This provider was the most thorough in explaining and taking time for all my questions she was the best provider I have ever had!

No only is Dr. Osmundsen a stellar physician, but his interactions with the "Fellow" who only started this same day and all staff were kind and friendly.All staff Were outstanding. They truly are a team and they deserve the highest praise.

Dr Osmundsen and his staff are always consistently friendly and very professional. I see him every four months and am very grateful to have him as my doctor. He always treats me as if I'm his most important patient, and genuinely interested in how I am doing. Truly always leave the office feeling like he's the best doctor I have ever had. He always reviews medications, other possible treatments available with pros and cons. There have never been any bad experiences with him.

Dr. Palacios is a wonderful Doctor, however she is so popular that getting ann urgently needed appointment scheduled with her is VERY difficult. She is my 4th Dr. With Legacy Samaritan, and I'm apparently being fazed out of my ability to see her. My medical insurance does not cross state lines, and two of the first doctors I was seeing have gone to Washington legacies. A third was "released from serving patients shortly after I saw her one time. No explanation, but I did not like her at all. I was told Dr. Palacios is Booked out months in advance. It's definitely frustrating. I Will be using a new doctor and team at a Medical Facility in the Eugene area, because of this. It is clear the specialty area of Urogynocology needs more qualified doctors.

Physician was informed & caring

Dr Scrum was very professional,understood my concerns and addressed them in a very competent manner.He explained everything in an easy to understand comprehensive way. I was happy with his attention to detail.

Dr. Gould has been my physician for many years. She responds to my email in a timely manner and we are able to discuss sensitive issues with ease. She is always professional and kind in her care

I usually like to go to female.doctors because they have the same organs I do, but my Drs have been very open to hearing me when I speak and ask questions.

My wait time was due to receptionist forgetting to tell the nurse after I had checked in with the receptionist. The doctor saw me as soon as his nurse assistant was Informed.

Doctor Leslie and nurse were extremely kind and helpful. I felt they spent plenty of time with me and didn't seem rushed to get to another appointment. I was treated like a person who was cared about and valued, even though they had never met me before. They were cheerful and upbeat.

In addition to the doctor, MA Fern was welcoming, kind, and a great asset to my experience!

Really great practitioner visit

I had a fantastic experience with Dr Gould. She was knowledgeable, empathetic, patient, and experienced. She asked great questions and listened well. My experience at the clinic was very positive. Parking was easy, the facility was safe and clean, and the staff were all courteous and kind. The only issue was that I had to wait four months to get an appointment despite having a STAT referral for an urgent issue. I understand this is because Dr. Gould is a specialist and in high demand.

Dr. Bird's support staff are incredible human beings!! Dr. Bird is awesome!!

Dr Gould is very knowledgeable and listens carefully to any health concerns. The MA was friendly and helpful with obtaining an urgent appointment for a follow up mammogram.

The office staff were polite and prompt. Fern, the assistant, was exceptional, and Dr. O was also exceptional.

This isn't related to my current visit. Dr. Gould is excellent and I have no complaints. However, my internal medicine doctor reduced her hours in January and I was cut from her list, and then I could not get a doctor to take me until the end of June therefore I have been without an internist. My specialty doctors: ophthalmology and gynecology are wonderful. But I am not happy that I have had to wait this long to be assigned to a female internal medicine physician. Luckily, I have not needed one in the interim and hopefully I can last until June but I'm 78 and I find this situation untenable.

I waited about 5 minutes to get a room and about 10 minutes for the doctor. The doctor was incredibly kind and understanding and throughly explained everything she was talking about. I felt respected and trusted this doctors opinion and feel safe having her as my surgeon. I would recommend her to anybody struggling with endometriosis.

MA did not update med list from pre check in questions. Other than that the visit was great and I'm very happy with Dr. Palacios-Helgeson

Best doctor I have seen since arriving in the US 6 months ago

She was in a bad mood. Agressively ended the appointment. And was not helpful at all.

Only suggestion is to make it more clear where the new office is when proving appointment time and place . Even the note on the old office door was wrong. I only suggest it because apparently it happens frequently. That's what I was told when I explained why I was late. I'm not mad about it but if someone doesn't say something, sometimes simple stuff like that doesn't get corrected.

In the days prior to my visit I had questions and had to call 4 times over 2 days before anyone got back to me. I was already incredibly anxious and stressed out and this lack of communication made it worse.

The provider and nurse/assistant were great. Nice, efficient, respectful, and direct. They made me feel at ease and like I'll be able to easily put my trust in them for future visits. I had filled in a long intake form and had a referral and that information had not made it into the Legacy system, so I wasn't able to be seen for the appointment I made. I had called the office a couple of weeks before my appointment, and didn't hear back from them about, so figured they had any imaging they needed for my appointment. (I assumed they had what they needed-I had surgery at Legacy a few months ago and everything ran smoothly.) At my appointment, I was told to make another appointment for one month out. The front desk person told me that I couldn't that day and that they would call me. Since I had waited a longer time for my first appointment, I called the next day. I was able to make an appointment on the phone and had all my questions answered thoroughly. I felt very heard and helped.

Nurse and assistants were not friendly or warm.

Fern was wonderful, warm and kind as were Dr. Gould and Dr. Hartwell. Everyone treated me with respect and kindness, carefully listened to my concerns and were professional from the moment of encounter. They are to be commended and acknowledged for the superb work they are all doing. It is apparent that this team genuinely cares about their profession and patients. If only all healthcare providers were like this team! Please pass on my gratitude for their extraordinary work!

Great doctor

Felt a bit brushed off by the nurse aids and PA for the provider. I had to call several times due to having complications after surgery, and their first responses were "it's probably normal". I didn't feel they were interested in exploring what could be causing the complications. When I was able to talk to Dr. Bird, she took me seriously and responded well to the complication, and advocated for my needs in the hospital system.

Dr. O has truly been one of the best doctors I've ever seen. He is so kind and smart and I really trust him to do my surgery.

Provider was compassionate and respectful of my anxiety and made me feel at ease as much as possible. I appreciated his manner. That is the only reason I am filling out this questionnaire. I don't give 10s but he was close. Thank him for me.

I really love how my doctor was concerned about all of my health problems that I came in to see her for. My doctor was personable and educated me about what is going in with my health. She is very resourceful and truly wants what is best for her parents

The support staff for the most part were very helpful but one was quite impatient with me and insisted that I not call back- I was Informed that they have up to three days to return your call.I ended up going to urgent care for a UTI that could have easily been resolved sooner.

Staff on phone was difficult and refused to allow me to talk with a nurse or other provider when I said I preferred to not see a mid-level provider

Dr. Palacios is very caring, knowledgeable, and treats me with respect. Her assistant Fern is absolutely wonderful also. I trust them both completely to have my best interest in mind while caring for my health care needs.

Dr. Osmundsen is an excellent Doctor, very good at explaining condition and treatment,Very respectful of patients feelings during exams.

The staff and doctor were all eager to make my visit as pleasant and painless as possible. I drive from Gresham to NW Portland to see this provider and it is definitely worth my time.

Dr. Gould and her MA Fern are amazing! Always listen to my questions and provide kind, professional service.

The question on follow up with lab results is not a fair reflection of the service, because this was the first time I saw Dr Gould and the blood test was only ordered and done yesterday, so I had to answer never.
