About Me:

Brian received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duke University Medical School in Durham, North Carolina in 2022 and he is focused on orthopedic and sports physical therapy. He utilizes joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, functional movement & postural analysis, and therapeutic exercise to assist his patients of all ages in reaching their goals. He has a special interest in returning athletes of all types to sports and recreation participation and optimizing sports performance. Brian believes that empowerment and self-efficacy are crucial to success, so he strives to equip each patient with the knowledge and skills necessary to live their fullest life.  Brian is a Washington native and enjoys trail and road running, hiking, camping, reading, eating good food and exploring the outdoors with his young family of adventure seekers.
