About Me:

Aleecia a Certified Full- Spectrum Doula, Lactation Education Specialist, and mama of two children. I started my doula training in 2019 at Birthingway Colllege of Midwifery and Completed my Lactation training at Breastfeed LA. As a Doula, I strive to provide exceptional support to birthing people and their families through pregnancy and the birthing process. The most important aspect of my work is building trust with the communities I serve. Birth is so personal, vulnerable and a sacred environment that should be honored and protected. It is imperative to me to instill trust and comfort with the families I serve. By doing so, it helps me advocate for you during labor, especially in times where you can’t advocate for yourself. As a black woman, I am passionate about supporting my community and other marginalized communities to be a familiar face and a sense of safety for better birth outcomes for black and brown women and people of color.
