About Me:

Abbey Garrow, AGPCNP is a board-certified adult-geriatric primary care nurse practitioner. She received her nursing degree from Seattle University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Her approach to medicine is collaborative and trauma-informed with an emphasis on motivational interviewing and goal setting. Her clinical interests include preventative medicine, mental health, and geriatrics. When not practicing medicine, she enjoys working in her garden, hiking, swimming, and spending time with her community.

My wife and I immediately felt that Abigail Pardo was the best choice for us. She was recommended by my cardiologist. Best physician I have ever had. No matter the reason for my visit, she is always concerned.

Good recommendations from Abigail before giving requested prescription to enhance good memory. That is to do some testing if the concern is valid or not.

The only downside to my visits with this provider is that she doesn't have much knowledge about my specific ailments and ends up referring me to places that deal with each individual issue. I don't have an issue with that, but it does make me feel like it is a wasted trip, a waste of time when I could have just made appts with those people to begin with. It would be more efficient to see a provider that can provide definitive answers about symptoms themselves. But I do like her very much and she is great at guiding me in the right direction and listening to my concerns.
