This was my 1st visit with Dr Tang. She was very knowledgeable about my medical problems. I feel very confident in her and am thankful that I was able to see her and establish her as my dr.

Dr Jessie Trieu has been the best Doctor I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable on most medical topics and what she is unsure of, she double checks prior to responding. Dr. Trieu had treated me with kindness, empathy and respect for which I'm very thankful. Prior to making Dr. Trieu my primary, I had an appointment with another Dr. Who was almost the complete opposite of Dr Trieu; I have no idea why that person ended up in the medical field, but they did. I left their office crying, embarrassed and with this Physican who stated that I might have this condition for the rest of my life prior to showing me the door. It was not a good day. Dr. Trieu proved that Doctor wrong. Kudos to you, Dr. Trieu!

Asked a question through myHealth about weight loss, that could have been answered online. Had to have a visit (costing me over $200) to have the doctor scold me about my weight loss plan and belittle my request about trying a weight loss medication.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Skreen. She is attentive and precise , without being officious. She is easy to converse with and her comments/directions are clear, concise and complete.

A regular visit that went very well

The only negative was waiting over 30minutes for my blood draw, but the phlebotomist was very nice.

I think an annual physical should be more than just checking blood pressure and heart beat. I was reminded many times not to bring up anything as it may be billed for something else. Your preventive care is pathetic.

It was my first time meeting Dr Sammond as a new patient. She was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable , a good listener and good communicator. Only drawback with the office was it was very difficult to get through on the phones. It also took a long time to get this initial new patient appt as there is such a shortage of PCPs in our area. However, Dr Sammond was definitely worth the wait!

This was my first visit with this new provider after my primary care provider moved away. Hoping to be comfortable with this new provider and only time will tell.

Very confusing explanation between new patient visit and wellness/annual exam. Every staff member gave me a different definition and no helpful guidance. Nurse assistant asked me which I wanted and I said new patient, but doctor told me we had talked about too many things and she had done both. Now I have to sort with my insurance. I found this very rude.

Medical assistant did not get medicines correctly. Medical assistant did not closely examine the medicine list I provided. Had to redo some medications.

Dr MacEvoy a relatable and solid individual whose knowledge is extremely good. My wife and I have seen him since he took over from Dr McKinstry. Our only consistent complaint is that he is booked out 6 months which makes it extremely hard for us to schedule since we travel and have other family obligations. As a result, we have had to cancel or postpone seeing him a few times since 2021. Not his fault, but Legacy's. Seeing an associate for simple issues Is fine but when it comes to annual reviews I want to only see Dr MacEvoy. Your scheduling process makes this very difficult..

As usual, staff was excellent. My doctor was fantastic and the overall experience was excellent. Thank you all for developing and maintaining such a wonderful office and medical practice. You are by far, the best.

I had my blood drawn the day before my visit, after seeing the doctor the nurse said the dr wanted me to have a blood draw. They had the results. The nurse said she'd get back to me that day, so far I've heard nothing.I wanted a name of a ENT for my problem and the Dr agreed I need to see a ENT but never followed through by giving me a referral.The office staff said they'd get back to me with the information and never did.I've been very unhappy with this doctor because she doesn't follow through and I never get the informed I need.It's time to find a new dr.

She is thorough, but I've had exams that are more detailed.

Just wish she could do more about getting me a scooter. I am getting afraid to walk with pain, bad balance and shaky legs at times.

I just feel that my provider is very depressed, anti social and we just talk about her ailments most of the time

I am hard of hearing. Dr was wearing a mask. Hard to understand everything she was saying.

The only thing that bothered me was that wasn't enough time to talk about all of my concerns. It was only a 15 minute meeting and that included taking my blood pressure, temperature and oxygen levels.

Over the years dr maire has been kind and mindful of what I'm asking. She has a vast understanding of possibilities as well as doable solutions for ensuring I'm on the right road for my needs.

The lab experience was poor. Too many folks who might actually be contagious too close together waiting way too long to be called up for their lab work. I was there for 1.5 hours after my visit with my doctor. Something needs to be expidited in this process. General lab work in one area and truly sick folks in for lab work in another space 2 lab?Think outside the box but speed it up!

Scheduled for a physical and think I got a well check but she was real sweet and I really don't have any new problems so was ok. My insurance will pay for a yearly physical

Attending physician and all associates and lab personnel provided a very easy and comfortable experience with this annual check up.

Nothing bad, Dr. Skreen was very easy to talk to and was very helpful. I suggested to my husband that he should see her also and he has made an appointment to see her.

It is getting more difficult to get in for an appointment when a health issue comes up as it often takes a while as doctor is I usually booked up a ways.

I was unable to access lab results and information on My Chart online. I contacted the number listed for tech support; however, I never received any follow up from them. I had to contact my provider's staff to provide a hard copy that I had to pick up at my provider's clinic.

I had my annual physical on Wednesday and it took a week (Tuesday) to get my labs

I really like Dr. Goswami. She is super easy to talk too, it is like having coffee with a friend. I appreciate her and hope she will be my doctor until I am called home.

Dr. Venigalla was thorough, responsive to issues raised by me or blood tests, and took initiative to check when results seemed problematic or unexpected. (For example, when I failed the simple memory test, following up with two more difficult tests in slightly different format (that I passed perfectly), following up on test results, etc.

Dr. Sammond and her staff have always given me friendly and excellent service. Dr. Sammond always listens to my concerns and gives me excellent care. I feel very fortunate to have such a great medical team taking care of me.

Though it was not asked, the wait time to get the blood test was over an hour, and there were only about six people ahead of me. The total time to take my blood was 5 minutes, and the technician was amazing.

Very god visit. I appreciated the help the doctor gave to me relative to a problem with a small toe and photos he shared on the computer with me in terms of options and that he gave me a plan for dealing with this issue.

New doctor for me .Very impressed with her and the assistant. She was very personable and welcoming. I was very.comfortable with her as my doctor.

Dr. Skreen was excellent. This was a first appointment for my daughter who has Down Syndrome and is non-verbal. Communication in these situations is a little bit awkward, but Dr. Skreen understood and was respectful. She seemed more pro-active than our former doctor. For instance, she gave a referral to OHSU for eye testing, without my requesting it, and that was also the place I was interested in learning more about.

This appointment was a follow-up for vertigo for the first time and went to ER.

Nurse assistant was very argumentative and rude, Told the doctor about her.

I felt very rushed. I felt like I couldn't talk about things I needed to because the appointment was rushed and that there was no time to discuss other issues. Since it takes forever to get in to see her it's hard to make urgent or more appointments to discuss care and health. I miss the days of a doctor making you feel welcomed and that they want to take care of your needs without a ton of other appointments.

One of my medications has been in short supply, and I really appreciate how the staff has worked with me, the pharmacies, and my prescriptions In a timely fashion to help me secure the medications I need.

Don't have many people I discuss my health with

This provider doesn't listen at all to what I have to say. He only wants to do what he wants doesn't care if I am allergic to medication or have side effects to certain medications. I am a very experienced patient with a lot of surgery and complications that have happened to me. He seems to only want to make money. I wasn't impressed at all. He was being rude and unkind to me the way he spoke to me. Worst provider I have ever had in your office. I have come there for many years. They won't let me change providers and I am very upset.

Visit was good. However the ability to communicate with the people at the follow up exam that she scheduled was poor. I was unable to get a call back when I had questions about the exam that was scheduled so I sort of went into it with the information I hoped was right. I had tried calling this clinic several times and left messages to no avail. The assistant did not seem very knowledgeable when I arrived at the appointment. The exam itself was very well done, friendly and fast. My only complaint is not being able to get through on the phone with my questions - just constant voicemail and no call back.

When asked if the doctor had received a hand written note I had left for her a month earlier, I was told that it gets routed through several "desks" This is strange to me because it would seem to be within the possibility to take said note addressed to the Doctor and put it in the appropriate "mailbox" for her. But I am left to wonder if there is some vast universe out there that is an obstacle impossible to navigate. Long story short Doctor NEVER got it.

I had a test done at the Hospital at 7:30 AM and my Doctors appointment was at 12:30. Long wait in between. Over 60 miles there and back. Had a great visit with her and we were both on the same page about my health. Walked away feeling very comfortable with the plan.

Dr. Isakarov listens, is respectful, takes enough time, explains things, answers questions (makes sure I have all my questions answered, follows up in a timely fashion, and cares about me as a human being.

I appreciated Dr. Sammond's willingness to listen to my concerns, and the EXTRA step she took to accurately hear me. I was quite concerned, and thus the reach out, on that visit re: recent significant changes In abdominal pain that had lead to a rather quick & extensive recent diagnostic work-up by the Gastroenterologist MD, and being able to address that concern & results, with Dr Sammond (PCP) to ensure she is involved in ongoing future care should pancreatic cancer be present. Post appointment (same day) she reached out to GI doc, with another test recommended, and ordered by Dr. Sammond, that revealed severe exocrine (dys)function. Since I have dysautonomia, and this is not so common, and I " look" healthy and have WNL measurable health parameters ( except postural orthostatic BP & HR life changing sx, & other life impacting changes, not readily visible or diagnosable ) I have appreciated Dr. Sammond's willingness to keep me on as a patient, and to think outside her expertise, and try to forge a working relationship to support me managing my health condition to remain autonomous in solo living. Also I appreciated her calm demeanor that day.

I felt her response was a generic statement. Written down was weight management' eat more fruits and vegetables' eat oat meal for breakfast' to Control A1c numbers and high cholesterol result. Wondering if she even looked at me. Very generic response. Most people think I am too thin.

Why are you asking me questions about gender. It's science, you know it science, and it is not hard to detect what my gender is. You shouldn't have to play guess the gender with people, you know what it is.

First appointment. Routine with no illness. I have been trying hard to get into the clinic with a female Dr. Took the first one that had an opening. Seemed fine. Not who I was hoping for but I found myself without a primary when cascade closed down. I wouldn't recommend only because it's so unlikely anyone would get in. Did not appreciate the lab that does the blood draw. Tech had issues with how much to draw, remembering to put my name on vials and ended up having to redraw blood. None of the techs could locate latex free bandages. Seemed stressed and out of their comfort zone. Even the sign in area was backed up and disorganized. Staff was very stressed, talking over each other and calling out instructions to patients trying to check in. Things were backed up and chaotic and it was still only morning. A lot of the issues involved automated check in, which didn't appear to be helpful at all. Made quite a negative impression on me

Dr. Venigalla is the best and I will truly miss her.

In general I find the Legacy system sadly lacking in many areas. Although my doctors have been kind and caring the wait times for appointments and test results are appalling. 6 to 12 weeks to get an appointment is unacceptable. In particular my wait for test results from the Sleep Clinic is causing me unnecessary stress. I was told by an office staffer that there is only ONE doctor available in the entire Legacy staff to make final reports on patients' sleep study results. This is outrageous! If I had known this in advance I would have found another medical system. I am aware of national shortages of both doctors and other medical staff, but this is ridiculous. I am a well educated woman who comes from a medical family and this is very difficult to understand. Perhaps it's time to pay lower salaries to administrators and CEOs and spend money on Medical staff!

Provider is moving to Texas.Now I have to find a replacement. Not a pleasant Prospect.

I wish that all staff would wear masks, I worry that your reception staff will expose me to covid, as they see lots of sick people and don't wear masks.

I always feel as if Dr. Marie listens carefully. She is also very knowledgeable and it is clear she keeps up to date on medical issues and treatments.

As always in the past several years, Legacy Health IS A MESS. Understaffed, often confused and frustrating to deal with. Having to wait 6 months to see Dr. MacEvoy is ridiculous and we are usually left able to see only a PA who may or may not be fully qualified to help. Getting to see specialists is a real mixed bag -- I've had some VERY poor outcomes in this regard. American Healthcare since COVID is a step back into the dark ages and clearly the health insurance companies are a disgrace.

The visit was very professional, thorough and satisfactory. Most of all very friendly atmosphere.

Since I have started to see Dr True my experience with Legacy has always been excellent. I think it's great that she does sit there and listen to what you have to say and is very concerned.

Did Dr. Marie know at the time of my appointment, that she was going on an extended leave of absence? I found out accidentally on My Chart. If she did, I would have appreciated a heads-up. No one from Legacy Informed me of this absence or who would be handling her patients. No one contacted me about my blood test results or who I would be seeing for my appointment In August. Do I have a say-so in this decision?

How can the doctor give a complete physical when the blood test is done AFTER the phisical??!!

Dr. Goswami was, as usual, concerned, and looked at all my conditions post surgery. She ordered blood work and a CT scan. Later that day she called and suggested I go to ER, as the CT scan showed possible infection. We could not ask for a better, more professional, or compassionate provider than Dr. Goswami. We are fortunate indeed to have her to help us with our health.

I have never had a more patien-oriented, comprehensive, attentive, kind, thorough medical experience. Dr Isakharov has reset the bar for future caregivers. He is hard to follow. Specifically he makes eye contact without being emotionally challenging. Speaks directly to me, not the computer. Remembers details in conversation whether medical or just personal. Prompts for additional/missed information without interrogation. Explains jargon, procedures, processes, in a collaborative manner. The best. Hands down. The best doctor I've ever worked with, and I have 14 years in direct patient care in a hospital setting, as a provider.

Since Dr Maire has been my PCP 3-4 years, I have found that she doesn't take the time to ask me about my fibromyalgia condition or I don't have time to say how things have been worse. She doesn't seem to take the time to know my health Issues and my health my care team. Or Is interested when I give her any updates. Her biggest concern seems to be the medications I am on. She doesn't feel like my PCP when she doesn't take the time or interested in who I am as a whole person. Not pleased. Maybe this is the new way of being a doctor. If it is I rate it poorly.

This was my first appointment with Dr Isakharov. He is an excellent provider. You are lucky to have him at Legacy. He is the best.

My provider is leaving. It is impossible to get an internal medicine doctor to take me as a new patient in the clinic. I am not happy with how it is being handled. I would not recommend this clinic at the time.

Contracting out lab services was a huge mistake. Loss of efficiency, convenience and actual interaction with the nurses. Lab acts like the patient works for them rather than the other way around. As I have started in past surveys, Legacy Tualatin is a first class facility with a third class lab. Having to finish up a doctors appointment by having to deal with that lab and the way they do things is a disheartening experience.

Great job on removing wax in both ears. Could hear better and didn't feel the sticky wax! Appreciated Dr Venigalla talking through my upcoming lumpectomy and treatments available at Legacy. Also internist On board as she is leaving for Texas-have used both Legacy and Providence systems.

Jamie Skreen is incredibly young?!?! I came in for cortisone injections in my extremely painful knees and shoulder. With a straight face she told me she'd NEVER administered any shots! I was dumbfounded hearing that from a doctor. The lack of knowledge and experience isn't going to help her establish credibility as a professional. She ordered thyroid medication without in depth explanation or instruction. I had just come in for shots, and made that known when I made the appointment. Now, I have to jump through more hoops by making ANOTHER appointment because they finally called me back (after a whole week!) and said she could administer the cortisone shots afterall?! No thank you! This was my very first time seeing her, as my other PCP straight up and left w/ no explanation. I felt like an anonymous cow being rushed through what should have been a thorough appointment. I'm incredulous.

Great provider! I really appreciate her! Legacy's new rule of only addressing 2 problems per visit and the inability of scheduling a longer appt. There is a lot to go over (recent hospital visit and new concerns unrelated to the hospital illness.). How can Legacy provide the best possible care limiting the patients' medical concerns/issues? Some patients need more time than others and feel the appointment should be appropriate to the patients' needs. If I need to make 3 appointments back-to-back that would be a good solution. I think it's also unfair to the doctor wanting to help a patient with all concerns. Who has time/money to go back and forth, when the patient should be 100% addressed the first go around!

I dislike the fact that the clinic shares MA. I would prefer a specific assistant assigned to my doctor.

What more could be said after taking the survey except both my husband and I feel very blessed to have Dr. Trieu as our doctor. She is very thorough and really listens to us. However we are in our nineties and it is a long distance for us to travel to see her. We would like to have a doctor closer to where we live in Canby, Oregon.

I am 79 and Dr. Isakharov iis the best primary care physician I've had in the last 50 years. He is attentive to details, explains everything to my understanding, follows-up regularly and provides very professional guidance. Great young physician. Find more like him.

The lab is horrible

The doctor did not have concern for my health issues and complaints of feeling sick. Doctor did not communicate well when I was asking for help with a prescription. Doctor did not have knowledge of health history. Doctor was disinterested, slightly annoyed and took no ownership over my care

So sad to hear my favorite doctor is moving out of state

The 2 biggest things that are barriers for me: First, I hate it that I feel lectured abt stuff I cannot control. I cannot, REPEAT, cannot control how high my blood pressure is, yet I always get the stink eye when it's high. Rather than be lectured I'd like understanding. I am so nervous when I come to the doctor, nervous as a transwoman in public is nervous, nervous as a person with white coat syndrome is nervous...I'm FINE with the Dr being proactive and changing my meds, or increasing them, or whatever...but that "naughty naughty" tone and attitude when it's high just bothers me so much.I'm an intelligent person. Don't you think I would do something abt it if it was in my power?The second thing: I'm not totally sure that my provider is comfortable with me as a patient, due to my gender orientation. I keep trying to explain to her that I AM a woman, and that is a subtle but VERY impt distinction than the slightly othering language of "identifies as a woman". When that phrase is used, it implies that the being female exists only within my mind/brain/thoughts...and it is used specifically to identify ME as a person who was born with external genitalia.That is ALL it does! Period. The fact is I'm female. I'm a woman.Think abt yourself...if you are a cis person reading this: do you "identify" as your gender, or is that part of who you are and you find it ludicrous to think of yourself any other way?I have a lot of doubt and uncertainty that my provider actually receives me as authentically female, and also that she likes me. It feels weird, often. Of course, when I've asked abt it there is copious reassurance that all is well, yada yada yada...but soo often cis peo have implicit internalized biases that carry over due to the internalized transphobia in our culture at large. I feel like my provider engages me in a way that she thinks of as "professional and non-judgemental" which is light years away from affirming. Why do I feel this? Well, largely due to how other people in my medical team in other facets of my care treat me, interact with me, and relate to me...they are warm, encouraging, connecting, empathetic, supportive, and AFFIRMING, rather than merely accepting or non-judgemental.Don't get me wrong...accepting and non-judgemental is good...but only compared to a punch in the metaphorical nose. It is merely the BASELINE of the beginnings of the first step.I say all these things because there is a good chance that maybe this provider would be taking care of other transgender patients too. Lord KNOWS it's hard enough already to find trans-accepting providers, and even harder to find trans-affirming patients. Perhaps this is a chance for this provider to understand? I'm not sure if it's even a priority, to be really transparent.I often consider simply not coming anymore. But the blood pressure medication she's given me is helping me, and I basically have to come in or she withholds renewal of the prescription. Understandable, I guess...but it's like I have to run the gauntlet to get to the scrip.I do have another provider I see, a Dr of Naturopathy, and she helps me so much. She actually asked me to keep this connection with an MD in case I need one.But it's tough.The worst part? Here I am sat feeling guilty that I said ANY of this because of fear that the Dr will get criticized or punished for the things I am sharing...and how hard will it be for her to figure out it was me?For the record, I have said versions of this to her. I have tried over and over again to explain the stress involved, the anxiety, the huge obstacles just emotionally in letting another person close in order to care for this body...I've tried to explain abt implicit biases and internalized transphobia...and she sits patiently and sort of endures, but doesn't show any sign that this has impacted her and made a real mark.I would totally say it to her face. But that would take too much time. That would be too much connection. That would require me being a full fledged and authentic human not IN SPITE OF my gender orientation but BECAUSE OF my very being and life experience. I am valuable in that I have survived every single day of my life, lo these nearly 65 years.

It's unbelievable to me that I call for an appointment re: pain in mid-February and was told they were scheduling appointments in May. I was in pain in February that only got worse as I waited for my appointment. I've never had to wait longer than three days to get in to see my doctor. Three months is unacceptable.

Everyone was so kind and respectful it was nice to be in that environment. Because you surely don't get it any where else!!!

This provider was very thorough and knowledgeable

I would not recommend because I don't know if Legacy is going to stay in network with BC&BS insurance. Overall, this was by far my biggest concern as far as consistency of healthcare. I know that two other networks were able to negotiate their new contracts with BC&BS, but Legacy has not, at this moment, accepted the re-negotiation. I with Legacy had been able to structure their business so that they would be able to work with BC&BS at the rates that they are offering (that the other networks were able to accept)

I mentioned my wife's passing, and I broke down crying. Her passing is still a very sensitive subject after more than five years. The good doctor was very empathetic. Also, I have turned down many referrals. He seems to understand why.He is more concerned about my health than I am. He always encourages me to call if I change my mind. I never call. I just keep my semi-annual appointments with him. I guess I am not an easy-to-manage patient.

It was my first visit with Dr Steen I was very pleased

Honestly? I don't think the Dr really cared that much about the issue. She clearly didn't understand the major impact it was having on my well being. She asked some basic questions and didn't even try to examine my leg. The only reason additional services happened was because I pushed back via My Health when all she wanted to do was wait and see if it got better. Those services didn't help us figure out the problem but they did help rule out some items that could have been a big issue (like blood clot). No other solutions were offered other than let her know if things aren't better in a week. When you aren't getting any sleep for over a week already and it's impacting your ability to do a high stress, high results oriented job and the answer is wait and see what happens that is problematic. My Dr left the practice so I was assigned to Dr Skreen. I don't know if maybe she didn't want more patients, but I definitely didn't feel as if me or my situation was very important to her.

As this was my first appointment with Dr. Tang, I felt comfortable with the appointment. No history with the doctor will change as we meet on other ocasions.

My receptionist was very nice, thoughtful. Receptionist sitting adjacent to her was bothered by my illness, kept waving her hand at me to go sit at a sick side with a look of distaste even tho I was masked and kept cleaning my hands.

Absolutely love Dr Tang! Very friendly and knowledgable. Cares about you and answers questions. Never feel rushed when being seen.

1) your question with regard to the Dr.'s office response, or lack thereof, to tests or procedures leaves out a fairly important point: with the MY HEALTH system, that isn't even necessary. The provider of the tests or procedures posts the results, and the patient is notified. The doctor doesn't have to. I will say, however, that Dr. Isakharov has in the past initiated a conversation on the results of tests, which is much appreciated.2) Your new group that does blood tests in the Meridian Park Hospital, Suite 145, are a miserable bunch of incompetents. I have been going to this facility for some time. I've never had to wait for more than 10 minutes for a draw. This time? I had to wait almost an hour while the three sitting behind the desk chatted away. And none of the chatter had anything to do with their jobs. The one who drew my blood last fall was rude, arrogant and not terribly intelligent. I noticed she was still there this last time. Had she been the one assigned to draw my blood I would have waited until someone else was available. As it was I ended up with someone who poked my arm, then moved the needle around without taking it out, and still couldn't find any blood. She did this exact same thing three times. Then she decided she needed to start on my other arm. I was about to tell her to get a supervisor in to draw the blood when she was able to hit the gusher. I had a MASSIVE bruise on the first arm.You people changed to Lab Corps, my guess is to save money, but you've done a huge disservice to your clients by doing so. I mentioned this to one of the people at the doctor's office, and was told there have been recent complaints about the Meridian Park Hospital lab.You may not even be aware. But, you need to get it fixed.

I have already recommended my provider and Legacy in general to family and friends.

The prescribed medication wasn't covered by the insurance, so I wasn't able to get the medication

The receptionist did not look at the reason for my visit, made an incorrect assumption, which then the medical assistant didn't carry out what needed to be done and set my doctor on an incorrect path for our visit. Consequently, I did not have the time I needed to ask some questions I had.

The worst appointment I ever had with Dr. Venigalla. I pre-registered for my appt. I thought my paperwork was complete. Moments before they called me into the appt. I saw the emotional marltrix. It confused me I thought someone else had filled it in and I tried to fix it. I didn't, Dr. V saw the mess I left and thought I was suicidal. Didn't get straighten out and I'm supposed to find myself a counselor and return in 4 weeks to the office or on the phone. From passed issues I don't even know who or how to contact someone to straighten this out.

Waited in the exam room for the provider for at least 15 minutes despite being the first patient of the day.

I cant get into my health thing that was sent for me to see lab results

I left feeling surprised that my doctor did not talk to me about my health conditions or the plan she had for addressing them, what we were testing for, exactly. A day later I discovered extensive comments in my portal chart which explained what I needed to know. However, I would have much preferred to hear all that in person, in a conversation with my doctor.I know doctors are scheduled very tightly and have little time, but prior to this office change I found my doctor to be friendly and attentive. During this appointment she seemed rushed. I left feeling anxious and unprepared for what was coming up.

Dr Maier is up front and honest with her response to my questions. She is easy to talk with and although her day busy clients she still has a wonderful heart. I like her alot!

I have been a patient of Dr McKay's for many years. I was very pleased with Dr Skreen.

This was a follow-up visit after a neurology appointment in February. The appointment was to both review the results of the neurology data (EMG) and look ahead at steps that might be taken following that review. (As to questions regarding recommendations, I'm now 78 and the subject almost never comes up. In the case of something "significant, like a hip replacement, the procedure would naturally be discussed with family and good friends but no one in those conversations was looking to get one.)

His admin duties make it nearly imossible to see him in a reasonable time. I usually have to agree wo see a PA which s sub-optyimal for me as PAs and NPs are not my PCP.

Since I last was seen by Dr. Sammond, I had been prescribed Methotrexate by an immunodermatologist, which I am taking long term.I appreciated the fact that Dr. Sammond noticed this in my chart and wanted to understand the Dx, Sx, and Hx of this Rx. [I was seeing Dr. Sammond for a chonic knee issue at this visit.] She could have read all of that In my chart, of course. But, I felt "cared for" that she explored that Dx with me.

My mother has vascular dementia, and this provider was professional, as well as, compassionate. I know my mother is in good hands with Dr. Sammond.

The doctor wants a routine checkup every quarter because she stated they do not have adequate staff to update records. This is absolutely ridiculous. We should have only an annual visit and then as needed. To put this kind of burden on the patient and caregiver is absolutely ridiculous

I don't like the "new" office, I preferred the west Linn location. It didn't look like a mall from 1995 and was easier to navigate. The front desk was nicer too.

This is a really good facility.

Both Dr. Isakharov & his assistant Coral where very thorough & caring in providing excellent medical care & analysis to me. On my last visit Dr. Isakharov found & pointed out that the bottom of both of my feet had again swelled-up with fluid. This was initially caused by my very bad lung infection that was treated with steroid pills which were then prescribed for me.

Tried to do a telehealth visit - could not connect so I had to come in physically.

The wait time to see the doctor is always under 15 minutes. The doctor is always familiar with my medical records and well prepared to answer any questions I have. I am never hurried through the appointment and enough time is spent to address all my concerns. I am very happy with my doctor.

I was in the exam room for 30 minutes before I see the provider. I can't make the follow up appointment with the receptionist. I was told to call the scheduling number. I was on hold for 15 minutes before I get a live person on the phone.

Called prior to appointment because I had a cough and a hoarse voice to see If I needed to reschedule or have a phone appointment. The first and only question I was asked is Did I take a COVID test. I wasn't asked about any other symptoms. I was very frustrated. I waited for a call back and was finally told my husband and I could come in but we needed to "sit on the bench" away from the other patients. We were happy to do that and were pleased to see Dr Macevoy.

I felt very positive about the care and communication I received from Dr Sammond and her assistant.

Not enough doctors available. I have tried for over a year to get in to a female doctor in Woodburn and Silverton. My previous Legacy doctor left the practice in Tualatin. Eventually I was assigned to a visiting doctor, then was assigned several months later to Dr. Tang. I have had only 1 appointment with her, so the survey is somewhat skewed.

Dr Isakharov has been a blessing to me & follows up with all my other doctors. The whole clinic has been helpful & respectful to me.

I was told not to worry about any issues I brought up, with no real background knowledge to share or tips to work on specific areas of concern. It appears that she hasn't checked up on my medical history whatsoever and would like to do the bare minimum for care. I was rebooked on my well visit 3 times before she was able to finally take me. Her hours are bad and works mostly online, so it's not ideal for my work schedule. I am going to look into getting a new doctor.

Dr ishahkrov is a very caring intelligent doctor. Very easy to communicate with. During my years of having him as my PCP he has never had to look up the answer to any question I had. My visit was great but you lied to me that this would be a SHORT survey. The only reason I went this far was to have an opportunity to tell you you've wasted MY time and many of your questions have been redundant! My provider is great but this system sucks!

Cannot get appointments by phone so I had to go in-person to get appointment. This has been 1+ years. Doctor & Schedulers Contradicted themselves repeatedly. Doctor does not have a handle on practices. Very bad communication overall, continuously. 2. Benefits department has willfully made many errors regarding my U Card (Flex Card), 2nd January in a row denial of my $150 benefits. This has damaged me financially for the benefit I need. Very dissatisfied. Also. DR. did not look into my medical history when she referred me for another colonoscopy that I only had eight months prior. She never bothered to look into my history on the other things either. Then for something that I could heal over-the-counter, she recommended surgery to remove the thing which is totally unnecessary, she never answered my question from my first visit with her two years ago when I presented to her some conditions, never followed through.

Dr Lowdermilk is fantastic! The only reason she didn't have my records is because the computer needed to be rebooted or was experiencing a problem. She did review them prior to coming to the room.

Phone service needs an update. Shouldn't have to wait Aprox 15-20 minutes to speak to a live person. Very irritating . If not for seeing a great doctor who I really like, I'd consider changing clinics for ease of use.

Dr. Trieu has been a great doctor for us. My wife and I appreciate her attentiveness, knowledge, willing to listen to our concerns, and keep up with our records from specialists we both see. We are very happy with her skills, sense of humor, and that when she walks in the door, she is totally involved and concerned about our needs. She is up to date on new medications that might improve our conditions and issues. She has been able to coordinate with OHSU in the past and now with changes. So very glad she is our doctor. We moved here 3 years ago and she has replaced our past doctor with outstanding skill and knowledge, and we do appreciate her very much.

Dr. Sammond Is willing to consider, and be honest, about my Ideas on efforts to improve health and also expresses her perspectives well. I feel supported, and also am quite aware of limitations of managed care, and ultimate self responsibility. I think we can all agree the demands placed on MD's and the current changing health system will require us all to work collectively In co-creating a moment by moment experience that supports sanity, and a sense that we are a collective. I was glad to hear from someone else that new docs had been hired for the clinic.

I feel that the MD talked too much about herself, not trying to spend time to understand my health. Maybe the type of appointment I had was supposed to be brief and superficial? It would be nice to tell patients what the appointment Is about, what is included, what is not included to set the expectation right. My previous MDs looked in my mouth and ears during physical exam, but not with my new MD. Maybe my appointment was a new patient appointment and we were supposed to just talked? Also, I was left in the room at the end for a while not knowing if someone would come back. Better communication would be good.

I feel as though my appointments are not scheduled for the time needed correctly. I am very specific as to what I need an appointment for, but the Doctor often acts as though I didn't set up the time correctly, which is confusing.

I asked for an M D and got a DO. I don't want to continue with her. I got a lot of excuses that are unacceptable. You are not as professional as I expected. She was fine but I don't want to see a DO.

It would be good to have blood drawn before the appointment so the doctor could discuss the results. Reading the results on my health doesn't clarify anything. Nice to get the results quickly but would also be nice to have the doctor explain what they mean.

I felt rushed. When I scheduled my appointment I told them that I had multiple things that I needed to see the doctor about but they still scheduled me in a short time slot. I work in the medical field and I understand needing to move onto the next patient but I should've been scheduled in time slots at the beginning, instead, I have to come back again on another day.

Doctors and staff always kind and respectful. My questions are always answered. Everything about this clinic is a 10 for me.

Receptionist was very matter of fact vs friendly. Nurse and doctor were great.

Was very difficult to make an appointment for an annual physical This was 4 months overdue for annual physical The actual visit today went well. Coincidentally I had an acute injury 72+ hrs prior to this visit , my doctor appropriately addressed my needs questions as the ER MD recommended to discuss today Changes in lab services ie tri monthly A1C, affecting my health maintenance were explained also

My provider explained thoroughly the medications that we were considering and any possible side effects. She recommended the one that we decided on because of its long record of success.

So happy I recommend Dr Loudermilk to my wife. Only downside is that it's taken 6mon for her initial appointment. The wait for excellent care is worth it.

Dr. Tang was very conscientious and easy to understand - she was able to get me my pre op tests right away for my eye surgeon.

Dr. Venigalla is dignified, professional, efficient, and to-the-point. She is not "chatty." This is perhaps a contrast to the "family doc" personna that some patients might seek.
