I used MyChart to send Dr Roddy, my primary care doc, a photo of a possible bunion developing on my foot and asked for a referral to a podiatrist. He quickly gave me the referral to Dr Tidwell. I was pleased to get the referral so quickly, and without needing to go in to see Dr Roddy first.Dr Tidwell gave me a very thorough exam of my foot, including X-rays, and listened to my concerns. Besides addressing the possible bunion, he diagnosed an unrelated problem with one leg being shorter than the other. For that issue he referred me to a prosthetics provider. I'm happy with this whole experience.

The supporting staff was rushing and in a hurry. The front desk/check in person was more interested in chatting with their colleagues than working. The front desk person care very little about their job and lacked caring and not approachable.

Everything was EXCELLENT - doctor and staff. This survey is a poor one. There should to a "Not Applicable (N/A)" box to check.

The provider knows his stuff

We did not discuss xrays of my foot that were taken by another provider. We even rescheduled the appointment once cuz the X-rays were not yet transferred. Also I am a heart patient and on blood pressure medication and we did discuss possible interactions between medications and impact of my heart with ibuprofen.

Always a pleasure to be seen at a Legacy Clinic

My only complaint is Dr Remmers was running late. It was 1/2 hr before I got to the exam room and then another wait. This is the first time this has happened and I see him on a 3month regular visitation rotation.

I got exactly what I wanted to get from this visit. I got all the answers to my questions and the advice I wanted.

Dr. Remmers, as usual, quickly understood my problem, had the necessary tools readily at hand, and worked efficiently to perform the needed work. All while maintaining a pleasant conversation with me. His staff was well prepared and trained for both efficiency and a very pleasant manner.

Dr. Remmers and his staff are 100% top-notch. Dr. Remmers is one of the best provider at Legacy. His clinical expertise and knowledge base is excellent, he is a skilled surgeon, has solid outcomes and great patient care insights into recovery time, rehab and pain management. Dr. Remmers is a great doctor.

Dr. Tidwell is great.

It is very difficult to get an appointment at Legacy timely. I usually have to wait to be seen from two weeks out to two months out. Very annoying if you have a problem that needs to be looked at as soon as possible. The hospital is not able to keep up with the population boom in Southwest WA.

I cannot praise Dr. Remmers enough. He knows my medical history, he compassionately listens to my issues, explains how and why the issues have developed, treats the issues needing immediate attention, and explains how to monitor the other issues. All of this is done with respect. He never fails to say "call if you need any follow-up". I have to travel a fair distance to see him, but I cannot imagine going to any other DPM. He is absolutely the BEST.

Dr. Tidwell was professional and made things easy to understand. He made sure I had everything that I needed personally. He was patient in listening to my questions and answered my questions fully. He was very easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable with him.

Too long to get an appointment

Doctor listens and gives easy to understand advice. Very pleasant and caring.

Who would have thought going to a foot and ankle doctor would be anything special but Dr. Remmers and his Assistants as well as the front desk gals are one of the most welcoming, open, and informative groups I've ever met. Really always feel encouraged and well cared for when I leave. Legacy is fortunate to have that group on board with them.

My appt was at 1:10. 30 minute drive for me. I called to say I'd be 5 minutes late due to traffic. They told me I needed to reschedule. I pushed back. They told me if I wasn't in reception by 1:15 I could not see the doctor. I ran from the parking garage to the 2nd floor, walked in at 1:16. They said tough luck. I pushed back and got to see the doctor. The person I spoke to was so rude and so condescending.

This provider only works with adults

I stopped by the pain clinic across the hall and that was a very poor experience
