Welcome to Legacy Health's primary care clinics, the first step to better health. Our clinics are certified patient-centered medical homes. A medical home clinic means that you and your family are at the center of our care, surrounded by a team that consists of your primary care provider, nurse, medical assistant, social worker, counselor and clerical staff. This team is focused on your health needs.
Being in a patient-centered medical home means that your care team knows your health history, listens to your concerns, and coordinates care with other specialists and health providers. We care for you when you are sick, but, more importantly, we work with you to keep you well.

The few times I've been in to see her she's very supportive in my medical decisions, answers any questions I have, clarifies anything I don't understand and is always on board to figure things out with me. Communication is key in all relationships and is specially important when my health is in question. She definitely is a good listener and cares about my health.

NeededRebound care and they should send the visit results to my medical team at Legacy. They have all your information. Now I have to go to Rebound to request they fax my info to my medical care team. I have a foot injury and this extra effort is painful.I need the Rebound info visits added to my chart at Legacy.
The first time I met Dr Richardson and I take people on first impression, and Dr Richardson was very polite welled mannered very easy to talk to so I think I keep him for awhile

I've been a patient at this clinic for 20+ years and have seen several different doctors at this clinic during that time. Dr. Hildebrand has always just been "ok". She is not a warm, fuzzy kind of doctor. She doesn't engage in small chat or really make an effort to get to know me as a patient. I've recently been working through some challenges with a prescription I'm taking, and during this visit I was hoping she had some alternate options she could provide. Instead it felt like she gave me three options, stay on the medication that I don't like, switch back to the medication I was taking previously, which I struggled with too, or see a psychiatrist and let them deal with my needs. It didn't feel like she wanted to help me at all. I don't feel like she is listening to how these two prescriptions make me feel, and the impact they are creating on my mental wellbeing and my overall life.
I felt like I was seen for who I am.

We have been seeing Dr Hildebrand for at least 26 years when she had her practice on Mill plain
In my opinion there is too much time typing by the provider and not enough time talking to and examining the patient. I went in for a physical and I would say it was pretty light. The provider didn't want to test my thyroid because it was normal last year, yet I have family history of thyroid disease and my prior Legacy provider always tested my thyroid during my physical. There was no discussion as to when my next Colorguard test should be. There was no discussion about my sleep or weight. There was no exam of my skin or moles on my skin. There was no EKG or chest X-ray. It just seemed to be a very light exam for someone my age. The breast exam was uncomfortable, perhaps this provider is inexperienced with doing it in a way that is comfortable for the patient. There was no check of my reflexes. My MCHC and hemoglobin came low and there was no specific guidance other than to eat more iron rich foods and a link to those foods. This provider is new to me so it could be why this exam felt so impersonal.
I love this Clinic and all the providers I have seen. Highly recommend.
Front desk Personnel are very polite and helpful the nurses are very nice they come out the waiting area they get you they take you back the way you need to be take your vitals and all and make sure you're comfortable and let you know how long before the doctor will be in it's all good
I get exceptional care at the group
I came into see a doctor for the first time in 10 years. I have a list of things that need to be treated. It's not acceptable to say that only 1 thing per appointment can be treated. I have to make an appointment for each one? This is so frustrating to hear. I don't have the luxury of time to do that. Work for a living. Not to mention the unnecessary additional expense. I don't even get to see a doctor. I was very disappointed with the experience.
Scheduling appointments and get a primary care doctor takes forever as you know. Once you get in, the staff is excellent. The apothecary at Salmon Creek is great.
Always listens to me and answers my questions
There's now a co-pay to see my provider. It wasn't there before the contract renewal. That's not right.

Dr. Richardson is polite, professional, and proficient. Medicare annual exams are very minimal.
During the exam, I asked Dr. Richardson about my right heel pain I have, and he said it sounds like I have Plantar Fasciae. He explained what it was, and I asked if I could get a referral to see a Podiatrist, but never got the referral as of yet. It's been 2 months since my visit, and I will contact the office to see if they can give me a referral soon.
This was my first visit with this provider and his office. Lost my previous PCP and Dr. Richardson was accepting new patients and is a network provider.

Everyone there works as a team and always give my dad up most respect during his visit. From entering the door to leaving. I just asked my dad if he had any complaints and he said no. He asked why he hast to fill this out I told him it's just a survey on the Service you received. He said he's the best and I don't want to change. You see my father had the same private doctor for many moons and he had to retire. He said he likes his relationship with this one and he doesn't want to change because he really truly listens. as for me, his daughter, I think everyone there goes above and beyond and I'm very observant. So overall, I would extremely recommend each and everyone there.

Did not listen or investigate my main concern concerning extreme right side, lower back pain, which I have had many treatments and many injections which severely limits my activities for the last many years and the only thing he recommended to me was to use a heating pad. What a joke, and refusing to reinstate my oxycodone paid medication, which I Am trying to remove but may need it again. I see his refusal to reinstate that if I needed it again as unprofessional and unsympathetic to the pain that I suffer. Even though I make it my best efforts to live without it I am not sure I can do that and all he did was make excuses of why I should not take it and use a heating pad. Is He really serious after all the treatments that I have gone through that he thinks a heating pad is going to solve my problem? This is due to his lack of investigation of the treatments. I have received over the last years to discover how serious this is. Giving me all kinds of BS about how a heating pad is going to solve my issues. What a joke thank you for your kind attention. Furthermore, he did not even mentioned the psychiatric and PTSD treatments that I have been receiving at another clinic in the past as if those were not important any longer to him. I dislike doctors who think they know it all without knowing their patience and investigating their history. How can you really tell a patient who has had at least eight steroid injections into his back and has been recommended to implant a nerve stimulator internally and has been taking oxycodone for paid for several years that now a heating pad is going to solve all his problems and live a comfortable pain-free life. unbelievable, medical advice

I have advanced COPD and on this annual checkup, my doctor didn't listen to either my heart or lungs. Let me add this also, when my previous primary care provider moved on, I was never asked about my wishes. I was simply assigned a doctor. No one talked to me.!! I have met some wonderful people there and I knew who I wanted for primary care, but I was told I couldn't change. I don't trust my primary care provider. I like him but I just don't trust him.

Excellent phlebotomist... I wanted to refer a friend looking for a doctor in the area; however I was told this location was not taking new patients.
If blood is being drawn, or tests done, they should be done BEFORE I am put in a room to see the doctor. We can't discuss results if tests are done after my visit. Doctors usually run late, why not use that time to run tests or take blood.
She did not listen to me. Told me I should get over the pain because it should not be that bad. I became very depressed and made some bad choices.

Absolutely appreciate Dr. Kristina's care and how she encourages me to be in charge of my wellbeing. She provides demonstration for preventative care that I can do at home and follows up with encouragement to call if I have any concerns. Even though it was nit her responsibility to listen to my concerns about Legacy and Regence she was very helpful giving me ways to share my concerns with the right people. She is a great Dr. And I have signed my aging mother up with Kristina and am very sure my mother will get good care and the help she needs.

This was an appointment to establish care with Legacy Health. Was only able to schedule with a NP, no Dr, without waiting months. My insurance changed so had to leave Vancouver Clinic. More Dictors with VC and ease of appointment was very good. Something Legacy Health needs to improve upon.

The doctor didn't have all my health history from Kaiser and this hampered the effectiveness of the visit. Not certain if this is a Legacy issue or a Kaiser problem.

Not happy about Legacy and Regence standoff on medical payments. Trying to establish a relationship with a doctor If I have to move to a different doctor for medical coverage I won't be excited about re-shifting back later. How about dividing increases over several years. With patient premiums locked in for the year does legacy really expect the insurance company to absorb 24% in one year. Really!
I worked in dental offices as a chair-side assistant and at times I had to fill in and run the reception part of the practice. I know what team work is from back to front of the office and this group are an excellent team that demonstrates how it is done well. The moment I stepped into the reception room to the exam rooms I was relax and ready. I worked in dentistry in my younger years of 19 and early 20's. A Good team reflects that to the patients and this group does.
The provider and staff are ALWAYS very professional and courteous. The electronic pre-registration was especially long this time.

A five minute visit to try and explain a life time of injuries and illnesses was totally inadequate. This was an introductory visit . I'm trying to find a new PCP, I'm 75 and was a fireman for 33 years with lots of injuries that plague me. Also I'm a 5 time cancer survivor, because of the radiation I received for treatment my blood pressure is quite erratic and requires constant monitoring.
First yome doing a general health exam here, and it was good to be able to ask general questions and get well explained answers.
This was one of the best experiences I have had visiting a provider for medical care. I felt listened to and respected. I was well listened to and well attended to. I was able to make multiple referrals as well. And, I was followed up with quickly as test results came in and when I sent a message for a medication to be filled. I could not be happier, honestly.

I never found any replies to my question in My chart about the meaning of the test I had. I didn't understand everything and I asked for a clarification. I had a very difficult time getting my prescription from provider to pharmacy. I spent a lot of time using my chart to try and find out what happened to my prescription. I gave up and called the office to tell them the pharmacy said they didn't get any orders. I am hard of hearing so I thought my chart would make it was to communicate but I seemed to have fallen into the black hole of confusion because I didn't find any answer to my question.
Dr. Richardson is now my primary care physician after the death of Dr. Dyehouse. Great young doctor who is thorough, efficient and flexible.

Only bad experience was the provider said she was prescribing a drug but the pharmacy found no record of receiving It. I got a notice from the insurance cover that they were denying coverage, which I expected. I'm willing to pay out of pocket, but the pharmacy can't fill a prescription it did not receive. I've been trying to get an answer from the provider's office but I've now waited on the phone for 10 minutes and there doesn't seem to be much chance I'll get an answer.

The reason PA Schaefer was not aware of medical history was the other dr's office did not send the info to Legacy. PA Schaefer caught that I might have a stress fracture in my foot; in fact I have at least 3. Hopefully in 6 weeks the fractures will heal & walking will no longer be painful. YEAH! Foot dr was very impressed also.
Provider was around 30 minutes late to to an emergent condition that happened in the clinic I had the day off so I wasn't bothered but the entire visit seemed rushed and didn't seem like he truly cared about me as a patient it was very very brief and with my anxiety I didn't feel comfortable pursuing additional care, I had mentioned augmentin hadn't worked for me in the past and without any questions I was just prescribed augmentin again. I feel like there's a possibility I went while he was having a stressful day or something but I'm not brave enough to go and keep trying I'll just go somewhere else

The entire practice needs to get caught up to speed on the intricacies of Ehlers-danlos patients, because everything that can go wrong in our bodies can be WORSENED by common practices and careful thought must go into treatment options. My family alone has 5 confirmed, and 2 more of my children suspected with the condition. We have NO WHERE ELSE TO GO. The receptionists were the nicest I've met, they were very patient that I'd forgotten my new patient paperwork and got a new copy and assured me that there was no rush. They were very helpful and kind while scheduling my follow up appointment. The exam room decor was genuinely calming. Christopher Houghton made me feel heard, respected, comfortable, spent enough time with me, and gave me more solutions to my problems and options. I also liked that the weigh station was in kg, this shows a high level of patient care.

Dr. Hildebrand is very thorough. She listens to me and always takes time to address my concerns and answer my questions. I feel she treats me with respect and compassion.

That survey you give (as optional) to fill out prior to seeing the doctor is offensive. Perhaps you're helping people with it, but it is a lot of luck to go through. You need to make sure the patient knows its optional. I didn't fill it in and the nurse tried to get me to do it later. I had to tell him that I'm not required to.
Several days after my visit my condition worsened. I returned to see my regular doctor and received a different diagnosis and treatment that worked. I don't know if my eye problem had changed over two days pr of I had a mis-diagnosis.

My visit was good. I called day before with UTI symptoms have hx. Receptionist didn't try to help with a nurse triage had to wait 20 hrs for appt. Suggested urgent care. I felt very let down
Only bad comment is that the cost is prohibitive without health insurance. Over $400 for a 30 minute doctor appointment is quite frankly appalling. I have been going to this clinic for 25 years and am currently shopping for a new place due to the excessive cost.

I complete the online pre check in but then when I checkin at the appt I'm asked to fill out a form that asks the same questions. Don't feel that's necessary. Just a FYI
