Dr. Ameel is truly exceptional. She is very caring and takes time to make sure you understand everything including potential options. The medical assistants and staff are professional, friendly, and kind. The overall atmosphere of the clinic is welcoming. I know I'm in a healthy and safe space here.

Great Doctor, great care, so many appointments it's hard to get in soon, I chose to wait to see Dr Norris rather than someone else. Check in the gal gave me lots of forms to fill out, luckily the nurse said there was no need for me to. Dr Norris is exceptional greatful she is one of my doctors. I have referred my sister and a friend to her and everyone I do they really like her.

She was one of the best care providers I've ever had and I feel completely cared for with my health being the main concern. Sacred White has been the most caring and indepth provider I've ever had. I was seeing a doctor before, she quit, but did not provide the level of I care I got in just 1 visit with Sayre.

I found the provider to be extremely thoughtful, educated, and present.

I came for my yearly annual exam I have done for the past 20 yrs. Delivered my child clinic and Legacy. I had to get a new doctor because mine left due to the FBC nonsense. The new midwife said she is unable to do my basic yearly blood work because it was not in her scope of practice like the MD. What? She also basically refused to do my annual exam because recommendations are every 3-5 years even though that is what my appointment was for. My insurance pays and I requested it then why won't an OB office do it? I left with nothing done. Why was this not mentioned when I made the appointment?

Dr. Audra R Norris-Jacob is one of the best people I've seen. She's very attentive to anything I have concerns or questions about. She explains how exams or surgery is going to go to help ease my anxiety. Truly one of the best doctors I've had appointments with. I cannot speak highly enough of how comfortable I feel with her and supportive she is of my needs. I'm pretty sure I've told all my friends and family about her now.

I guess I was a little surprised to find out that the girl that did my annual was only a midwife. I've always had a doctor but she was very good and seemed very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with her and I would see her again.

This provider always makes me feel really comfortable in what could be awkward situations. I really appreciate the way she approaches exams and explains what she's doing every step of the way.

I needed to have a visit to discuss a concern that had arisen during treatment of a medical problem. I used Legacy Health app and was answered quickly by the assistant. Due to ice storms the appointment had to be rescheduled three times. Each time Dr Ameel was making extra efforts to see me as there were possible complications with my issue. I felt communication was exceptional, concern for my issue was obvious. She's a great doctor and she has a team that allows her focus on her care.

Everyone in the clinic was courteous, friendly and helpful. And Dr Ameel was great!

My Dr. Was amazing she answered all of my questions and made me feel really comfortable to where I was able to talk about my symptoms and things I had been worried about in the past and she helped me get some answers.

This provider is very calm and patient, she makes it easy to talk to her. I didn't feel judged in any way and felt comfortable to talk about my needs.

My provider is excellent but waiting, sitting up for long periods of time, especially for older patients is not good. I don't understand why we are kept waiting so long, especially since the clinic was empty.

The ultrasound appt I had on 12/26 was not good. The ultrasound tech hardly said anything about what she was seeing or not seeing. The Communication was terrible. I left that appointment with no indication of if the baby was good or bad. I had told several friends and family members about my experience because I felt something was not right. In my appt with the provider on 12/28, she told me the heartbeat was not detected at the ultrasound, she asked me if this was the first time I hear about that and I said yes. I told the provider the tech said nothing. The provider said if the tech didn't detect a heartbeat that a doctor should have come in and tried to find it and discuss with me. That didn't happen. The provider mentioned a doctor might have not been on staff. The provider said she would call and find out why that occurred. It's really upsetting to find out the ultrasound provider didn't give me the care I deserved especially when the news may be unfavorable. There was no communication and that's super upsetting. The provider on 12/28 was nice and I appreciate the care she provided. However, I will not be returning to the clinic as I have lost trust in the ultrasound process and due to my potential situation with a threatened miscarriage, I will be seeking care prom an OBGYN. I don't have the typical symptoms of a miscarriage. I am seeking a second opinion.

I already have given two recommendations for dr Ameel. I was extremely stressed about this appointment and I walked away feeling relieved, heard and confident in continuing my care with her. I am very grateful because that is unfortunately not always the case.

Heather Carrion, is simply the best. She has always taken such great attention to detail and is a very educated provider. I have stayed with her for many many years and plan on always continuing with her.
