March 2024
2024 LHP Contracting Overview
Legacy Health Partners started 2024 with twelve contracts and manages a shared population of 100,000 lives. Our contracts are comprised of five single-signature contracts and seven overlay contracts. For our single signature contracts, LHP negotiated the service rate fee on behalf of the network and any value-based components. An overlay contract means the fee for service rate was negotiated by the practice, but LHP negotiated the value-based components, such as shared savings, and per-member-per-month (PMPM) care coordination fees.
Returning contracts this year include Aetna ACO Commercial, Aetna MA, Cigna CAC, Devoted MA, Humana MA, PacificSource Legacy Employee Health Plan, PacificSource MA, PacificSource Navigator, and Regence Alliance. New in 2024 is Aetna Whole Health, where LHP is the exclusive network, and two single signature contracts with direct-to-employer groups: Aldridge/H2B and Embright, which will allow further expansion in support of our goal to grow covered lives.
Looking ahead in 2024, we will continue to look for opportunities to partner strategically with payors and bring the most advantageous agreements to the LHP network. LHP’s Finance and Contracting Committee continues to support and consult on these opportunities as we pursue taking on more risk in the market.
All the details about our contracts, including shared savings and care coordination programs can be found on their one-pagers located on the contracting page on the LHP Team Site.
