I called Dr. Patricks's office about an A-fib problem, the nurse talked to Dr. Patrick and I was told yo go to ER. When I got there there knew I was coming. I was later released and the next day Dr. Patrick's nurse called and asked me to come in the next day. I did. We went over everything. Great service. I feel that they have my best interest at heart.

It was a pleasure to get care from Dr. Camara. She was very thorough and helped me understand my diagnosis. My husband and I are lucky to have her as our Cardiologist.

This is how care should be. The entire team was responsive, caring, clear in their communication, and helpful. Dr. Patrick is amazing. A very clear communicator who shared enough detail and technical information for me to be able to make informed choices while explaining what he was saying in plain terms so a non-scientist/non-medical professional could understand. He was methodical in his suggested approach to prioritize addressing or ruling out the most serious potential problems first. I was beyond impressed both with his knowledge and approach and with the responsiveness and care of his entire team. I would HIGHLY recommend.

These comments relate to my visit with Dr Camera only. I feel that he has a strong negative bias. I was referred to him for a problem of shortness of breath that - my "GP" felt I should consult with a cardiologist. I exercise four times a week, play pickleball three days a week and have more energy than most people my age.I presented myself to him as a healthy, active 80 year old; his response was, "You are not healthy!" THIS IS NOT GOOD PRACTICE FOR A HEALTH PROFESSIONAL TO SAY TEN MINUTES INTO A FIRST APPT!!He had some of my test results that lead to my visit with hm - I was looking for an opinion on options to deal with my shortness of breath - not a new condition for me. He launched into a long and detailed description of a diagnostice procedure that could have dire effects, and only indicated that they were only indicated .06% of the time, AFTER I had reached a very high anXiety level. IT WAS NOT NECESSARY TO PRESENT THIS PROCEDURE IN THIS WAY. I had a companion with me who has more knowledge than I about medical issues. She asked some questions, and he responded very poorly. She was politely trying to get more understanding for both of us about the need for the procedures and how they would be helpful. He ended up yelling at her, and was clearly angry. I FELT HE DID NOT SEE ME AS A PERSON, AND WAS ANNOYED AT MY TRYING TO UNDERSTAND THE ISSUES IN "LAY" TERMS. I am opting out of this procedure and have sought a second opinion. Tests that were done that day (July 24) showed up normal responses, and do not seem to indicate a need for any drastic procedures. I am very disappointed in his behavior - this is unusual at Legacy. He may be a good clinician; not evident from my experience, but possible. He is clearly NOT a "people person". This was my worst experience with Legacy.

Dr. Camara is one of the best doctors I have ever had in my 81 yrs. She listens attentively and has obviously read my chart and history prior to meeting with me. I see her for cardiology but she takes into account all my medications and health issues other than cardiology. In the past it has been difficult to get an appointment but her scheduling system has recently changed so I was able to make an appointment for 6 months from now while I was in her office on 7/2/24. This is a positive change.

In echo cardiogram room, the height of exam table and lack of padding for the support of an 80 year old arthritic back took me all week to get over. An adjustable, padded exam table would be a great improvement.

I was very lucky I found Dr. Camera. She is a great doctor and I appreciate her care.

I have confidence in my care given by this provider ~ especially since she is able to access my records from other doctors.

I was asked to fill out a multipage questionaire some of which was in Mychart. I know this might be a hold over from the "olden days" but its a pain and like a "quiz" to answer questions on medications etc. Doctor was very personable and kind and it helps that he had good things to day about my health given the importance of his role.

The only minor bad thing I experienced was the fact that I told the provider that I used to smoke 3-2 cigarettes per week and usually at social gatherings and that I had quitted that too a long time ago, but in the visit report on Mychart he had commented that I used to be a HEAVY SMOKER which was wrong. After I read the report and saw this mistake, I sent him a message on my chart and informed him that his report was wrong and asked to be corrected Immediately. Fortunately, he deleted that report and sent a somewhat corrected report saying "past smoker". It should have stated " Past light smoker"However, the provider was very friendly and pleasant and explained everything so I could understand. I recommend this provider highly.

This doctor was one of the kindest, most attentive Doctors I've ever met (and I worked in health care for six years. She really listened front, read my chart, explained things in detail and gave reassurance that issues would be addressed and outlined plans for all outcomes. I felt an instant connection with her as a result and a trust I've had with very few doctors. I've been trying to finish s full cardio workup, and now it will be done! I'm so grateful to have met her! Oh, and she gave me great ideas on how to find a PCP!

Wait time for available appointment is too long!

Did not agree with my PCP supplement protocol however I recognize it was a professional opinion as is my PCP. I am aware of possible risk and am keeping informed of my condition I appreciate all of Dr. Cameras care.

The doctor, nurses, technical assistant, and office staff are wonderful. I deeply appreciate their exception skills and kindness. The appointment system, however, causes patients and staff both frustration and time (multiple calls needed to get an appointment given the three-month schedule and uncertainty about when the next quarter schedule will arrive). It must be frustrating for the staff to answer so many calls by saying please try again--in two weeks, a week, later this week, tomorrow. I missed the window to get on the March schedule, and the April/June/July schedule arrived very late in March. I must have called a dozen calls. There must be a more efficient way to schedule.

I am a very complicated patient and Dr. Camara has been invested in my health. I have had excellent cardiologists and ok cardiologists, but she is exceptional.

I find I require a relationship with my medical providers. Some one who understands my depth of knowledge of my conditions and hears me, my concerns and works hand in hand with me toward the common goal of my better wellness. I appreciate Dr Camara and her research into my history with all providers throughout the medical systems I am treated within. This was a new patient evaluation. It ended out that no other treatment was indicated. Dr Patrick explained everything very well and took time for questions. I was amazed at his familiarity with my situation. He must have looked closely at many pertinent parts of my record. He was extremely well prepared. I would recommend him to anyone needing a cardiologist. I will also go back to him for any future needs.

Appointment was in response to a change in my BP symptoms that was serious to me. I was given an appointment the next day. Dr. Camara and Jennifer gave me as much time as needed to assess the condition, answer all my questions, and provide a plan to go forward in writing. A holter monitor was placed and a follow-up appointment is scheduled.

Listened to questions, answered in a very understandable way and was very kind.

I look foreward to Dr. Isenbarger's summary of my examination since they favor optimistic outlook till next scheduled examination.

So the post examination notes stated that I failed to go to an examination. The staff never reached out to me despite being told they would. Also in the same reported there's many medications I no longer take. To be fair, the update was done at the time of the appointment so it may take time for a full update.

Dr Eisenbarger is the best!!!

Dr Patrick was so thorough and had reviewed my test results, and notes prior. He didn't shame me for being overweight He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and kind.

I have been treated exceptionally well by Dr. Patrick for 21 years. His knowledge and caring demeanor have always been appreciated in the highest regard. I always like that he has a student or assistant in training with him so they can learn so much from him. He's the best!

Dr. Jocelyn Camara is an excellent cardiologist and communicator. I would recommend her to very few people because it is incredibly difficult to get an appointment at her office. It is an ongoing problem, especially if told to make an appointment for 6 months out. She's very responsive to questions and issues through the patient portal, but with heart issues it requires in-person examination. I wouldn't want her to see more patients because it is so difficult to get an appointment, and that's the only reason I would not recomment her to anyone but a trusted friend in need of an excellent doctor.

He referred to my medical challenges in the last two years, and was happy to hear that I am doing well and travelling after caregiving my husband for last 10 years.

My problem is with the scheduling department. It is very difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Camara. This is not an issue against the doctor but against the scheduling department.

Excellent experience - Dr. Camara is an outstanding Cardiologist and all staff personnel were professional, efficient and welcoming.

Medical care and advice were very good. Workload within the office suite seemed hectic at times. I always felt safe, cared for, and knew that help was nearby. My questions were answered adequately. My rights, options, needs, and decisions were respected.

It took a while to get the appointment scheduled. The internal referral process was a little bit frustrating. The medical assistant was courteous, but not particularly friendly or interested. The provider was outstanding.

Dr. Camara is the best. I am glad she is my cardiologist. My only complaint Is Legacy's system for making appointments. I have to make an appointment for six months from now. I can't make the appointment now, but when the calendar Is open, Is a real battle to make a timely appointment. Not sure what the solution Is, but the current way Is SO frustrating.

Easy to understand MD explanations

The actual visit is an A #1 experience. Securing an appointment is not. When answering your questions and giving a score below the highest score, it is due to the extremely frustrating process of trying to get an appointment for the time the Doctor recommends. You are told the schedule Isn't out yet or there are no appointments for the date you want and you end up seeing the Doctor 3 weeks after she said to return.

Originally one of the nurses over the phone was extremely rude to me. We worked it out. She apologized. I'm a pretty nice guy and I forgive people. That sort of thing, however, could make some people NOT want to go back. Main problem: NOT listening, trying to school me, talking over me, telling me to calm down. All very BAD concepts when dealing with clients. I was in pharmaceutical sales for 30 years. I learned the importance of making the client feel...FEEL heard. LIke I said, she apologized. It's OK.

It is very difficult to make an appointment with the scheduling center though phone. Most of the times, I like to make an appointment in person, even though I have to drive 20+ minutes to the clinic.
