Dr Pendergrass changed my life for the better and I don't know if there is any way to accurately express how grateful I am that she listened to me and advocated for me with my insurance company. I used to be in so much pain so regularly I had constant suicidal ideations. Now I'm getting ready to go back to school, providing for my family and volunteering in my community. I feel like I've been given a new chance at life.

Colleen took great care and professionalism at my appointment. She is very thorough and informative as well as compassionate. I am extremely pleased. I highly recommend her. She also wanted to see me back In 3 weeks for a follow up. I was scheduled to the day she wanted to see me again. I also had called later the same day as my 1st. Dr. Schrum was very kind and an excellent and patient listener. He explained everything clearly and took plenty of time with us. He was personable and easy to talk to. I felt like all my questions and concerns were respectfully answered. He welcomed my husband to be with me. He was gentle in his exam and skilled in his pessary placement. His PA was lovely and sweet. My nurse was friendly and helped me not feel nervous. The other nurse set things up so I could give a urine sample early because I needed to use the bathroom. A+ experience.

The doctor spent a lot of time gathering information about my condition and doing tests that she thought was appropriate. She had a good comprehensive plan to move forward with my healthcare, which I greatly appreciated. She had, a plan for long-term solutions and something to immediately help my pain.

This doctor and her team are the model of excellent health care. They are kind, caring, compassionate, good listeners, respectful, excellent practitioners, trustworthy, supportive, efficient, good communicators, and understanding. I could not ask for more from this provider and her team.

Dr. Bird is thoughtful, sensitive, personable and thorough. One of the best MD's I've received care from.

Dr claimed trauma informed but utterly lacked thorough communication. Due to lack of through info there was a lack of informed consent. Dr denied care pt asked for and pushed tx pt made clear was not wanted. Dr lied about prescriptions protocols and side effects. Dr was not equipt to handle our case and referred to someone else which made the entire appt a waste of my money, time and energy.

Dr. Gould is handsdown the best provider I have been to in the Legacy system. She is not only a great clinician, but an excellent and empathetic communicator.

Miss McDevitt, submitted an urgent referral for me to another specialist and the office staff followed through to be sure that this was received and I was called with a very timely way. My experience with referrals at LMG Tualatin, PCP clinic has been broken and remains broken; There's no follow through for the patient. They don't check insurance coverage to provide appropriate referrals. Dr. Osmundsen and staff are a very professional, patient-centered, and knowledgeable team. When I go there for an appointment I feel that any concerns/questions I have are treated respectfully and answered in a way that I understand. If he and his staff were a restaurant, I would give them a five star Michelin rating!! My surgery and recovery have been very successful and I credit a lot of that to the open and honest communication with Dr. Osmundsen and his team.

Medical Assistant took my blood pressure using a wrist machine. I saw my bp was 154/100 and then I noticed as she was typing in epic she wrote in 134/90 and told me my bp was great. After she left I then went to press the M on the machine that would show me the last bp taken and it was intact 154/100 I took a picture of that. I did let the provider know at the end of my visit. She said she would talk to the MA I believe her badge said Nikki. I don't think this was okay. Because I am on blood pressure medication and my doctor does take a look at my numbers at previous visits. That doesn't help me at all if I need to have my dose change the etc. I mean it was not like she was doing a Manual blood pressure and she made up a number. She just clearly for some reason didn't want to write in the number that the machine got. Makes no sense to me as to why but yea I'm glad I noticed that.

Dr. Shrum is very informative/knowledgeable in his area of expertise and professional as well as kind.

When I was called back for procedure, nurse prepped me & I was told numbing agent instilled in bladder. Then nurse left to "return In few minutes"I was left in position in stirrups for at least 15-20" which is hard for old lady with painful joints. I did not change from the position because uncertain if I could/couldn't. Don't know if staff were delaying because waiting for med to fully take effect?? When continued with procedure I did experience some pain with injections which was minor & doctor assured me that "doing good" but lower joints by the time procedure finished were pretty painful in 83 y.o with arthritic joints.Little more explanation re if OK to change position while waiting would have been helpful

Dr. Bird and her care team are absolutely amazing. I would visit Dr. Bird's office even if I lived far away.

It was so refreshing to have a doctor validate my concerns instead of acting like endometriosis is nothing. So many doctors just don't know and don't care about it. They almost pretend it doesn't exist. Dr. Pendergrass was absolutely amazing, super personable, knowledgeable, understanding of my health issues and willing to help to fix them. Her nurse, Fern, was also wonderful, knowledgable, and easy to talk to. Other nurses in the same area were cheerful and very nice.

Doctor Shrum was excellent. The best doctor I have seen in a long time. He was very thorough in determining the my condition. And any treatments I've had to date. He listened with understanding and empathy- this meant a lot to me. He offered me several solutions and explained the pros and cons of each option. I would highly recommend him.

I had an excellent in-person visit withy this provider and have communicated with her and her staff frequently since then through my Chart. I have always received prompt responds.

Everyone I have worked with at the office was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Pendergrass is the absolute best provider I have ever met. She truly cares and takes the time to listen to you and really wants the best for you. I am so grateful for her!

I have already recommended Dr. Pendergrass to 2 friends/coworkers. I could not be more pleased with the care I received from the entire surgical team.

I had an appt with Dr Bird on 5/24. I felt that things were not communicated properly at my last appointment, and was blind sighted when asked about documentation she'd expected me to have for this appt. She did not verbally mention anything about these documents only in the after visit summary in MyChart which I did not get to look at. The after visit summary that was printed out and handed to me at my last appt did not have any mention of said documents. She told me that I would've known had I looked at the after visit summary. I did not appreciate that. She did not lube up the instruments and my pap smear (first one in over 5 years) was very uncomfortable and left me with pain and discomfort the rest of the day. I felt very rushed and shamed for not knowing information that was not effectively communicated. I now am considering other options for my hysterectomy as these 2 visits left me uneasy.

I am so happy with Dr. Bird. She is wonderful!!

I find the receptionists unprofessional. Always talking amongst themselves without regard to patients listening.

After scheduling for a colopsopy, the practitioner told me I wouldn't need one. She delivered this as good news, but I had driven over an hour for this appointment and gotten time off of work. She let me know she wouldn't delivered the news over the phone but felt like it was better in person. I disagreed as I was there to listen to her explain information about HPV that could've been sent via email/found online. I also had to pay a co-pay for no examination and a conversation that could've been done over the phone.

It was very good, as always!

Medical assistant and Dr. Osmundsen both gave good written and verbal information regarding my upcoming surgery.

During my visit with Dr. Osmundsen I always feel relaxed and I know that I can ask all the questions and concerns I have. He is a very good listener and gives me all the answers to my questions..Unfortunately he is cutting back on his hours in Tualatin and doesn't do surgery at Meridian Park Hospital anymore. My preferred location.

I already have recommended Dr. Gould to friends. She is terrific! I like that she has an office in Tualatin so I don't have to travel to PDX.

I'd really like to know what's going on with Blue Cross Blue Shield and legacy. No news has been posted for two weeks. This impacts my upcoming appts with this provider and the care she wants to provide me.

Dr Gould is lovely ! Professional and wonderful. I needed to see her as a follow up and her clinic hours are limited that are closer to my home vs driving to down town portland. That's my choice but waited longer time to see her due to location.

Dr. Gould always makes me feel comfortable and is very thorough when answering my questions or concerns.

Dr. Gould listened to everything I said and used that information to create a plan and offer me help. She was very detailed and allowed me to ask questions. She was respectful of my past sexual trauma and made me feel very safe during the physical exam.

Every time I visit Dr. Pendergrass I feel listed to, confident in my care and in great hands.

She was late, curt .. And didn't think my issue was very important . She also prescribed a medication that was over 300.09 ( with insurance. No guarantee it could work , nor showed me how to use .

I did not need to call the provider's clinic regarding this visit as I had scheduled it 6 months In advance and had received both reminder/confirmation texts as well as request to fill in pre-appt information. I did wait until I arrived to complete the authorization to have my daughter allowed to have access to my medical and financial records, as this is a new request that I had not received from Legacy before. I did give that information and signed at the front desk.

This doctor is so tuned in to your needs during the office visit, makes sure all concerns are discussed and taken care of. Lovely attitude and very complete. I love this doctor! So fortunate to be a patient of hers.

My visit with Dr. Pendergrass was worth the 5-month wait for an appt! She answered all my questions without judgement, listened carefully, and offered options. She explained all the options and I fully understood the plan when I left. I so appreciated her care, and truly the entire team's care. I also noticed many messages of inclusivity posted throughout the clinic, and as a woman and an RN and a human who cares deeply about others, that was so awesome to see in your clinic.

My previous OBGYN was not the best when it came to concerns about my family history and my health connected to that. So I was very nervous about seeing a new doctor but she was absolutely amazing.
