Dr. Youssefian-Halleran is the best neurologist I have ever met with. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. She communicates very well and really seemed to care about my issues. Since Covid I think Drs saw soo much, were made to stay up soo many hours and to see so many painful stories right in front of their eyes, that some are just scarred and may never come out of it. Dr Yousef are none of those things, she is a breathe of fresh air with an appetizer of bedside manner. I wish all my Drs. Were like her, my health would be better!!

Doctor Baird was extremely attentive to my health issues and questions. She gave me over an hour of her time. She was sensitive to my concerns and gave me a a plan of action that has been working very well to improve the quality of my health. During the appointment I felt that Doctor Baird was focused on me and gave me her complete attention. I really appreciate the time and attention I received from Doctor Baird.

Dr. Germaine is misinformed on how the practice operates. She told me that I needed to wait until a prior authorization was approved to make my BOTOX appointment. When I called the office 2 weeks later to check on the prior authorization, the office informed me that they do not even start the prior authorization until an appointment is scheduled, so they scheduled me an appointment. Dr. Germaine's inadequate knowledge of how her own practice operates caused me to have many unnecessary migraines due to this delay in care.

Overall, I was very happy with both the staff's conduct and helpfulness, but also with the provider. It was a good experience and I'm, sure I will feel the same after my follow up appointment in six months.

She asked good questions and I covered all the areas of the issues concerning me.

Dr Germaine is a wonderful physician and extremely knowledgeable. She explains information clearly and provides options for treatment. I feel included in the plan of care and decision making. I feel so fortunate to be in her care.

My long wait time was because the patient before me was over 10 minutes late for their appointment because the medical transport they used was late. But the provider was kind and saw them anyway. I was okay waiting because I had the time and I know how medical transport can be unreliable. And I appreciated that the doctor didn't rush my appointment even tho the patient before me made her run behind schedule.

As a new patient, with a referral from my PCP, the wait time of 14 business days before they would even schedule an appointment is terrible. Something about needing time to verify and validate my referral is ridiculous. Does not show much trust in in your PCP's.

This provider is leaving so I wouldn't recommend her. Too bad, she is excellent!

I'm sorry to say this but the nurse that did my intake had really terrible body odor. So bad that she stank up the room and made me gag. I had to breathe through my mouth while she was taking my vitals and it was a relief when she finally left. She was very sweet, but this was such a big negative for me.

Dr Leena is kind and sensitive and could not be happier with her. The staff is all nice and helpful.

It was just a good experience, having to see Dr. Germaine; She had just replaced my last doctor, who retired (Dr. Taher).Although having a new doctor can be troubling, especially with my visit being a follow up to an emergency room visit for a seperated shoulder. But...I was surprised at how pleasant the whole situation was, especiallly with a new doctor. I'm still smiling from the doctor visit with Dr. Germaine.I liked her like I have been seeing her for years, but this was the first time I saw her. Thanks, Dr. Germaine!

Everyone at Dr. Youseffian's office is absolutely wonderful, respectful and empathetic as well as accommodating with my large wheelchair and extreme pain/bad symptoms. They are always kind and are my favorite medical office out of all of my medical providers because they genuinely care and respond rapidly on MyChart or over the phone with any help we need. I am extremely sad to see Dr. Youseffian leave but I know I'm in great hands with whoever will be taking over my care. This is an exceptionally well run office with amazing people, literally every single person from the front desk to the MA & doctor.

Every 12 weeks I have injections for muscle spasms. I was not able to schedule my next appointment because the "schedule was not open yet." This is very inconvenient as now I will have to call in for an appointment that I usually make while I am there. Also, with working nights, my schedule doesn't align well with normal working hours making it harder to call in for an appointment while the clinic is open.

This was my first appointment with Dr Germaine. . She was well informed about my medical history and had clearly gone over my records. She was efficient and friendly. I am happy to have her as my new neurologist. I have been seen in this practice for 30 years and the staff have always been helpful. The phone system is not as good. Delays in speaking to someone is typical. The call back system does not seem to work well.

It was a great experience on the day of the visit. My experience in getting the appointment was challenging - it took multiple phone calls over multiple months to be allowed to schedule the appointment. I understand that access is a problem and perhaps my situation wasn't deemed "high priority" by whoever decides that, but it was very off putting as a new patient to the specialty. That being said Dr. Germaine Is truly a gift and I so appreciate her time and expertise in trying to help me with my situation.

She's excellent at her specialty (neurologist), I've rare disease, complicated, not fixable, but she's stellar and kind as brilliantly smart I left feeling hopeful to cope better, smile more, and I ALWAYS learn something from her :)

Dr. Youseffian seems very knowledgeable and was possibly just tried with it being the end of the day or just wasn't having the best day. Although she took time to conduct her assessment on me, I felt like my concerns were somewhat swept to the side. Her explanation was brief and I didn't feel comfortable asking questions. She suggested that I wear different shoes and just a wrist splint for nighttime, even though my symptoms have been going on for almost two years and I've noticed challenge getting words out. She also made a comment telling me to "keep up the good work", since I also work in healthcare. The interaction felt awkward and somewhat patronizing. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt, but didn't feel like she was validating of my concerns and just sent me away.

This provider is a specialist, and it took 3 months to get an appointment. I called several times. I finally got this appointment because of a cancellation. I think I was called, because, I had been calling to make sure I can get an appointment, and was fresh on people's minds.

I am very impressed with Dr Yessefian's knowledge patience and kindness.

The bad: I was told by scheduler I couldn't have a follow up appt for 3 months after my original appt. I asked the doctor why that was, as blood test results were available within 2 weeks of original appt. She said it was to allow time for nerve conduction testing, and asked if anyone had called to schedule it. They had not. We scheduled it at this visit for about 8 weeks out. But otherwise, this visit was kind of a waste of time.

Clinic seemed to be running behind schedule but special efforts were made to catch up.

After onset of double vision in Oct. I thought it would be appropriate to see a neurologist. Even though the PCP referred me my case had to go thru a review board. How come it takes 3 months before you get a Dr, ?

I was SO impressed by Dr. Germain's preparation for my appointment. She knew my past hx so well. She was respectful- listening to my concerns. I have never felt my medical concerns were ever acknowledged and addressed as fully as she did. Provider unusually skilled and attemtivr

The physician was friendly however I felt like she really didn't hear me. I understand she needs the results from tests in order to draw some conclusions however there could have been some discussion regarding my ailments without blaming my symptoms on medications I've been taking for a decade and at higher doses.

This was my first time seeing her, as my prior provider took a different role in the clinic. She was great to work with and I feel hopeful that she can help me manage my condition.Side note: I was not notified by your clinic that my prior provider took a different role. I only found out when I called to schedule an appointment. This was a lack of communication from the office.

This provider is the best neurologist I could ask for, especially being a patient with OHP insurance. She is the most competent, patient, understanding and helpful neurologist I've seen in 8 years. She & all of her staff do an outstanding job even though I have a lot of trouble with my insurance & primary care doctor. They always help me & my caregiver with anything we need right away. No delays or not being able to get in contact with them. The office visits are once every 3 months for Botox injections to treat migraines but they make time for any other questions I have during the visit as well. I'm always treated with respect & feel listened to which is sorely lacking in most other medical offices & with other medical staff elsewhere. I appreciate them all very, very much. They're outstanding!
