10 minute visits isn't enough time to ask questions or figure out what's going on, can we figure out a solution to this to where patients have quality care and the staff is not over worked and is shown appreciation by employer?

Just want to say that Dr barrack with one swoop of her pen has fixed and corrected my care guideline that the emergency room drs. Were so quick to dismiss me. Ordered and completed right there an mri and confirmed two breaks. Helped me with walking boots some additional pain management and handicap placard and I would just like to say thank you. And the wait time was not her offices fault but we were waiting on an mri order

I've always had great treatment with Legacy. Only wish I could find a general practitioner there. Dr I'm with now I have been seeing for 26 years.

Didn't seem to be very helpful in correcting issues from surgery other than orthopedic shoes. Not happy with that answer.

My visit was awesome. I was able to get information and help for my problem. The doctor and staff are awesome!!!!

Don't usually recommend

Dr Kuklok was excellent. He took an appropriate amount of time, did a thorough examination, and answered questions. We agreed on a course of action going forward and in fact, I am following up on my condition this week with him. He is a good communicator, good listener and has a very pleasant demeanor. Very good Doctor in my opinion.

The receptionist from the next office over was "filling in" while the receptionist was away. She is abrupt and rude. The actual receptionist came in smiling and friendly. We have had to deal with this other receptionist twice now anns both times she was unprofessional and rude (I could hear her entire weekend story she was telling to anothe receptionist, talking very loudly and talking crap about some person) and she really shouldn't be a reflection of legacy foot and health when she doesn't work for them and is so abrasive to patients.

Dr Kulok was an excellent care provider. He answered all my questions and without push back did my surgery in an environment that was more conducive to existing health issues.

This was my first visit. I felt rushed through. I know that the provider was leaving early since my appointment was rescheduled to an earlier time. I feel that the provider just wanted to get out of there on a Friday afternoon. I had a huge callous on my foot and he did nothing to remove it and it wasn't until I mentioned that I was diabetic that he asked what my last A1c was. He just recommended a cream I could buy on Amazon to soften the callous. I was wanting him to remove it but that would have meant he could not rush out the door. I am not too sure about this guy.

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Barrick and will recommend her to anyone seeking podiatry services. The waiting area is of very bad design -- I was able to hear HIPAA-sensitive information from several of the reception staff at the various check-in windows. There should be a better system for collecting sensitive information from patients or for making phone calls on behalf of patients. In my 10-15 minutes in that waiting room I heard several patients' full names, birthdates, and diagnosis from more than one staff member as they were doing their work.

Dr. Kuklok made my 92 yr. Old Dad @ ease & trusting of his recommendations. He communicates & listens very well. We'll keep him as Dad's Dr!

Dr Barrick was thorough and explained potential surgery and outcomes well. Since she is a Podiatrist, we did not talk about all my current health issues. I see my Interest regularly for these. Dr Barrick was a good listener and gave me good advice and things to try for my foot pain.

Nice office. Close to home as far as a hospital goes. Dr Barrick is very nice & easy to talk too:) broke my big toe in September, its healed now so a 4m follow up, I like it that shes keeping track of me.

Upon arrival I was told the receptionist was on a break but the co worker said would alert her when she returned. Receptionist returned and checked in patient's arriving after me. Wait time was over 40 min. I approached the window and she apologized and didn't realize I was there. She also came out to the waiting room to apologize again. The incident was the first time that happened. Life happens and we move forward. I don't judge a doctor on the receptionist.

Excellent team work among all -from front office, medical assistant and Dr. Barrick Is exceptional! They are effective and efficient while providing complete knowledgeable care every visit.
