Dr King is an outstanding physician and human being and all of her staff are excellent too.

Dr Palacios is the best doctor I have ever had. She explained my condition to me in a way that I understood, she is positive and confident, which in turn put me at ease. My surgery, in my opinion, was a Hugh success.

This was a very good experience and I wished my doctor would have referred me to Dr. King years ago. I wish we had Dr. Kings Services at Mt. Hood Medical Center. My treatment options where limited because of the distance from my home to her clinic. However, I would gladly drive the distance to receive her services.

Dr. King is an exceptional Urogynecologist. I have been sick for over a year now so my case is quite complex. I'm the type of patient that does lots of health research and ask many questions. Dr.King carefully listened and answered all of my questions and concerns with great expertise, patience and understanding. This was my first visit with her and she even customized my exam so I felt comfortable as I have had negative outcomes from previous prescribed procedures. I am greatful to have found her and only wish she could be my doctor for all areas of my health. I highly recommend her if you need care from a Urogynecologist.

That failure to arrive less than 15 minutes before your appointment time (but definitely before the time) caused another 3-month delay before another appointment time. I experienced this twice in the last year. No other option for another specialist at any other location was not offered as an option. This strict scheduling format should be stressed,

The doctor was very nice, but I don't feel like I got the answers I was looking for. She sent me some medicine to the pharmacy and I can't afford to get it so I called a few days later and asked for a different one and I've had no answers back.

She was nice. But didn't listen very well and theres a few things wrong on my after care visit that proves she wasn't listening.I'm not sure If an age difference but when you're talking about taking a biopsy and just in general. You shouldn't say at least I felt weird and uncomfortable. Especially what I was in there for to be a little more professional. She keeped saying "It's ok buddy no problem buddy"

Main issue at office is getting through and the front staff not taking more effort to care and understand what people are asking. Mostly a decent staff. No one seems to go the extra mile. One nurse/ MA was kind enough to allow me to use bathroom since I waited a bit when I was going to go down the hall to that restroom.

I mean for the most part the appointment was okay, I mean your normal awkwardness given the nature of the appointment, but there was one big thing that bugged me and it was as my provider was forcing Birth control on me, she asked why I wasn't on it and I explained why, which I get it she's my provider but if I tell you I'm not wanting to be on birth control because I had a bad experience do not keep pushing it on me and sitting there arguing with me because I kept saying birth control is not an option for me. Birth control had absolutely nothing to do with why I was there, I asked her if it was relevant to my appointment she said no that she just saw and wanted to know what I was doing to prevent pregnancy. I'm 21 I'm not a child I do not need to be "preventing" pregnancy unless I want to. And that could end up being hard for someone to hear especially what if I was trying to convince, or that fact she stated she saw in my chart I've been pregnant before which lead to a miscarriage. It just felt inconsiderate that she just jumped to why aren't you preventing, that is between me and my partner. She doesn't get to dictate if I'm on birth control or not. And then she kept pushing on birth control. I'm sorry if I'm just going in circles but that part bugged me big time. Thank you for your time.

I'm anaphylaxis for sulfite. Please tell Doctor King that there is sulfite in the cream that was used for my bladder scan. Woke up at midnight after my appointment with a rash covering my back and arms.

I'm very sad to lose her as a provider and have to rely on a PA in the practice for my urogynocology care and rely on my primary care physician for my annual PAP, pelvic exam and breast exam or have 2 gynecologists

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Virginia King, Sam (RN) and Chelsea (Lead MA). I told Dr. King during my last visit, I've been to my share of doctors over the years (I'm 64) and had several surgeries. Dr. King performed a hysterectomy and bladder repair on me on 4/2/24. I told her she is the best physician I've ever had, adding that she is compassionate, competent and has an incredible sense of humor! I will add that I had a bad experience with Darcy, an MA there and they know that she is never to be my MA again. She violated my patient rights by failing to listen to me when I told her I'm allergic to the antiseptic wipes they often ask you to use before a urine test. They cause me to a UTI. She told me I had to use it just 5 days prior to the robotic surgery I'd waited 6 months to get scheduled to repair my bladder and removed my prolapsed uterus. I immediately felt burning when I used it and spoke to Chelsea, the Lead MA who helped me use sterile water to remove the chemical.

Had to wait several months for my appointment for a procedure needed to help get enough sleep at night. Had to wait over 30 minutes in the waiting room past the appointment time and was told to show up 15 minutes prior to my appointment time.

Dr. King tried to talk me out of having the cytology, even though she knows, and I repeatedly stated, that I am high risk for bladder cancer, as my father had bladder cancer, and I have been told by every urologist I've seen--EXCEPT THE LAST ONE I SAW AT VANCOUVER CLINIC WHO BLEW ME OFF, AS DID SEVERAL OTHER VANCOUVER CLINIC PROVIDERS, TIME TWO YRS AGO AFTER I MOVED TO VANCOUVER--in the past that as a former smoker I am high-risk for bladder cancer. Dr. King tried to justify talking me out of the cytoloscopy by focusing on that one visit with that VC urologist who BLEW ME OFF-stating that she knows her, as if that has any merit whatsoever. That is a fallacy of logic, and I told Dr. King that this has to with nothing more than the fact that corporate healthcare belong to ACOs and get paid to not order expensive tests & treatments. A high-risk for bladder cancer patient expecting to be screened for bladder cancer every few yrs AT LEAST is no different than being screened via mammograms, colonoscopies, etc., and I am sick & tired of providers blowing me off & refusing or trying to talk me out of medically-necessary screenings just so they can suck up more govt money.And while I'm on the subject, when I moved here 2 yrs ago, I tried to become a PCP patient at Legacy-Salmon Creek & was told they're not accepting anymore Medicare patients. The PCP I ended up with at SeaMar is atrocious, and getting referrals, STAT or not out of her is like pulling teeth. Not only do I need a Legacy PCP, but I need to be seen as a patient at Legacy Pain Management also, but they said they only accept patients who are referred by a Legacy PCP, so that leaves me with insufficient healthcare, and some of the employees in some of these Legacy clinics are downright rude & make fun of me, not caring if I'm aware that they are or not.

The staff needs better supervision. I suspect I contracted co-vid from the clinic. My medication is available in both 2x a day and extended release. The dr didn't bother to tell me the disadvantage of the extended release other than there might be an insurance issue. (And I didn't know to ask). The Walmart pharmacist only said to take the pill before bedtime. The literature that came with the medication said take with a full glass of water. The next day, a different pharmacist explained that water was needed to disperse the medication. (Had I known, I would have requested the twice a day version). The prescription label itself should have said TAKE WITH A FULL GLASS OF WATER.DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE IF YOU ARE NOT THINKING ABOUT HAVING SURGERY OR SOME OTHER INVASIVE PROCEDURE.

First time seeing Colleen and she was wonderful. She was very thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. I felt very comfortable in discussing my health issue with her.

I felt like my medical condition was important and my doctor cared about me. Follow up apt in May should be helpful to correct my bladder issues.

I would love to NOT wait five months for this surgerybut would choose this doctor (Osmundsen) and wait, before opting for someone else and having the surgery sooner. I trust this doctor.

My visit for my annual exam was professional yet personal. I feel this care providing team does an excellent job.

I was very impressed that this provider noticed a MyChart message between me and my EP at The Vancouver Clinic, where he told me an ECG I sent him showed A-fib. She was careful not to increase my estrogen in my HRT until it was determined if the Afib was transient, gone or treated. She also told me about a study done on women in the 70s showing risk of cardiovascular disease from HRT and told me the guidelines show HRT should be stopped at age 60 or 10 years after menopause which is about 7 months to 14 months away for me. I thought she was very thorough looking at all the variations of bi-est cream prescribed for me over the years.

Dr. Osmundsen is a good listener and offers an array of options and choices to del with medical isdues which is appreciated.

Finding this clinic is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. As I am aging things are physically changing for me and the staff at this clinic has helped me both physically and emotionally. Everyone I have met has treated me with compassion and dignity.

I was in the lab with a 10:15 appointment, arrived 10 min early at 10:05, and by 10:47 I still hadn't been seen and I was supposed to be at my appointment with Dr. King at 11:00. The imaging secretary told me to wait at their door and speak to them to see if they could take me next. The lab worker not only told me no, she was extremely rude when she spoke to me. So, I told them at the imaging desk that I had to leave and would return after my appointment. When I returned around 12:20, the man who had checked me in noticed me. He called me by name and said he would get me in first. He said he had to go to lunch, but I was still there when he returned, he would take care of me right then. Well, I was still there when he returned and he immediately took me back and did the blood draw for me. His name is Darrel I. If Darrel hadn't been there, I probably would have been sitting there for another hour. Darrell was so caring and concerned. He is an employee to be treasured.

It was difficult to determine which medical building the provider's office was in, as there was no signage indicating which building it was. Once you got to the right floor it would have been helpful to see some signage identifying the name of the clinic. It was also a long walk for me and I have a bad knee. It would have been helpful for the office to have given more information about where it was located, as it was a long walk so we could have planned accordingly.

The front staff talk loudly, to include talking about patients (names and conditions discussed between them, details from phone calls, etc) while patients sitting in the waiting room can hear I'm pretty sure this violates patient confidentiality. I have been to other Legacy/Peace Health offices, and this has never been an issue. I have met three assistants of various providers in this office, and all have been polite, helpful, and courteous.

This was my first visit at LHS Urogynecology. I was so impressed with Colleen, her knowledge, professionalism and sensitivity to my health concerns. She put me at ease and was very patient with me. I appreciate her thoroughness in documenting in the visit summary the concerns and recommendations. It's very helpful to be able to refer to them.

Dr. King was very sweet and patient with me and my questions. The only bad thing was she was wearing a mask and she talks very soft. Even with my hearing aides it was hard to hear her. My daughter had to repeat to me what she was asking/saying a lot

Provider was great. The issue I'm having is with Radiology scheduling for the Salmon Creek site. I have been trying to schedule the ultrasound that was ordered on 1/25/2024 and today is 2/1/2024 and still cannot schedule. A scheduler called back once and I missed the call. Several times the VM box was full. After leaving VM many times If finally Left message twice saying just schedule me any day or time this month and I can see it in MyChart but nothing has been scheduled.. Very frustrating.

First appointment was six months out but I expect that was normal for her being a specialist.

It took me a long time to answer all the questions on the intake paper. It was so personal and detailed taking me longer to return it so an appointment could be made. 3 months, now for repair surgery possible 5 months. So I'll continue having bladder & bowel issues, basically due to having 6 babies 2 large ones 9 lbs & 10 pd 2 ounces. The later should have been delivered by surgery.

I felt very comfortable talking with my new provider Colleen the PA. She was so kind and helpful with explaining conditions and options for plan of care. Very thorough in her exam spending time with me to makes sure I understood choices . Very pleased with her and the visit and plan of care.I was a little concerned when asked about my urine sample results. Colleen went to check on it, was told by assistant/ staff that there wasn't enough urine to dip. I told Colleen that I looked in " hat" to see I voided 150cc, which is more than enough for the urine dip. Both of us concerned that staff not being truthful on my urine sample and the possibility of mix up of urine and patient. Did my test results go to another patient? Just wonder the lack of attention to detail in the assistant who instructed me on urine sample and testing , how she didn't complete the task soon after rooming me. The fact that the assistant did a post void bladder scan showing I had emptied my bladder, should have been indicative to her that my urine amount in hat would have been adequate for testing, and not tell provider that there wasn't enough to test. Integrity in all medical staff is very important.

I received a very thorough explanation of why I was experiencing certain symptoms that were causing me some concern. This doctor was very on top of going in depth on what her thoughts were of what I may be dealing with In an approachable manner, and assured me that I'd be able to manage It. She was prompt, easy to talk to, and I left feeling very Informed and ready for my next steps.

I mistakenly showed up for my appointment a day late. Dr Child worked me in do that I didn't have to leave. What a wonderful doctor and so kind receptionionists helping me get in the same day. So appreciated everyone helping me.

This was a pre-op visit. It left me totally prepared for the procedure.

All the staff were excellent. The receptionist even helped me log into my chart as I couldn't remember my password. She helped me reset it.

Dr. King is amazing, compassionate and very thorough. I can't imagine seeing anyone else for my concerns.

Very professional and kind

Mostly the schedulers. I am a bit bypass since I have done jobs like it. I do not think. Once I called asked to be on cancellation list. The gal said ok. Then a few weeks later I called and another said if I do not have an appointment scheduled I can not be on the list. Then I called a couple weeks later and was told there was a cancellation for the next day and was given that one. I very much appreciated. However I think of the others who may of needed that appointment. Just one of the gals was just well the attitude behind her comments just not very professional. The provider is wonderful!

Dr Osmundsen is always caring and explains everything very well. She has an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend her!

The provider spent extra time with me, a new patient, to fully understand and meet my medical issues.

She is a FANTASTIC doctor that I feel extremely comfortable with, she is knowledgeable, committed and enthusiastic about helping clients and very, very kind.

My experience was excellent. Only issue is Dr. Child does not open her book for appointments until 2 months in advance. This is difficult because all the appointments may be Gone when calling in. However, I feel she has the right to do this and I have no complaints on her care. She is a wondeful physician.

Dr. King is a very extraorinary physician. She is also kind and compassionate person. Her entire staff are really like a well-oiled machine.

The staff are alwaysvery pleasant and caring. The doctor takes time, clearly explains issues. She is open to quetions and answers knowledgeably.

My experience was amazing. I had to have a test and I was scared but the nurse talked me through the whole procedure and told me what she was doing and it made it so much easier.

So relatable and good sense of humor. Did not seem hurried even tho I am certain she is very busy. Great physician. Knowledgeable and kind
