Dr. Good listener and communication excellent and recommended action plan. Also told me not to order something I don't need. Asked the backstory on why I am there from primary and ekg reading presented. He assessed my health fir heart good but to watch my blood pressure.

Dr was very caring, explained everything and gave me additional advise on keeping healthy, which I will follow, till my next visit.

Dr Henery understood that I was highly educated and knew a lot about cardiology considering I was one of the first open heart surgery patients ever. My 2 last echocardiograms were conflicting and it was a result of the angle each took so I explained that valve size should be a function of volume and not cross-sectional area as depicted in the scan. So the data showed that it must be somewhere in the middle with an approximately 7% enlargement.

He thinks out side the box, listens and is a team member with me in my health care rather than playing the superior game on me

Dr Day viewed My health data provided via My Apple Watch and My health history on my Health App and explained why I didn't need a pacemaker for my heart! He told Me that there was NO Reason to risk going through an unnecessary surgery!!

Appreciated the time the doctor spent explaining what he saw in the test results and encouraging me to exercise and the need to follow up if that was necessarily. A very good experience with him.

If necessary, I contact Dr. Pacini via My Chart and one of his 3 RNs ALWAYS answers within a few hours - sometimes AFTER hours as they all stay late to accommodate patients' concerns. Dr. Pacini ALWAYS spends time (I am certain with all his patients) that is necessary to answer my many questions and offer superior medical advice. Eric Pacini saved my life. I have takotsubo syndrome and many physicians have no clue what it is but Dr. Pacini certainly does! He offers heartfelt advice which I literally take "to heart." He is wise beyond his years and is a most engaging physician, gentleman, and my friend.

This was the first time I had seen Dr Abbott, and 100% would see him again, and would highly recommend him to anyone needing his area of expertise. He makes thing clear - very engaging and knowledgeable... He has the heart of a teacher, so he has the ability to impart information that could be overwhelming in a very "user friendly" way. He gave me resources that I could follow up in my own time, and in no way made me feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. He's a keeper!
