Since this is the 2nd Physician that I have had for my PCP Provider in the Woodburn Clinic that has left the practice. I have had a hard time replacing my PCP's. Please try to get a replacement for US Woodburn clients. The two previous doctors I have had were excellent and very helpful to my medical care. Dr Curtis Climer and Dr Jenna Donaldson were my two previous PCP. All Legacy facilities have been saying that their doctors are not taking any new clients when I call. Very scary for a patient that Is 73yrs old with stage 4 kidney disease, thyroid cancer care monitoring and ulcerative colitis with an Ileostomy with complications to have doctor care needed. I have been with Legacy for many years and am disappointed in how this keeps happening. Thank you.

This visit was okay in terms of this was the first time I was given helpful information in regards to a specific concern about my health but overall I have not been impressed with how my treatment has been handled. I feel this doctor has wasted a lot of my time and money giving me the run around for months. I don't feel like she's advocated on my behalf instead she caused a lot of hang ups in getting my medication approved by my insurance. She has caused me more issues than she has helped. For months I asked for a dose increase which she lagged on giving me the run around. Finally, a fill in doctor had a phone call with me and approved it in minutes. She informed me that particular medication can be increased every 4 weeks if no side effects. I pay out of pocket for this extremely expensive medication and it had stalled for months while Dr. Donaldson continued to keep me at that dose for no good reason despite me telling her that I hadn't had any side effects and that current dose wasn't working anymore. So very frustrating. I sent countless emails in my chart requesting the dosage increase with denials with no supporting information. Some emails weren't even replied to. I called the office many times get voicemails with no return calls and when I would get a return call same answer with no valid explanation. There were many times calling in ahead of time asking for her to send in my prescription so that I could get my medication on time but they always dropped the ball and I wouldn't get it in time causing a gap in doses. When trying to get this medication approved from my insurance they said they needing supporting documentation from my doctor. When checking back in the insurance company said she didn't send it, then she sent it but incorrectly. Then when asking Dr. Donaldson she said it was a mess uo on my insurances end. This went on for months. I've had to push and prod anything I've ever needed done or handled with this doctor. I've been with Legacy for a long time and have always liked my care in the past but this past experience has been awful. The office seems short staffed. They sound stressed out and overloaded when talking with them. Appointments are hard to come by in decent time frames and the actual office seemed dirty and smelled like urine this last visit. I did like the doctor who I had the phone appointment with. She was great.

I wanted to be referred to a different dermatologist, Dr Bedolla examined my progress from the previous dermatologist, listened carefully to my concerns and referred me to an appropriate dermatologist. When that dermatologist's office said they were not taking any new patients he referred me to another dermatologist, who is local, not 20 or 30 miles away who has turned out to be excellent, as Dr. Bedolla said.

Brought up condition that occurred 19th years ago and a possible concern now. Doctor mapped out a plan to evaluate concern moving forward.

THIS PRACTICE WENT FROM 5 DOCTORS TO 2 & SHORTLY THE SECOND DOCTOR IS LEAVING. DR. BEDOLA IS A VERY CARING DOCTOR, BUT CLEARLY OVERWORKED, & EXAMS ARE BARE BASICS, NEVER ASKING ABOUT MEDICINES, PHYSICAL & MENTAL HEALTH, AGING, ETC. I FEEL THAT I GET MORE INFORMATION READING MAGAZINES.

Yes, she is leaving and not happy that I just found another great Dr and she is leaving the office. I have had 5 drs. Leave in the last 3 yrs and tired of trying to find a new dr that is close to my home. Very frustrated with that.

Legacy Health Woodburn is extremely convenient for me. Unfortunately, my PCP is leaving the clinic & there are no physicians accepting new patients. Now I'm in the position of having to find someone new, preferably in the Lefacy group and possibly in another city.

I did not find Dr. Bedolla caring and sensitive to my needs. I am high risk and he just told me what I already knew. He didn't take me seriously. I will never go back to him.

The reason is because my Dr is leaving this clinic and I can't find another Dr within Legacy Healthcare. I even tried Keiser, Mt Angel and Silverton. I have been trying to find a new Dr since Nov of last year. I take 6 prescriptions a day, this is very stressful

I love that I can send a message through my chart and they call me at opening and set me an appointment quickly. I love this doctor. She if by far the best doctor I have seen in many years. She is what doctors use to be like, before they became pharmacists. She listens and figures out what is going on.

The only thing that was annoying was that my physician spent a great deal of my time with him typing notes of the visit into his computer rather than speak with me directly. I think my check up would have been more thorough if he was focused on me rather than he computer.

Dr Donaldson is always thorough during the exam and provides easy to understand instructions and information via MyHealth.

This is a very caring doctor that is overworked & doesn't seem to have time to deal with patients physical problems. The practice has gone from 5 doctors to 2 with the same patients.When I questioned a medication I was taking was in the medical paper as not to take, he disappeared to check on it, & left little time to discuss my questions. This would have be fine, except I didn't get to deal with my problems. He is clearly stressed.

Dr Bedolla is very professional while being friendly and understanding. He works with me to navigate my care rather than just writing orders and rushing me out the door like others drs have. He answers questions in a way I can understand, and makes recommendations that are suited for me rather than just another patient.

I was diagnosed over the phone about a concern by the drs care person . Also I have concerns about my back and inability to walk a distance more than a few steps without pain and need to catch my breath.

Everything is usually really good.but this visit the doctor and staff we're way behind and I had a 45 minute wait once I was in the room waiting for the doctor. 45 minutes is too long my time is valuable especially when I arrive 15 minutes early.

I had a long list of questions for Dr. Bedolla. He was able to give answers in a timely manner and didn't get too far behind. He is always very personable and attentive. I enjoy my time with him.

I did not have an appointment but they worked me in due to an injury I received from a fall. They were so helpful and caring and got me in for a CAT scan the same day. They take good care of their patients.

My husband and I have had Dr Bedolla as our primary care doc for many years. He is excellent! We drive extra miles because he is the best! We could easily find a doctor closer to home. I resent these inquiries into Dr Bedolla and the clinic! Why do you persist in investigating him?

Office staff did misplace pertinent information on an application for patient assistance program with Novo Nordisk. It took 6 weeks to find it.

Dr Donaldson cares more about my health than I do. She is fantastic

My provider took plenty of time to go over my medical records and we discussed my problem and decided on the best course of action to check out what was going on. Blood tests were ordered and once the results are in, my provider will explain to me what to do next. My provider seems to be very caring and wants the best for me. She is perfect.

It's very frustrating to wait for appointments to specialist for a serious unanswered question, to wait several months for an appointment. Questions I've spent years to get an answer, diagnosis or treatment plan for.I'm not interested in accepting a callaps In my health at take pills for symptoms . I'm Interested In regaining my health with diagnosis ( I can research) and treatment plan ( I can research and support with home changes and herbal aids) with a goal to forward progress.

They are always thorough. I can ask about multiple health concerns. I have a lot of health Issues. I see a few very good Legacy specialist to meet my health needs. But my husband has been told he has to make a 2nd appointment to ask about another health problem then what he made his appointment for. Which is taking him 3 months.
