Legacy has a competitive total rewards approach in which base salary is determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. For benefit eligible positions*, Legacy offers medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life insurance, retirement 403b, paid time off, sick time and vacation time. Accrual rates are subject to years of service (paid time off is inclusive of any holidays, illness or personal time off taken). Benefits are provided for positions budgeted for 24 or more hours per week. Additional information about compensation and benefits can be provided during the hiring process.
*Benefits offered may differ by position, employment status (full-time, part-time, temporary, per diem), location, years of service and whether the position is covered by a union contract.
