About Me:

I have been supporting birthing families for over a decade and attended over 300 births. I was drawn to doula work to support an intimate calming environment for birthing families, where freedom of movement and agency are respected. I continue to be inspired by the research that shows that doulas improve birth outcomes and increase satisfaction of the families birthing experience. When I am not attending births, you can find me adventuring in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my partner and three kids, hiking, picking berries, dipping our toes in a river, or cuddling up with a book.
