Workers' Compensation Resources for Legacy Health Staff
When Legacy Staff have an injury or exposure at work, they can call Broadspire's 24/7 injury triage line to speak with a specially trained health professional who will perform an injury and illness assessment, will make a care recommendation, and offer next steps. Below are additional resources for Staff and Managers for what to do when an Employee is injured at work. The Injured Worker Checklist goes over how to file a Workers' Compensation claim, paperwork needed as well as helpful information about what happens next after a claim is opened.
