Staff members in the Dr. Leclerc's office are always friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Leclerc does a great job of taking time to evaluate my problems and fill me in on any of the new medications and procedures I may have questions about.

Dr Lau is an excellent physician with a very caring attitude.

Dr LeClerc was outstanding in listening to me, respectful, gave me options and gave me the decision of what I wanted to do.

All good, I was a few minutes late staff understood and I went directly into the exam room. MD very nice, sat down to review my history, showed me models and handouts to explain my condition. Was very thorough in the plan of care needed.

All went very good, limited wait time, courteous, helpful.... This is a follow up appointment with the doctor, he originally treated me from an on call procedure at the hospital following a lower lumbar surgery that disclosed another issue with my health... This Doctor was called upon to evaluate the possibility of damage to my heart.... I have trust in his abilities and will use him as my regular cardiologist moving forward.

It was my first visit with Dr. Lau. I like Him a lot, He will be my Cardiologist together with Dr. Abbot, I'm in good hands !

Nurse Letta is amazing. We live out of town and it is difficult to make the trip to Portland. Letta coordinates all the appointments my husband and I need on the same day. Such a wonderful service. We truly appreciate all the staff and highly recommend them to anyone needing a heart specialist.

This survey is late. I saw Dr. LeClerc two months ago. Dr. Leclerc's team is on the ball. They answer questions via My Health promptly and handle refills quickly. I have recommended Dr. Leclerc and his team to at least two people in my retirement facility.

I felt that either the doctor has a problem focusing or listening. I have a turtle necklace I wear. First thing he asks is if I got the necklace in Hawaii. I replied no he continues with when did I go to Hawaii. Now I get confused with this question but reply I guess about 4-5 years ago then he asks who I went with. What the hell. I'm concerned about my heart. I'm thinking that either he isn't listening to me or he thinks he is evaluating my mental status.I am 71 but I am a self employed massage therapist. I've been doing this for 19 years. I don't mind some social conversation to get the feel for the client but please listen.

My cardiologist did no tests prior or during my visit. I had not had my LDL or heart monitored in over a year, yet he said I did not need to come back for 3 years. I want to trust his assessment, yet he had no data on which to base his opinion.

Dr. Lau is excellent! Very easy to talk with and he listens. I come away feeling like we are friends. Thank you, Dr. Lau!

Pleasant; no anxiety.

The team was wonderful. Getting to talk to a person to make this appointment was a few days. I'm a new patient. It took way too long to get in to see doctor. He was, however, extremely nice and helpful.

I still have unanswered questions about my condition but Dr Ramsay seemed to rule out heart related issues.

Everything was pleasant and well explained.

The subsequent procedure by this provider was quick, easy and successful, so qualifications and skill are very apparent. As a new patient, with a new and concerning condition, the initial consultation was far too brief and abrupt and took far too long to happen. I spent, at most, 5 minutes with the provider I had waited over 2 months to see.

I always have positive encounters at each of the Legacy facilities.

Dr. Lau is so good that I travel 80 miles one-way to see him!

Dr Ramsay was very personable and kind. He has a good sense of humor and is easy to talk with. He was pretty easy to understand and was in a pleasant mood.The only negative was that he quickly and barely put his stethoscope on my mother's heart. My mother commented on that. She asked, How could you have heard my heart? I don't know what the doctor's motives were for that, but it left me wondering If he did not want to discover something wrong, because of my mothers age and her dementia. Maybe he feels it is better to just let nature take its course? He said at one point, that he wanted to avoid ordering any unnecessary tests, which I agree with, but I wish he'd listened to her heart again. He told me to contact him if my mother experienced any lightheadedness or fainting. I said, I did tell you she has experienced light headedness a few times. He said he meant more serious light headedness like almost fainting. I had also told him she was experiencing lots of weakness in her legs while standing, and she would easily get very tired when getting dressed. I also told him that she has had pain from her groin to her knee and swelling of her legs. Dr Ramsay said he didn't feel like those symptoms were related to her heart. He recommended to follow up with her primary care provider.

The Dr listened carefully and responded to all my questions and concerns

Knowledgable, helpful staff, obviously under staffed and over worked. Lead time from referral to actual appointment was ridiculous, human body is incredibly machine, durable and resilient. Will keep trying to stay alive, with some help from you.

I didn't get a call back for a month to schedule an appointment. I had called three times to schedule. After a month, literally 30 days, I called and was told, "oh that's a mistake. Someone should have called you."Then I had to wait 5 weeks for an appointment. In January I was diagnosed with afib. I waited over two months to see the cardiologist while worried sick and on a cocktail of drugs that have bad side effects for me. This was unacceptable.

Do not like my chart. Much prefer texts or phone call

I spent more time with the MA than with Dr. Ramsey. Given that this was my first time with the doctor (I moved to Oregon from California) I thought the visit would be more thorough. I guess I must be in quite good health since he doesn't need to see me for another year? I was given the choice of 2 years before seeing the doctor again . I chose the one year.

Concerned he did not know my history thoroughly. Did not know I was Diabetic.

Great bedside manner

We had a different doctor and we were so happy to get to work with him. He took so much time and he really worked to understand what my history had been and what the game plan would be going forward. For the first time in a long time we felt very safe and very secure and very empowered to be able to do our part.

Dr. Lau is very knowledgeable, personable and gives excellent advice when explaining how to best address my heart issues. He sees and treats the whole patient, not just his specialty. I am lucky and pleased to have him as my cardiologist. His MA, Beth Ann, is a joy to work with also.

Over all the appointment time went well.Dr has become more friendly as I have seen him several times. Visits always seem rushed. The assistant at this visit seemed tentative and not actually clear as to info and meds reviewed. She was marginally friendly or personable. Low key.I had to verbally review and clarify follow up instructions. Not the Dr or assistant seemed to want to spend much time in explanation.

No reply from this provider about a critical anemia situation. The second doctor put me in the hospital.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Leclerc. He took time to review my past health records and ask me questions when necessary. When necessary, he asked me questions about my past health records. He carefully reviewed the medication I have been taking altered some of them and told me about a new procedure for people who have had a stroke In the past. I was so impressed with him. Also, he was so professional and did not rush the appointment. I felt he was very concerned about my health.

This appointment was supposed to be rescheduled because the provider had a procedure that could go longer. Then the office called me back and did not reschedule but when I arrived I had to wait 45 minutes. I should have been rescheduled

Extremely long wait times Also way too long to get into scheduled visits that they recommend and say are urgent. At least 2Usually 3 months or more.

Not a busy day for the doctor I was in and out

Dr LeClerc always listens to what I need and want. This is not a game about numbers; this is about my health and how I feel.

It seemed Dr. Ramsay was in a hurry, wanted to get on to something else. If I hadn't asked him to answer a few questions, I would've been left feeling unsatisfied.

My initial appt to see this provider was about a month after the referral was in place. As a specialist, that isn't bad! However, the Friday before my Monday appointment, they called and had to re-schedule me, and it was another month out! I understand that things happen that necessitate re-schedules, however, and even 2 months to see a specialist in today's medical environment isn't bad. And - Dr. Ramsay was worth it! He is very nice, listened to me (& my husband), answered all our questions & had a good plan of action. Highly recommend!
