The rotating nurse was less than effective. She was having trouble running the ekg machine and although she told me the procedure of taking an ekg, she had difficulty getting the machine to work. This was the initial visit after picking this doctor for the start of my Medicare. The soonest I could get in was 92 days after the call to set as appointment; luckily I had no pressing medical needs. The doctor may be technically competent; I don't know because we just met. However, his 'people' skills were terrible. He made no attempt to establish any sort of connection. He came in reading my chart and continued to do so after saying 'hello' and sitting down. He asked nothing about me, my history, my medical needs. He really needs a personality transplant. I hope I don't need to see him often...

Both Dr and his wonderful nurse and team were wonderful to work with and am glad to have them be my medical providers/professionals helping me with my needs. Thank you all for being so great!

I'm used to having a doctor call me about my tests and what was found. This never happened not once which is frustrating to communicate trough my chart about tests. I also felt as if I had to do all the interrupting about my tests and what was found and suggest other tests because I felt like the doctor didn't really cared about what was going on in my body and the symptoms I've been having. I'm not happy and will more than likely change doctors this year. I'm also pretty frustrated that the doctor never once picked up the phone to call me and I had to fumble through my charts to communicate with her. That is awful, I've never had a doctor not want to communicate with me on the phone and not try to figure out why I was feeling awful!

Your online prescreen questionnaire is too cumbersome

I asked for a referral because I felt like my physician did not exhibit enough knowledge regarding my issues. I knew more from examination of various research articles than she did and this was very disappointing. She had a my health was good enough attitude while I was wanting to try to obtain normal lab values.

Good rapport, professional courtesy, however I do not consider myself "geriatric". I was impressed with help from medical social worker's prompt response.

The doctor left the exam room when the assistant came in to draw blood, but the doctor never returned and I was expecting the doctor to return to continue the physical exam. I was expecting the physical exam to continue as I was anticipating more detailed exam procedures as well as some opportunity to ask specific exam related questions.

This was a very warm, friendly and welcoming office. All of the staff was very polite and attentive and I felt like they were definitely very good at their jobs. It was exactly the kind of environment in a medical office that I was looking for.

When I go for yearly exams, I want the doctor to inspect the basics of my physical body, not sit on the other side of the room and enter data into a computer. I'm a nurse, I could do that myself. There was absolutely no physical exam performed of any kind. I go to the office in person because I think that video exams just don't count any more now that the lockdown is over. Even with the data that was In my chart, there were visits to specialists in my records that I had had that the doctor never mentioned for follow up. As a patient, like patients do, I forgot to mention. There was very little verbalization on this visit and the doctor appeared to be tired and disinterested I felt like I needed to somehow make her feel better. There is way too much emphasis on communication by the my health system which is appalling . This has slowly been the way PCP doctors have become at Legacy over the past few years and now it's the standard. Maybe I'm expecting too much, but this all seems absurd. I just paid for an "exam" which was nothing but the doctor filling in blanks in the computer and some talk about pills. I will be looking for another physician and medical system to use.

This was my first visit with Dr. Hepner, and I was very much impressed with him. He's obviously very qualified and answered all my questions. The one thing that impressed me the most is that during his examination and discussion he openly shared his thoughts with me so I had a complete understanding of his conclusions and recommendations. It's always good. In December I ran out of refills on my meds . On a day I was to fly out of state I want to pickup my meds. I was told I was out of refills, I called my doctors office from the pharmacy. With in 15 minutes they had faxed a refill to pharmacy and saved the day for me. I did have to make an appointment to see doctor to do a annual med check up with they scheduled while I was still on the phone.

I have been diagnosed with an extremely rare lymphoma. Dr. Gepner made special efforts to study this condition prior to my arrival and was prepared to speak to be about the disease on a cellular level. I was impressed ! In addition, as a disabled combat infantryman veteran, I appreciated the acknowledgment of this fact.

Only partially negative experience was with nurse who administered the ear lavage. She didn't quite grasp that my mother really couldn't hear her without hearing aids. Nurse also seemed impatient with my mother's inability to remain still as the lavage was administered, not really taking Into consideration that my mom has dementia.

Staff and Dr. Wu are outstanding in my opinion. All make one feel at home and enable one to share all health concerns. My daughter and I are very blessed to have Dr. Wu and her staff as our Primary Care Team.

I went for my annual exam but exam for annual was not comprehensive enough so I had to combine the annual visit with a regular office visit (which required add'l cost/copay). This may be the insurance interpretation of what is covered in an annual exam but add'l appointments were necessary for bloodwork & cognitive testing. There was no discussion of balance, gait, flexibility or reflex. Plus the onsite lab being closed is still a huge inconvenience as this office was initially chosen for the close proximity to my residence

I am 76. The provider obviously wanted me to extend my life in a healthy way. This was my first visit to him.

Dr. Guyette spotted a missing preop procedure in an upcoming surgery with a specialist and took immediate action to make it happen.

This was my initial visit so most of this survey doesn't really apply. It was a good first meeting, but I'm a tough patient as I am super particular.

Triage nurse responded quickly and left me a message to make an appointment, but when I called the clinic to do so, the receptionist did not have any information, seemed flustered, and expressed uncertainty about how to proceed. The CNA was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. The doctor was friendly and efficient. He not only made inquiries about my physical condition but also about my life in general, which helps build rapport, trust, and a sense of sincere care and concern. I've only been going to this clinic for about 6 months, but every visit, whether scheduled in advance or not, has been exceptional.

I stayed the night b4 @ an old friend's: she & hubby seem amazed how happy I am post visits w this dr. They asked if my PCP is taking new patients (idk), as if they'd like to change from their current doctors.

The front office receptionist/clerk never seems to be happy to be there. It is just a job for her and seems put off on trying to help you. In my opinion, the front face of the office should be a warm, happy to see you type of person. I cringe when I get her.
