I switched to the Legacy Group for several reasons all of which were addressed and alleviated since switching my health care to Legacy. I like being able to see the same doctor when needed as well as their great bedside manner when approaching my medical needs.

I was at about 8 on the pain scale in my r. Glute. She prescribed an 4 day course of prednisone. We Also talked about my urinary incontinance. And Pfaff was quick to order a new medication, have a urine sample taken & sent a referral to urology.

I am so appreciative of how quickly Tara and her MA got me in and took care of my issue.

My appointment was for an Annual Physical, which one would think would be to discuss one's health and events that happened in the last year. I found out that was not true! For my insurance company to pay for this visit, MH and I couldn't discuss a recent injury or anything outside the parameters of "Annual Physical". I need to make another appointment for that specific injury or to discuss a couple heath concerns I have. Which for me means taking more time off from work. This doesn't make sense to me. Isn't that why an Annual Physical is recommended? To discuss your health concerns over the last year?

The only thing I would change is they don't accept Oregon Health Plan insurance.

While I did wait for Dr. Zinser a bit longer than usual, I would MUCH rather wait for a doctor who spends time with their patients than have them keep to a tight schedule and rush me out the door. I needed to have a conversation with Dr. Zinser about out my health and was able to really talk through it and get good advice.

This was an "Emergent Condition" unscheduled appointment: Dr. Swirdoff responded with a high sense of personal and professional care. He is without question the best Primary Care Doctor I've experienced.

Dr. Harrington and her staff are, and have always been, very nice, responsive thoughtful and helpful. They are a great team. If this team were to leave the system, is probably follow them. (Also, Promptness for scheduled appointments has improved significantly over the last 12 - 18 mos.)

Dr nomie doesn't want to spend enough time to listen to me and my concerns I have a lot he's very koky and apinionated. It's his way of the highway. The medical assistant is also very short and not sincere at all.

Test results showed I had severe Carpal Tunnel . I contacted surgeons office was called back and told it would be about a month for consultation. Called back today and postponed for another month. Am in severe pain. Unable to sleep, work etc.

I have many issues with my health and he respects and listens to all my concerns.

I could hear the medical assistant talking to my doctor about me in NOT a nice way. She was criticizing me about having a few issues to talk to me about. The Dr also mentioned this to me, as my previous Dr at this clinic did. One of the reasons I switched Dr's. It seems as if they want only to discuss one Issue. I have a problem with this mindset because the amount of time one has to wait to get an appointment other issue and concerns come up. So if the attitude it that I can only discuss one issue I then have to make another appointment for each issue causing more co-pays and more inconvenience coming into the clinic. I wish this could be resolved at this clinic.

There simply are not enough doctors of Dr Swiridoff's caliber. He is extremely knowledgeable about health and health issues. Dr. Swiridoff is thorough, respectful, communicates clearly, honestly and directly, and is supportive of helping me achieve a higher level of a healthy life. He was able yo teach me about my health concerns as well as teach me about the medications to help me with those issues. I felt as though I had gone back about 30 years in time when I met with Dr. Swiridoff because he seemed 100% present with me and focused on my needs. It has been decades since I have seen a doctor who doesn't appear to be rushing out of the room or distracted by something else. It means the world to me to have a doctor who is attentive and responsive to my health issues and the reasons I am there. I am so very thankful Dr. Swiridoff is my PCP!

The only thing that was at all negative was that when arriving to office I did not have a mask. I felt I needed one as was feeling sick & did not want to put others at risk. I stayed in the car & asked my husband to ask front office personnel if they had one I could have. They would not give him one & said it was for patients only. He told her patient in car requesting mask. She still told him only patient can have one. When I got in both front office personnel were on phone so I had to stand & wait for mask and was coughing which could have potentially put other patients & staff at risk. It just seemed a little ridiculous as I don't think they have random people walking in asking for masks all day!

I do not see the need of asking whether a patient feels safe at home. IF I were being abused at home do you really think I would answer yes to that question?? It is insulting to those of us who have a safe home and for those who do not it must be intimating and/or scary?? If the abuser has access to the files then they could check on the victim's file and see the answer............not a good thing! The fear of being carried off in a body bag is greater than answering that question. Have experience with daughter in that situation before she finally and safely left!

My visit went very smoothly.But do wonder I why I was not asked about a blood test ,since I am overall healthy and only see the doctors ones year or so .Is this a normal practice,for someone in my age group?(87 years old) .

This is a fairly new clinic & provider to me. Things still feel "awkward". Chronic conditions have not been resolved. Not sure if this is just a "sign of the times". I guess time will tell.

He was short in conversation. Blunt and sharp in tone. Blood lab results came back in scientific terms that I knew nothing about. I was very disappointed in this visit. I needed help in interpretation of the terms. But no one there.

Dr. Schulz went out of his way to address a drainage of a cyst ( late in the day), in addition to setting up appointments for other issues, and take immediate tests for these issues. Really appreciated!

Dr Z & all staff are very aware of my history and it's like visiting family going to the office. Please do everything you have to do to keep Dr Z & staff there!

I had never been seen by Dr Zinser. He was courteous, respectfully courteous and very thorough. He explained my injury in a way I was able to understand. Haven't had a head injury before. Dr Zinser's explanation and comments set me at ease. Very good doctor! Thank you.

Very happy with the way I was treated

Dr. Zinser listened to my painful problem, took X-rays and explained results. Also explained the anatomy of why I had pain and how long it would persist until complete healing of stressed cartilage. He did an excellent job of covering for my regular PC who was away. I was very Impressed with his expertise and highly recommend him.

Phone is often down and I have to call back several times front desks gals not often friendly and I am a very friendly outgoing person I have had issues in the pass with them not getting my insurance updated I had to give them my information several times in the pass for myself and my kids and I feel they can be nicer to talk to. The nurse and my provider are wonderful that's the only reason I go there.

My whole family has seen Dr. Budesa and I had my mom go to her after she moved in with us and she really likes her. She's so patient and understanding and truly listens.

Dr. Zinser is, and always has been, very easy to talk with. He is very thorough and I never feel rushed.

This was my 1st visit with this clinic and the Doctor, I was very pleased.

We were looking for a DO that did OMT when we came to this clinic, and feel very blessed to have found Dr. Jordan Nomie. He is now the primary care physician for three members of our family. He is thorough, knowledgeable, kind, caring and sensitive to our needs. He discusses options with us and makes recommendations, and respects our thoughts as well. He is easy to talk with regarding any questions or concerns we may have about treatment options or medications. We recommend him to anyone looking for a family doctor and specifically an osteopathic doctor that can do gentle and effective manipulations. It is very helpful especially for older patients! We appreciate having such a good doctor here In Sandy and not having to travel into Portland any longer. The only recommendation I would have is if he could have a proper table for his adjustments so I don't have to bring my own face cradle to my appointments.

The best I could have expected. It's the first time I set up my own doctor. Had so much happened to me. The doctor was the best! Had patience and was extremely thorough throughout the visit. Couldn't be more happy with my experience!

I did the echeck in and filled out forms ahead of time successfully. However, after checking in at lobby there were more forms with duplicate question. Needs to be streamline.

Dr Nomie is friendly, courteous and attentive, as always. He explained the procedure and the aftercare. He made sure to answer any questions, and encouraged my making an appt with a dermatologist for my situation.

Dr. Swiridoff is an outstanding family physician. He continues to provide excellent care to myself and my family. I believe that he truly cares about his patients. He appears to be abreast of the latest medical developments and carefully implements both new and old medical treatments as practice dictates. We are blessed to have him as our primary physician!
