She diagnosed me as a specialist which I wanted my PCP was wrong though he did say that I should see a specialist she cleared up misinformation and used her expertise which was very comforting to me I was so afraid until I saw her

Really impressed with Dr. Thomas, her MA and office staff. Dr. Thomas was thorough, gave good explanations, suggestions and outlined a path forward.

Everyone in this office are great and very attentive to patient needs.

The appt. Was set for me. It came up on my chart so I went. It worked out great but I had nothing to do with setting the appt.

I apparently misunderstood that I was seeing a shoulder specialist. Dr. Thomas was wonderful as I received cortisone shots in each shoulder. I could not believe the improvement and pain reduction that I have experienced. Thank you Dr. Thomas and your excellent P/A.

Not doctors fault for longer than 15 minute wait there was a fire drill that morning. I was highly impressed with Dr. Thomas the moment I met her extremely knowledgeable very kind. Got right to the point set me up with physical therapy and I just had a good feeling about that visit.

If this is regarding my knee then the dr is awesome if it's about urgent care then the dr was awesome also. I refuse to go to good sam hospital emergency room because of the treatment there. They were horrible.

I went in to Dr .Bederka after my primary care recommended to look at my knee. He was very nice and explained things and his staff was great as well!

I can recommend this provider, Dr Thomas, for anyone with shoulder problems. Did not opt for surgery first and had a solid plan for determining what to do and communicated that plan.

They went out of there way to get me in a see me

Waited over an over. Imaging not reviewed prior to visit.Waited 6 weeks to find out referred to wrong provider, if pre-visit planning or referral review was part of the process, both my time, and the providers would have been respected, in addition a patient who needed care could of been seen.

Billing afterwards. I was charged for an office visit when I was told I would not be. I cannot get through to the Billing Dept. After a lengthly hold time, I am disconnected. I left the Office Manager a voicemail and she has not returned my call. I paid up front for an experimental procedure and was not supposed to have an additional balance. I cannot seem to get this resovoled and I'm sure this survey will do nothing about it. It is more concerned about the appointment vs the billing headachs afterwards.

DR. NOONAN is great. The building is old, the office is old. The staff are young and a bit to chatty with each other when patients there.

The staff and doctor are very polite. I like my doctor very much he is direct and to the point. A good experience.

Been engaged in addressing this problem since October (it's now March). Barriers include PCP retiring and Legacy failing to have a successor PCP, and months-long waits for orthopedic appointments.

Doc Noonan is literally the best doctor I have ever had. She is friendly, funny easy to talk as well as a host of other awesome things about her. All of that and she works magic too.

It was a very GOOD VISIT w/ Dr. KRISTIN THOMAS although the 1st injection to my left arm was very very PAINFUL n the right arm seems go be PAINFUL, too... It doesn't matter as long my visit in ur clinic, HELPED ME A LOT! Thanks for Dr. THOMAS n her helper too. Doctor is very skilled and knows his stuff!Problem: pain management. Steroid injection could not be done, I can't take NSAIDS, already using Tylenol and conservative management. No other options available.

I have had the good fortune of meeting with Dr. Thomas and both of her PAs. They were all very caring and kind to me and really would like to help me with the problems I brought to the appointment.

The provider took time to listen to the whole story of my injury. She was extremely helpful as far as explaining my condition and the process that will unfold moving forward. She was kind, compassionate, respectful, and treated me like a while complicated person and not just a series of symptoms. I would recommend her without hesitation - this was honestly one of the best interactions I've ever had with a medical provider.

I was late due to a family emergency but they took me anyway. Discussed my recovery from surgery and arranged for more physical therapy.

Her notes on patient portal did not exactly match what was discussed during the visit. Her opinion was leaning towards one of the options and she did not discuss one of the other options that she wrote in her notes that she had discussed.

All went well
