We’re here to do everything we can to address their needs.” Amy Scheer is a Physician Assistant with a subspecialty focus in breast and gastrointestinal cancers. She is deeply committed to educating her patients about their disease, their treatment and why that treatment has been recommended. She encourages questions at every stage, recognizing that there is often so much information being discussed it can be hard to absorb. Her goal is to ensure her patients understand the plan so they can be the best partners in their own care. Amy never wants a patient to feel they are alone. She actively collaborates with the entire Compass team to ensure her patients are supported on every level. When not working Amy loves being active. She enjoys biking, hiking and spending time with her husband and step daughter.
