I will always use Dr. Shinabarger for any podiatry surgery, because he is the most skilled, efficient and always listens and responds to my concerns! He also always carefully follows me post-op! Also, he works at Good Samaritan Hospital & Medical Center, my favorite hospital, especially to have surgery!!

Calling with questions on the phone is absolutely pointless, but I otherwise really like this office. Everyone is very helpful, and I feel like my concerns are being addressed.

The doctor seemed to be in a big hurry. He asked me if I had any questions which was good. He seemed really hurried to get out the door and in to the next patient.

Excellent provider and staff. Kudos to the receptionist who personally spoke to the provider about seeing me since Dr Shinabarger had stopped seeing patients with my condition. Truly appreciated.

First receptionist (working from home did not know the exact location of clinic and helpful directions. A recall got me the info. I had four people that came in exam room. Had to give why I was there to three staff.

This doctor literally spent 2 minutes in the room with me.. Did not examine my foot at all and said he could do absolutely nothing for me.. And THIS is the foot specialist? My primary care doc will be administering cortisone shots in my feet for the neuropathy I am experiencing.. This doctors bedside manner was incredibly lacking and offered no help .. Wow

I was there for a follow up to a broken great toe dx'd by Urgent Care. Doctor was caring and professional. They x-rayed my foot and reviewed the x-ray with me. It was healed completely. I discussed some other concerns with my feet and even though that was not the reason for my visit, doctor took the time to answer my questions and to address and treat a damaged toenail. He was very nice.

Had a good visit /w Dr. Shinabarger.He explained everything to me about my fractured ankle, showed me pictures of same& hardware. Besides being an excellent physician, he is a very good surgeon. I recommend him all the time to others. I'm grateful to him for fixing my fractured ankle. Besides, he is just a nice person!!

It's only an ankle Cortisone shot every 3 to 6 mo. Dr. Shinabarger & staff are ALWAYS very nice, & helpful! I can usually get in fairly soon when calling for appt. I am to make them "about" every 3 months.

It took almost 4 months to get this surgery scheduled and this was not due to insurance issues. It seemed to be a B lack of communication between the different office staff. It wasn't until I contacted my insurance provider and found out that there had been no communication between authorization staff and my insurance provider that things got moving.

From the first call of inquiry to the day of surgery the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me navigate uncharted territory during a very difficult situation, which needed immediate response, but had many moving parts effecting timing. New patient gal & Dr. Shinabarger are great!

I really liked Dr. Shinabarger, & I could tell he is very knowledgeable, but I could also tell he was in a hurry, and the adhesive I thought I was supposed to get to go with the heel lift wasn't given to me. When I went back up to get the adhesive, they just said to use double-backed tape, which didn't work! Also, when I went to PT yesterday, the PT I see didn't yet have any comments or orders from Dr. Shinabarger.
