Dr. Marshall-Olson is easy to talk to. She is informative and thorough. I highly recommend her.

My mom with dementia is treated very kindly by all office staff and Dr Folger is excellent at discussing the difficult topic of dementia with us.

Dr. Folger was able to elicit from my father his anxiety about the potential for continued physical decline. It was an amazing interaction. Truly a special moment -I feel lucky to have been there.

I had a very worrying emergent issue and from the clinic receptionist to my doctor's assistant to my doctor-they got me in fast and got me the diagnostic testing needed rapidly to figure out what was going on. Results were negative so it put my mind at ease and was resolved quickly. I really appreciate my doctor, who is wonderful, and her staff and clinic support folks. Hardworking, caring, concerned and great with follow up and follow through!

We are fortunate to be in his care.

It is insulting to me that Dr Hendin is even included in a baseline survey such as this. Spreading these empty questionnaires like peanut butter and pretending that they apply to the likes of Perry Hendin provides the strongest indication that the process is so dumbed down to be rendered useless. Dr Hendin deserves better.

Perry Hendin is hands-down the best physician one could hope for as a primary care provider. Please clone him so I will have his service even after he retires. I

Unfortunately my provider is retiring from practice next month. I didn't get the full details why but understand that it is due to Legacy's financial situation & staff/management issues.

I have had this doctor as my primary for as long as I've lived in Oregon. I've never had another doctor treat me with respect and care like her. If I ever had to move to another state I would (theoretically) fly back for my appointments.

I like every thing about this Raleigh Hills. Clinic It just has a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff does not seem stressed or rushed. Our medical needs have been carefully and thoroughly addressed. In April when my husband had some emergency issues people at the clinic got him the attention he needed right away. Dr Siu's referrals have been accessible and very helpful. Dr Siu is the best primary doctor I have had in Oregon (24 years)

I was having difficulties with sleep issues and Dr Hendin did the needed. Follow up with other providers and gave me the information I needed to move forward. I had gotten a CPAP machine and was having difficulties making it work. A different mask was ordered which took almost 4 weeks to get. I have a machine air flow Issue that was not dealt with. Doesn't seem to be any humanAvailability To assist with this issue. I need a machine that works or send this one back.

Extremely long wait times to establish care with PCP or other specialists in the legacy health system and some specialists are not even taking new patients. This has increased my urgent care and ED utilization and is not the care that I need to manage my newly diagnosed autoimmune disease. Once I established care, my care team was amazing. The admin systems to gain access to care providers needs work.

Dr. Folger is a caring and smart doctor. She is a geriatrician and very knowledgeable about physical Illnesses in an aging population. I feel very lucky to have her as a doctor.

The reception staff is phenomenal! They are always professional kind and courteous. Phone calls are answered quickly and efficiently. Dr Karam is attentive and addresses all health concerns and preventative medical needs. I never feel rushed or that the doctor is in a hurry. He is very thorough and his assessments and care.

Dr Hansen is retiring!! I'm out am outraged that I cannot find a Dr at any of the Legacy clinics that are excepting new patients. What are all Dr Hansen's clients to do? Not only is she retiring I have heard from several friends that there Dr is retiring also. What are our options???

Dr. Karam is very good for someone my age (72). I don't know if he would be suitable for a younger person. Besides, my understanding is that he is not accepting new patients.

I'm in need of a new walker, as mine is broken. But during the last month I have not received. During a vacation, the social worker in charge of my walker issue, did not contact me at all, nor the walker issue was not progressed at all. I am still in not possession of an unbroken issue, I believe it may be the insurance companies issue is of nocommunication.This is the ONLY issue I have in the office at all!!!

Dr. Hendin is a very special physician, well above and beyond most other physicians I have been seen by throughout my 83 years. He is not only extremely knowledgeable but exceptionally caring. I will be very sad to lose him as my doctor if/when he finally decides to retire. But, I wish him the best possible life whatever he chooses. As long as he is practicing medicine and I remain alive, I will have no other primary care physician.

The only hitch was waiting too long at the end of the visit for nurse to return to give vaccine and paperwork. I think there was a misunderstanding that we were waiting

Filled out paperwork online and then had to again fill out more paperwork at the office. What was the point of doing it beforehand if I'm going to be asked again to fill it out at the office?? Felt it was completely unnecessary and rude to expect patients to sign a document saying they have not had care elsewhere and if they have I would be responsible for the bill. I believe I'm responsible for the bill regardless if insurance doesn't pay for what ever service I receive so this is redundant and I felt like I was bullied and being treated as if I am a liar. Geez!!!

Corporate medicine--doctors are overloaded with patient appointments and administrative work, and there's often too much waiting time for the doctor to enter the examination room.

Superlative communication

The phone system is the worst I've ever encountered in all my years of medical care anywhere. Kept on hold forever most every encounter. Leaving messages is of no help. The only positive I can say is WHEN you get the person who schedules appointments, she is very helpful.

I hate to recommend dr. Folger because I don't want her to have to schedule me 2 months + out. She is simply and honestly the best PCP I have ever had and I am 73!

Dr. Hendin has been my primary care doctor for over 15 years. I believe he is an extremely gifted physician and communicator. He is comprehensive in his approach to my overall health, he was helpful and empathic with me as I was caretaking my wife who had Alzheimer's disease for over five years and helped me through my grief and moving on with my life. He is remarkable. I know other phtsicians he has trained and they have the utmost respect for his doctoring.

Dr Karam was kind and calm, friendly, intelligent, an excellent listener. His med asst was unfriendly and needed to show more interest in her job. I asked what my weight was but she never gave me that info. Maybe she couldn't convert to pounds without the computer. I brought in a list of refill requests and other info but she failed to give it to him. Next time I'll give it to him directly.

My main distress is the issue of Legacy and Regence not coming to an agreement. The mental toll this is taking is very frustrating. I've invested so much time in establishing myself with this doctor, and now, when I need care most, I am stuck trying to find a new physician outside of Legacyand that is such a difficult thing to do right now. Very frustrated that Legacy would drop a hugely respected insurer like Regence Blue Cross.

Raleigh Hills Clinic is simply excellent, and Jill Hansen is the best doc I've ever had. She keeps her eye on all my health issues, and how they interact with each other. I feel completely safe in her care, and have recommended her to family and friends.

Dr. Marshall-Olson and her team are fantastic. I am concerned that the dispute between BCBS and Legacy Health will have an adverse effect on my continuity of care with them.

My concern is the negotiation with Legacy and Regency. I would be devastated to have to give up Dr Sui who is the best internest I've had in years.

I have always had a good experiences. Waiting to get an appointment is another thing. It is the same with most doctors. I had a fall accident and I only had to wait a few days.

At every appointment all of my questions and concerns are completely addressed and I leave the appointments feeling good about the visit. I asked for appointment with my doctor. Social worker called back day late. Had to several times press I wanted doctor appointment, not to meet with social worker I had never met. Social worker slowed procces and never returned a call as committed

Doctor Siu never disappoints. She is extremely thorough and takes as much time as needed to ensure that we're on the same page regarding my health and associated concerns.

Dr. Karam was exceptionally up-to-date with my medical history, and remembered me as a person. He impresses me as being very bright, intuitive and personable. I feel very lucky to have a doctor like him, as well as all of the staff at the Raleigh Hills Office.

Dr. Jill Hansen is the best physician I have ever had. She is incredibly knowledgeable, talks and listens at length, has an ease and friendliness that puts me at ease, is very responsive on the patient portal. Overall, an excellent experience seeing Dr. Hansen.

The transition from Dr. Siu to Dr. Folger was a bit rocky, due to a lack of communication somewhere in the middle. It all worked out in the end, but a bit annoying. I think there is something wrong with your system, where I had to wait months for an annual checkup past my normal date with a PCP that is very good. I will miss Dr. Siu, but very glad to have Dr. Folger now. She's great as well.

Very happy I switched to Dr Marshall-Olson! Her bedside manner and way of explaining things are excellent, and I feel very comfortable sharing health issues or questions with her.

Really, really like my provider & her nurse. Don'( always like why I have to see them but know they both will help me & I walk away feeling better. Perry Hendin has been my provider for over 33 years. He's literally saved my life more than once. I will be very hard pressed to replace him. His care over the years has been exemplary as has his staff. I'm fortunate to have known him...and grateful.

I am always impressed by the positivity professionalism and superb attentiveness of this doctor and the staff.

This was my initial visit with a new Primary Care doctor. I had a lot of trouble getting a PCP doctor, had to wait several months to see this one, rescheduled twice by me, once by the clinic. But once I got there, it was great. The receptionist, assistant that took me to the exam room and took my vitals, and Dr. Marshall-Olsen all treated me with friendliness and respect.
