescription that needed Dr Garcia, who was out, thus referral to Dr. Warrington. It also became a visit to start preparation for my late Feb knee replacement. Thanks. AND I still haven't gotten the prescription refill sent to my pharmacy, what's the deal?

This has been my provider for many years and I have referred other to him including my partner.

Dr. O'Neill is extremely intelligent and I feel he truly cares about his patients. I wish that he would allow more time and space for listening, though. At times I felt I had to interrupt him to express my concerns, and even then, he seemed to make quick assumptions rather than ask further questions to understand what I was trying to say.More frustratingly, Legacy has horrendous wait times for appointments. My current PCP is departing the group (second time this has happened this year), and I now have to wait more than six months to meet my new PCP. This is ridiculous and is causing my family to consider leaving the clinic.

Dr. O'Neill was a terrific doctor for me when I was a patient at One Medical. I followed him to the clinic when I re-established care through OHP. It took over four months to get my first appointment to establish care, and I had to go to the ER twice for things an RN could have helped me with in the meantime. My maintenance meds were not being provided until this visit, I went off my ADHD meds, driving dysfunction and a spiraling depression. The policy that kept me from seeing a doctor nearly shoved me off the ledge and into who knows what I almost lost my relationship and a place to live. I don't blame the doctor, but the policy of your offices needs a good hard look, with any more time I could have become one of the people Portland is trying to get/keep off the streets.

Dr.Warrington knew my medical history to a surprising degree during our first meeting. I was impressed by his listening skills, his expertise and his kindness. I think we will have a successful partnership in managing my health.

Dr. Ly is quite literally the best doctor I've ever had. He truly cares for his patients and goes above and beyond for me every time I see him. I've never before had such wonderful and thorough care as I have with him. He is absolutely outstanding!

I thought Dr.Marr did a good job; he's not my regular physician but he showed care and concern. It turned out I I had been paying so much attention to my blood sugar I had ignored my blood pressure and not been monitoring it. So meds are adjusted and check back in three weeks.

Dr Wood and her assistant Lamont were very good!

Provider, even though we had not met before, quickly grasped my medical history and was able to clearly explain my current health situation, what to expect in short term, and answer my questions. He clearly explained my follow-up steps to take and when. I thought he did a great job and was glad he was the one available when I needed help and my usual physician was not in the office.

It is difficult to contact Dr. Baugh's medical staff by phone. When I am able to get through my experiences are satisfactory. I wish that it would be easier to contact his medical staff by phone.

Dr Warrington had read my files beforehand and was up to date and able to make sense of my situation.

He is my new doctor - so this was an intro/info visit and I will see him again in 3 months after routine jab tests. Dr. Lan had been my primary care physician for years, but sadly he is no longer with this group.

Dr Bhansari is an excellent physician. He spent a lot of time with me when he reviewed and updated my record. He provided a lot of information and answered my questions. I really like him.

I t was to meet for the first day. I did think my heart or lung's would have been listed to.

Dr Marr is always sensitive to what I tell him about my health and always seems to have a reasonable diagnosis.

Not my usual physician, but took time to familiarize herself with my situation before coming into the room. Carefully listened. I appreciated the time Dr. Wood took with me.

She was very caring and thorough. I am very happy having her.

I would say the Dr. I seen had no clue what I was there for. All of the labs that should've been ordered did not get ordered. I was late due to parking lot full and came in sick with a cold but called to check if I needed to be rescheduled and was told I could still come in to wear a mask and not touch my face. The Dr. All but lectured me about coming and I told me I could have covid. I advised I called before coming to the appointment the day before and had they told me to reschedule I would've. He was going through some results but couldn't do them all since I was late so overall this visit wasn't quality. My normal Dr is on leave but I went along with the process. Some important labs did get discussed but not the best visit. I am use to my Dr. Since she knows my history. The Dr. I seen maybe he was irritated since I arrived late not sure. Is it my fault there was no parking and had to drive around for 20min for a park? A good attitude means everything.

Both the parking lots were completely filled up and I had to go out and find parking on the street. Luckily I had given myself enough time. Otherwise, I would've been late for my appointment. I think some adjustments need to be made.

Dr. Goldenberg could not have been more helpful, thourough, or kind. I am a 77 year old patient with a long and complicated medical history. She managed to sort out what needed to be done by finding and absorbing a great deal of information. I left admiring her skill and confident in her decisions. My concerns have been with the complete lack of timely and correct information about Dr. Garcia's absence, at least among staff who answer phones. You must improve Communication to and from staff who cancel and make appointments. If any one wants details, please call.

It is nice to have a doctor treat me as a person and not a condition and Dr.Anthony was very attentive to my needs.

Questioning why this visit couldn't count as making Dr Anthony my new Primary care doctor as Dr Robins unfortunately left. I have to wait until July to get an appointment with Dr Anthony to have her as my Primary car doctor. I do appreciate your office will take care of me in the mean time.

I have been going to this clinic for 25 years. In September Legacy decide to cut down my dr's patient list.for no reason I was terminated as her patient. I did not give a good score for referring friends. In this area I need to say that I have referred 4 family members to this clinic, who are still there. I would like to know why i've lost my doctor. And through an email. This is just so grossly unprofessional I question whether I will return to Legacy. I had my babies here, sent my children here and went through three heart attacks with my husband here. I hope you realize how your thoughtless handling of your patients in this matter will reflect your future reputation which is definitely not a plus at this point in time!
