The first time I met Dr Richardson and I take people on first impression, and Dr Richardson was very polite welled mannered very easy to talk to so I think I keep him for awhile

Kit was talking down to me and felt like he thought I was an idiot.. When I asked questions about the difference between ezema and a bacterial skin infection he said he "will not go through his medical training" with me. In general he was short and lacked empathy and then towards the end of my appointment I felt so dumb I started crying and he said I was a "good mom" When asked if my son needed any bloodwork done he said why on earth would do bloodwork for this.Not going back to him.

I've been a patient at this clinic for 20+ years and have seen several different doctors at this clinic during that time. Dr. Hildebrand has always just been "ok". She is not a warm, fuzzy kind of doctor. She doesn't engage in small chat or really make an effort to get to know me as a patient. I've recently been working through some challenges with a prescription I'm taking, and during this visit I was hoping she had some alternate options she could provide. Instead it felt like she gave me three options, stay on the medication that I don't like, switch back to the medication I was taking previously, which I struggled with too, or see a psychiatrist and let them deal with my needs. It didn't feel like she wanted to help me at all. I don't feel like she is listening to how these two prescriptions make me feel, and the impact they are creating on my mental wellbeing and my overall life.

I felt like I was seen for who I am.

Kip was, by far, the best provider for an initial appointment that I have experienced. He was engaging, listened well and helped me understand my health.

We have been seeing Dr Hildebrand for at least 26 years when she had her practice on Mill plain

In my opinion there is too much time typing by the provider and not enough time talking to and examining the patient. I went in for a physical and I would say it was pretty light. The provider didn't want to test my thyroid because it was normal last year, yet I have family history of thyroid disease and my prior Legacy provider always tested my thyroid during my physical. There was no discussion as to when my next Colorguard test should be. There was no discussion about my sleep or weight. There was no exam of my skin or moles on my skin. There was no EKG or chest X-ray. It just seemed to be a very light exam for someone my age. The breast exam was uncomfortable, perhaps this provider is inexperienced with doing it in a way that is comfortable for the patient. There was no check of my reflexes. My MCHC and hemoglobin came low and there was no specific guidance other than to eat more iron rich foods and a link to those foods. This provider is new to me so it could be why this exam felt so impersonal.

I love this Clinic and all the providers I have seen. Highly recommend.

I came into see a doctor for the first time in 10 years. I have a list of things that need to be treated. It's not acceptable to say that only 1 thing per appointment can be treated. I have to make an appointment for each one? This is so frustrating to hear. I don't have the luxury of time to do that. Work for a living. Not to mention the unnecessary additional expense. I don't even get to see a doctor. I was very disappointed with the experience.

Scheduling appointments and get a primary care doctor takes forever as you know. Once you get in, the staff is excellent. The apothecary at Salmon Creek is great.

Since Dr Karly Wittiam has Left Family Wellness My Wife and I have seen a Big Decline in the way we have Been Treated...One time they had my Wife Crying on the Phone and My Wife Handed me the Phone the Lady on the other end would not give me Her Full Name,,, They gave the name Treasa but there were at least 3 of the same name working there so I ask for an Employee Number or last name or even the First letter of there last name and I was told that is none of my Bussiness,,, I wanted it so I could put in a Complaint and the one Treasa and they knew it was for that... I have been going to Family Wellness I believe for over 20 years... And when Dr. Wittiam left and they Placed me with Dr. Richardson he Immediately First thing he said to Me that Dr Wittaim gave out Medicine and now that Karly is gone wi are Changes many things so Dr.Richardson said I, Takimg you Off of diazepam That Dr. Wittiam put me on because of Panic attacks that I get and they are Extremely BAD,,, Dr. Richardson did not seem to Care,,, Then Dr. Richardson said I am taking of your Testosterone but soon after that all my Levels were so out of Wack that Dr. Richardson Reluctantly put me Back on Testosterone But ONE Vile at a Time that Dr. Wittiam would give me 6 at a Time... So I would Call my Pharmacy and put in for the Testostone and I would call the Pharmacy and Richardson would not put it for sometimes a week or two,,, I would have to call the Dr Office for him to put it in... Now its Somewhat Better I get two Vile for a Month...Unlike the six I would get from Dr. Wittam... So that Is Better But I just don,t why they had to be so HARD to WORK with,,, The day Dr. Richardson and I met It was just telling me what I was not getting any more... I ask Dr. Richardson about my Toe Nails that need some king of Fungus Medicines and he told me that we were done for the Visit... So I am still Never got any Medicine for my Toe Nails and the way he Treats me is not Something I look Forward to... So now Writing this I am sure to get some Not so GOOD ATTENTION... But this needs to be said... I am not hard to get along with,,, Like I said I have been going there for 20 years,,,Thank you... Robert Trevitts...

It was very hard to find a PCP who was taking new patients.

Dr. Richardson is polite, professional, and proficient. Medicare annual exams are very minimal.

During the exam, I asked Dr. Richardson about my right heel pain I have, and he said it sounds like I have Plantar Fasciae. He explained what it was, and I asked if I could get a referral to see a Podiatrist, but never got the referral as of yet. It's been 2 months since my visit, and I will contact the office to see if they can give me a referral soon.

This was my first visit with this provider and his office. Lost my previous PCP and Dr. Richardson was accepting new patients and is a network provider.

Started seeing Dr.Richardson in February 2024 and appreciate his knowledge and insight on my condition. Allowed me to explain my history and future treatments.

Did not listen or investigate my main concern concerning extreme right side, lower back pain, which I have had many treatments and many injections which severely limits my activities for the last many years and the only thing he recommended to me was to use a heating pad. What a joke, and refusing to reinstate my oxycodone paid medication, which I Am trying to remove but may need it again. I see his refusal to reinstate that if I needed it again as unprofessional and unsympathetic to the pain that I suffer. Even though I make it my best efforts to live without it I am not sure I can do that and all he did was make excuses of why I should not take it and use a heating pad. Is He really serious after all the treatments that I have gone through that he thinks a heating pad is going to solve my problem? This is due to his lack of investigation of the treatments. I have received over the last years to discover how serious this is. Giving me all kinds of BS about how a heating pad is going to solve my issues. What a joke thank you for your kind attention. Furthermore, he did not even mentioned the psychiatric and PTSD treatments that I have been receiving at another clinic in the past as if those were not important any longer to him. I dislike doctors who think they know it all without knowing their patience and investigating their history. How can you really tell a patient who has had at least eight steroid injections into his back and has been recommended to implant a nerve stimulator internally and has been taking oxycodone for paid for several years that now a heating pad is going to solve all his problems and live a comfortable pain-free life. unbelievable, medical advice

I have advanced COPD and on this annual checkup, my doctor didn't listen to either my heart or lungs. Let me add this also, when my previous primary care provider moved on, I was never asked about my wishes. I was simply assigned a doctor. No one talked to me.!! I have met some wonderful people there and I knew who I wanted for primary care, but I was told I couldn't change. I don't trust my primary care provider. I like him but I just don't trust him.

Excellent phlebotomist... I wanted to refer a friend looking for a doctor in the area; however I was told this location was not taking new patients.

If blood is being drawn, or tests done, they should be done BEFORE I am put in a room to see the doctor. We can't discuss results if tests are done after my visit. Doctors usually run late, why not use that time to run tests or take blood.

This was my first time visiting Stephanie but I couldn't have asked for a better visit. I haven't had a regular primary care doctor for awhile but I'm hoping that she can be. I liked the fact she explained how she planned on treating things and wanted to take a step by step approach to see results instead of immediately pushing for additional testing, imaging, and meds that might not be needed. I appreciate that she listened to the issues I was having and wasn't dismissive about anything. This was a great visit to the doctors office.

The provider didn't listen to anything I had to day for my sons needs, tried to offer his opinion about medication instead of listening to facts and prescribing, he also tried to tell my son how to behave in the room and at school. Absolutely appreciate Dr. Kristina's care and how she encourages me to be in charge of my wellbeing. She provides demonstration for preventative care that I can do at home and follows up with encouragement to call if I have any concerns. Amanda is very straight to the point and it seems like it's just part of her personality. It would be nice be see a some empathy from her at times. I appreciate getting things done in a timely manner but sometimes that can come off a bit abrupt. Some of the stuff she says makes it seem like she's a know it all. I'm not sure if she's aware of that but maybe she needs to hear that. For instance if a patient thinks they know about a certain medication, she says "no that's actually in a completely different class" her tone makes it seems like she's being condescending even though I'm sure she doesn't mean to come off that way. I do appreciate how fast she can address things but sometimes I wonder if we are going too fast and not thoroughly checking on areas of concern.

Everyone here seems annoyed to help. I'm always told "call" this line. There is no above and beyond at this place and I am actively looking for a new provider for my daughter.

This was an appointment to establish care with Legacy Health. Was only able to schedule with a NP, no Dr, without waiting months. My insurance changed so had to leave Vancouver Clinic. More Dictors with VC and ease of appointment was very good. Something Legacy Health needs to improve upon.

I was a life-long Kaiser patient. I have an extensive health history, including childhood trauma. I'm the best I've ever been both physically and emotionally, however I was nervous to meet a new provider. Kristina took the time to listen. She exhibited patience, kindness and respect. She's helping me navigate accessing two specialists. I feel very grateful that she spent a significant amount of time with me. I never felt shame or embarrassment. Not happy about Legacy and Regence standoff on medical payments. Trying to establish a relationship with a doctor If I have to move to a different doctor for medical coverage I won't be excited about re-shifting back later. How about dividing increases over several years. With patient premiums locked in for the year does legacy really expect the insurance company to absorb 24% in one year. Really!

I worked in dental offices as a chair-side assistant and at times I had to fill in and run the reception part of the practice. I know what team work is from back to front of the office and this group are an excellent team that demonstrates how it is done well. The moment I stepped into the reception room to the exam rooms I was relax and ready. I worked in dentistry in my younger years of 19 and early 20's. A Good team reflects that to the patients and this group does.

I am very impressed with Amanda Hoffman. After losing the last two providers I had I am really hoping she stays.

The issue I brought up was treated like it was not an issue and brushed over. I still have no answer. The doctor seamed to be uninterested in my problem.

A five minute visit to try and explain a life time of injuries and illnesses was totally inadequate. This was an introductory visit . I'm trying to find a new PCP, I'm 75 and was a fireman for 33 years with lots of injuries that plague me. Also I'm a 5 time cancer survivor, because of the radiation I received for treatment my blood pressure is quite erratic and requires constant monitoring.

First yome doing a general health exam here, and it was good to be able to ask general questions and get well explained answers.

This was one of the best experiences I have had visiting a provider for medical care. I felt listened to and respected. I was well listened to and well attended to. I was able to make multiple referrals as well. And, I was followed up with quickly as test results came in and when I sent a message for a medication to be filled. I could not be happier, honestly.

I never found any replies to my question in My chart about the meaning of the test I had. I didn't understand everything and I asked for a clarification. I had a very difficult time getting my prescription from provider to pharmacy. I spent a lot of time using my chart to try and find out what happened to my prescription. I gave up and called the office to tell them the pharmacy said they didn't get any orders. I am hard of hearing so I thought my chart would make it was to communicate but I seemed to have fallen into the black hole of confusion because I didn't find any answer to my question.

Dr. Richardson is now my primary care physician after the death of Dr. Dyehouse. Great young doctor who is thorough, efficient and flexible.

Established care for the first time with this provider. She was amazing and paid great attention to every detail. I'm very happy with her care.

Only bad experience was the provider said she was prescribing a drug but the pharmacy found no record of receiving It. I got a notice from the insurance cover that they were denying coverage, which I expected. I'm willing to pay out of pocket, but the pharmacy can't fill a prescription it did not receive. I've been trying to get an answer from the provider's office but I've now waited on the phone for 10 minutes and there doesn't seem to be much chance I'll get an answer.

Christopher NP was very thorough, professional, understanding and kind.He listened to my situation and concerns w care. He explained really well what he thought I should do to get completely better. He listened to my lungs, checked my throat, neck etc. He prescribed a chamber for my inhaler to improve it's effectiveness.I would highly recommend him as a great health care provider.

The reason PA Schaefer was not aware of medical history was the other dr's office did not send the info to Legacy. PA Schaefer caught that I might have a stress fracture in my foot; in fact I have at least 3. Hopefully in 6 weeks the fractures will heal & walking will no longer be painful. YEAH! Foot dr was very impressed also.

Provider was around 30 minutes late to to an emergent condition that happened in the clinic I had the day off so I wasn't bothered but the entire visit seemed rushed and didn't seem like he truly cared about me as a patient it was very very brief and with my anxiety I didn't feel comfortable pursuing additional care, I had mentioned augmentin hadn't worked for me in the past and without any questions I was just prescribed augmentin again. I feel like there's a possibility I went while he was having a stressful day or something but I'm not brave enough to go and keep trying I'll just go somewhere else

Very good experiences that considered my questions/situations with understanding. I would recommend Amanda highly (in fact, I already have).

I have only seen nurse practitioners at this location and I have found them all to be quite personable and very attentive. They seem to all be strong clinicians. Because I have severe treatment-resistant depression, I often have providers baulk at my med list (a list I am also not particularly fond of), but your providers always seem to work to be adaptive and supportive. My migraines are acting up and I would previously have avoided seeking medical care because it's awkward to ask for help with so many depression meds on board, but I felt these NPs would ensure I received appropriate care. Stephanie gave me some steps I can take on my own and something to talk to my specialist provider about. I drive up from Portland to see your providers. The entire practice needs to get caught up to speed on the intricacies of Ehlers-danlos patients, because everything that can go wrong in our bodies can be WORSENED by common practices and careful thought must go into treatment options. My family alone has 5 confirmed, and 2 more of my children suspected with the condition. We have NO WHERE ELSE TO GO. Overall, this office has been extremely efficient, and caring in a personal way. The professionalism throughout the office has been a gift to have as a patient. I have referred to this office before and I would do that again with regards to this office I have no complaints And kristen Schaeffer is very professional and detailed and personable. Which is exactly what you want in a physician grateful to have her as my team leader of health.

The receptionists were the nicest I've met, they were very patient that I'd forgotten my new patient paperwork and got a new copy and assured me that there was no rush. They were very helpful and kind while scheduling my follow up appointment. The exam room decor was genuinely calming. Christopher Houghton made me feel heard, respected, comfortable, spent enough time with me, and gave me more solutions to my problems and options. I also liked that the weigh station was in kg, this shows a high level of patient care.

Amanda is great. She has been consistent about explaining and treating what is going on. I appreciate her knowledge and willingness to share. She treats me like a person and not like a number which is also very nice in this day and age.

This was my new patient visit. I received friendly, compassionate care from entire care team. I am very happy I chose Dr. Richardson as my PCP.

That survey you give (as optional) to fill out prior to seeing the doctor is offensive. Perhaps you're helping people with it, but it is a lot of luck to go through. You need to make sure the patient knows its optional. I didn't fill it in and the nurse tried to get me to do it later. I had to tell him that I'm not required to.

There is another NP that covers when mine is not there, Stephanie Grove. Through her I was referred to an out of network dermatologist when I asked for someone in network. This time I got comments on lab results which were obvious that she didn't bother to look at history or know anything about me. I do not want this person as part of my care team.

Several days after my visit my condition worsened. I returned to see my regular doctor and received a different diagnosis and treatment that worked. I don't know if my eye problem had changed over two days pr of I had a mis-diagnosis.

My visit was good. I called day before with UTI symptoms have hx. Receptionist didn't try to help with a nurse triage had to wait 20 hrs for appt. Suggested urgent care. I felt very let down

Only bad comment is that the cost is prohibitive without health insurance. Over $400 for a 30 minute doctor appointment is quite frankly appalling. I have been going to this clinic for 25 years and am currently shopping for a new place due to the excessive cost.

The provider quickly skipped over my blood results, did not ask how I was doing, feeling. Made no attempt to learn about who I was or my history. I was shocked as it seemed his only interest was the pain meds I am prescribed to help me deal with my diagnosed ailments. I do understand the need of the medical community to monitor pain meds and how they are prescribed but I believe this conversation should take place at a later date as this was my 1st appointment with this provider.I don't want to leave Legacy Medical. I would very much like to find a doctor within Legacy. My search for a different doctor is as a result of my previous doctors retirement.All I would ask is that my perscriptions not be changed. I would not object to having a conversation about possible alternatives after getting to know the provider and the provider getting to know me.As I said earlier I was shocked by this first visit lack of a "good bedside manner".I now have concerns about all my perscriptions being a problem. Will someone refill my prescriptions while I make another appointment with another doctor? I complete the online pre check in but then when I checkin at the appt I'm asked to fill out a form that asks the same questions. Don't feel that's necessary. Just a FYI

Dr. Kit spent the most time with me than any medical professional ever has. It was a first session and k feel it took all the time he needed to really get to know me and address all my questions and concerns. He made sure to give me thorough and accurate info about the issues I was seeking guidance on. I'm very happy with my experience.

Kristina and Stephanie are a good team! Both very knowledgeable, organized and effective.I like that!

Did not complete the work needed (physical, pap, etc) even though that was what was scheduled. Argued about treatment options, and recommended prescription meds for two issues I'm having but he didn't know the research behind the horrible side effects of those drugs. Did not offer other natural health options. Didn't share my cholesterol results even though they were printed and handed to him during the visit. Asked him and he just remarked they were fine and walked away. Had to look them up in the notes in my health record afterwards. Had an abnormality but he didn't address it (other doctors give a note for follow up). Told me time was up and I'd have to reschedule. Then filled in data in my chart that didn't happen. (Heart and lung assessments). He didn't listen to or check either one. Really no collaboration or feeling that he cared about my health. Will not return.

This was the first time I seen this provider. She was attentive, answered all my questions. This provider is very professional, and puts her heart into her job!!! I was left feeling like I was well taking care of!

I had a good experience. The provider spent a lot of time considering my situation before proceeding with a treatment plan.

I arrived for my appointment a half-hour early and was seen right away by my provider's assistant. I felt that this was above and beyond my expectations and probably expedited the length of my visit.

He took enough time with me.

I was hoping that the doctor had read all the information that I had written down on the forms before he saw me so I wouldn't have to repeat everything I had written down down on the forms. And so he would know what needs to be addressed that has happened "in the past two weeks" which was answered on the forms instead of wondering why I was there or what needs to be addressed now. I'm hoping he will read that as soon as possible so I can be scheduled for tests for reasons of what I have going on in the "past two weeks". I also went to the appointments so I could get ALL of my medications perscibed and ready to be picked up for when I leave rehab, including the pain medications I'm receiving now from rehab so there's not a time lapse in taking them. I definitely do appreciate the amount of time and interest he showed in listening to me so I didn't feel rushed so I didn't forget to tell him about a lot of my medical problems. Because due to having 2 strokes I can't recall all the information on the spot. Which is why I hope he reads the paperwork I filled out. All of my medical history wasn't on that either because I didn't have my medical history with me at the rehabilitation center.

In the notes for my visit, this was written: "We discussed that these additional topics will be part of a separate E&M visit/charge. They are aware they may have a separate co-pay for the problem based portion of this visit and will be billed separately." I was frustrated to see this because we in fact did NOT discuss this. It wasn't even mentioned. It was my understanding that all questions the doctor asked me were related to either establishing care, and talking about my medical history, or the routine wellness exam. My previous doctor, Dr Bayoh, was very transparent about what questions, or line of questioning, would result in a change in the designation of the visit or additional copay. So, I'm aware that it is possible, but Dr Schaefer did NOT let me know that anything she was asking would create any sort of change in my copay - which is frustrating to me.
