This visit was excellent. Dr. Drood and myself were able to pick up from where we left off since my last visit almost 2 years ago. I arrived early, I was able to be seen early and it was great. I thought the provider was great.

I have felt unheard and dismissed by many doctors on this health concern and at this visit with Dr Simpson, I finally felt heard and understood and I felt for the first time like a doctor believed me about symptoms I've had for years.

This was absolutely the best doctor visit I've had in my entire life. The intake people were extremely nice and friendly. The clinician was also very nice and very efficient. The doctor was amazing! He spent a lot of time with me and made absolutely sure I had no more questions before he ended the appointment. He was very nice and never made me feel rushed. He talked to ME, not a computer screen. He actually listened and responded with answers that applied to my condition and lifestyle, not just "canned" responses. I cannot recommend this office highly enough!

Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Dr. Cheng is wonderful, skilled, and dedicated to getting the best results for his patients.

TOO MANY PEOPLE NEEDING CARE IN OUR COMMUNITY

The only problem I'm having is with getting the echocardiogram scheduled. That's not Dr. Daly's fault. The cardiopulmonary office in the hospital has not called to schedule. I've called them twice after Dr. Daly sent in the referral.

Dr. Daly always is on top of my health care needs, seems concerned about me & gives recommendations to improve my "aging" process!

This was a visit during a dynastic exercise to determine why I was suffering from serious fatigue, and cold sweats. I've been a heart patient In one form or another since 1994, high blood pressure, high cholesterol readings, two stints, heart failure etc. So I've been treated for years by different providers and metical organizations. Dr. Wu did not have access to many of the records documented all these events. I have many records at home and I could update my history In the My Heath application. But there is no easy way to do that.

GOOD experience, asa Dr Wu addressed an issue my PCP at Vancouver, Clininic was concerned about, Dr Wu had 8 years of labs that he reviewed prior to my appointment with him and determined that the issue my PC believed was concerned about, didn't need to be. High LDK and HCL remained consistent over this 8 year period of time.

Dr. Cheng Was very thorough in his discussing with me what was going to happen if I had an ablation. He answered all the questions that I had, and allowed me time to relax and see his commitment to healing me. He gave me confidence when I needed it, and assured me that everything was going to be fine. He let me know the percentage of, ablations that were successful, and by knowing that I was able to make my decision to go ahead with the ablation. He gave me as much time as I needed To thoughtfully consider the questions I had about it I appreciate that he did not rush me, and made sure that I was confident in my choice. His demeanor was Very caring. I was 100% satisfied with his care, along with the care of the Nursing staff at Emmanuel Hospital. I would highly recommend Dr. Chang and the hospital for any buddy that needed encouragement.

Appreciated understanding and ease of rescheduling when I brotke protocol and ate a mini marshmellow when taking pill prior to procedur?. Staff was friendly when rescheduling.

We arrived early and we were seen within 10 minutes after we arrived. The nurse was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. The doctor did a thorough examination and explained everything to my understanding.

Provider was quite personable and definitely interested in addressing my concerns and questions.

She was very thorough and professional covering my needs and when she explained them and I asked her questions back, she answered in terms that I understood or she told me what was the professional way for the problem that I have I enjoy her, and I think she is a very confident cardiologist

Dr Wu, was very knowledgeable about my health concerns and the results of my test.

I had a very good experience with Dr Cheng and staff. The only problem was that my appointment was for 1:30pm with Dr Cheng but since I have a pacemaker they wanted me to come in at 1:00pm for a pacer check only the person checking my device came in with Dr Cheng during the 1:30pm time. I don't think that they knew I was told to come in at 1pm for the check so they all thought I arrived early for my appointment.

My wife would like to use Dr Ola Lafi. she is great with questions and answers. I would recommend here any time

He seemed to only address the Afib. He suggested a procedure or blood thinners. His questioning only addressed that issue after Dr. Steel wanted me to see him for cardiac consult. Did not ask enough questions to thoroughly understand the additional issues or complete picture.

I have taken blood thinners for eight years. I asked to have my medical form filled so I could purchase my co-ag meter. I was denied, and I have been treated very badly at the INR Clinic in Battle Ground. This is ridiculous and I will be looking for a new doctor. After 25 years with my heart condition and living across this nation, I have learned that not all Cardiologist are the same--some are good, and some are not. I recognize when someone wants to generate a fee for a referral. I am very disappointed with Legacy to allow this to happen. So for now I cannot check my INR. I was I would be referred to a third party for my INR. So, this Dr Wu, serves no purpose for me.I probably should contact an medical malpractice attorney and get advised should I have medical complications from the ineptitude of this doctor.

I've seen Dr. Drood before and this time he was running behind, very curt in his responses and generally not as pleasant as the other times I have seen him.

The provider did not include all his notes on the portal or discussed with me, for I saw my PCP on 2/14/24 who brought up issues that were.not talked about by this provider. It took me off guard regarding my health and treatment of AFib.

Arrived at the clinic early and expected to wait a long time. To my surprise, I was roomed almost immediately.

Overall a pleasant experience, the information was well presented. Questions were answered.

It seems to always be difficult to get on anyone's schedule at Legacy Cardiology. I am usually told that there are no openings for the period for which they have a schedule and that I will need to call them back when new schedules are out. This seems completely irrational to me. I am not typically seeking a specific day or time I just want to get on the schedule. Stop telling me to call back and either schedule me further out or CALL ME BACK when you are ready to schedule me under a new calendar. This is my only complaint about Legacy Cardiology. I have never encountered this scheduling difficulty anywhere else in my life. Again I'm not asking for something soon or expedited or unusual. My dentist schedules me 6 months out learn to do the same. If it has to be changed then we can change it but I spend inordinate amounts of time fooling around with their scheduling system.

Doctor did nothing accept refer me to another doctor. Didn't check my heart rate, didn't check my pacemaker history or request a blood test for all the medications I take.

I am a well-educated, 70+ year old woman with serious heart health issues. When I ask a doctor intelligent questions re: my medical conditions, care and etc., I expect that doctor to offer thoughtful responses, based on their reading of my charts, their knowledge of my heart health history, and their pre-visit research into my medical issues. Pleas do not tell me "this kind of thing happens." Tell me why it happened, what I can do to prevent another episode [medication, mindful health/exercise, relaxation techniques] and how you can help me maintain my health.I left the office after my visit on January 23rd feeling frustrated and disappointed and disillusioned. I had done my "homework" and had a list of questions re: what had happened and why it happened, and what I should do next. I wish the doctor had done his homework, and thoroughly familiarized himself with my medical records his office has. I still have so many unanswered questions/concerns!

I was seen quickly. The team was thorough and considerate. I was very impressed with the quality of this visit.

I just moved to this provider since my hospital stay. Dr Drood was my Cardiologist in the hospital and I really liked the way he listened and answered questions for me. This was our first office visit since that time and I am still impressed. Dr Drood is a very hands-on involved doctor. He did the ICD interrogation himself and made comments and assessments on the spot instead of me having to wait to read it in Legacy My Health app. He answered all of my and my wife's questions. Was very patient and never made me feel rushed or like he had somewhere else to be.

Dr. Daly is a very busy cardiologist, but he at no time attempted to rush through my visit. He answered my rather lengthy list of questions with specific answers and options for treatment. His concerned manner and guidance was exactly what I needed to make a decision about having a specific procedure done. Dr. Daly is definitely a doctor I trust and respect.

I had to ask about the lab work that I had done. I wasn't informed about the change of the lab. You are now using Lab Corp and I had concerns about whether or not my insurance would cover the cost.In addition I think it is rediculous that you don't have endocrinologists at this medical facility and that it's a very long wait to get an appointment to see my cardiologist. It's hard to imagine that my health is important.

I have requested an appointment since August. It should not take 3 months to see my cardiologist. The schedule needs to improve. Thank you

Have had the pleasure of coming to Legacy Cardiology, from the moment you walk in to check in you feel very at ease. The professionalism and care from the nursing staff is great, and the Drs' are outstanding. I know I am under expert cardio care and am so grateful. Wile being monitored yearly, I am also expertly guided on how to stay on the path of good heart health, without feeling like I am being lectured or chastised. So very blessed being under this provider's care.

Phone calls to the office number were not answered and messages were not returned. After 5 months I went to the office in person and got an appointment for the next day.My visit with the doctor was extremely good.

Everyone I encountered during this visit was very friendly, attentive , and explained things to where I understood the information.
