Dr. Donovan is an excellent doctor and her nursing staff and receptionist do a great job.

My care team is excellent in every way possible.

Dr Donovan is the best oncology surgeon possible. She is kind, empathetic , knowledgeable and a top notch surgeon. Legacy Is fortunate to have her. There are not enough positive adjectives to use for her. She stays with you at a very difficult time.

Best Doctor I've ever had

Dr Donovan is a great a Doctor, she is very easy to talk to and listens carefully. Her office is very accommodating and very easy to get a scheduled for appointment.

Dr. Donovan was extremely knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and caring. She explained the issues I had thoroughly and discussed her thoughts and plans on moving forward with my care. This was a 'second opinion' after a difficult situation. Everyone stepped up to help with my problem. They were absolutely great.

Dr. Donovan took my concerns and questions into consideration immediately upon meeting me back In October. She was encouraging, honest, and kind. She gave me options and supported my choices. I was blessed that she was my surgical oncologist, it saved my life.

The only problem I've had with Legacy was when I was trying to communicate with the billing department about some things that were missiles. I was shut down and told to talk to insurance...which I already had and explained I was just trying to communicate..they then said I could apply for financial aid..I asked why would I do that if they were truly owed money by insurance..I didn't get an answer..it was frustrating and I felt I wasn't being heard.

Dr Donovan has an amazing bedside manner and the fact that she has experienced breast cancer herself means she is extremely empathetic towards her patients. She involves her patients in major treatment decisions, doesn't take patient concerns lightly, and generally makes the cancer journey less scary for her patients.

This was my first visit to Dr. Donovan and I was SO impressed by her and her team! Starting with check-in, Sasha was so professional, prepared and friendly. I was immediately at ease and felt very warmly welcomed. From there, Lauren continued the great experience was was so personable. Dr. Donovan herself was amazing--just a wealth of knowledge and made me feel like I was in the best possible hands. I'm thrilled with this care team and my overall experience. I wish this office was my primary provider!

Dr Donovan explained my diagnosis, suggested surgery and treatment in language I could understand. She drew pictures to help explain what was going on in my body. She answered my many questions. Dr. Donovan is by far one of the best Doctors I have seen since moving to WA 2 years ago. She actually listens to the patient and genuinely seems to care. I had no concerns or doubts of her abilities or the procedures I went through with her. I cannot say that about ANY other doctors I have seen in WA. I love and appreciate doctors who treat ME and MY needs not treat me as a number and with the "basic standard of care" that doesn't always apply to or is what's best for the patient.

The staff was very personable and friendly and Dr. Donavan also exceeded expectations.....she was very patient and at no time made me feel like she was in a rush.
