Shauna was great. She is always smiling, helpful and very knowledgeable. Dr. Andersen was wonderful. She is an excellent listener. She explains things clearly. I have every confidence that with Dr. Andersen on my health team I will continue to receive excellent medical care.

I am not see Dr. Andersen every 6 months so that is why we didn't discuss meds in the 3 month window. When I see her, we do discuss my prescriptions and otc supplements.

Of course, I'm disappointed that Dr Andersen is retiring - We have had a nice run together. I appreciate her professionalism and easy-going manner.When I was told of her retirement - she suggested that I start to Identify a new GP asap - I'm thankful for the heads up and have started that search.I found it curious that Legacy was not able to provide a list of perspective Dr's for me to contact in my search for a new provider.

Dr. Colene Andersen is an exceptional Primary Care Physician and my experience at her clinic is ALWAYS excellent. I know she is in demand; I've had friends and neighbors who have wanted Dr. Andersen to be their Primary Care Doctor but she is seeing MANY patients. More help at the front desk where phone calls are handled; there is at times; a longer wait than I would like. But over-all, this is the BEST clinic I've ever had and wouldn't want to change anything!! I feel quite well cared-for! Thank you for letting me share my opinion(s).

The provider / Dr. & Nurse Assistant are excellent. The blood work dept personnel have zero social skills present. They act like they don't want to be there. Waited 45 min sitting in the waiting room to not get in. When questioned why, personnel replied with "we called your name three times". I disagree as I was sitting in the waiting room the whole time. I was told to check in at the kiosk again and wait some more. At that I left the building as I had no available time left. Very poor experience.

I am very thankful to have Dr. Andersen as my doctor. She addressed every concern I had (as always, with much thought and with very clear explanations). Something about the calm but thoughtful way she has about her as well as her seemingly unlimited knowledge of medical things makes me feel like I'm being well taken care of.

This team is continuously top end. Even during Covid they kept it together and were solid professionals. Dr. Anderson and Shawna are terrific, and I have high confidence that I'm the going to get the information and care I need when I visit.

This has been my primary physician for nearly 10 years. She is right up there with the best. I have a clinical background and I trust her care and judgement implicitly. She does not hesitate to make referrals and order necessary tests. She recently referred me to a neuro surgeon and I then had a spinal fusionwith good results.

Dr Andersen is a very caring, compassionate & thorough practitioner. She's extremely busy I can tell.Her wonderful MA, Miss Shawna, offered me an earlier appointment with a different provider. But my medical history is a bit complicated and I hate having to repeat to a new provider. I survived waiting. I wish my Dr wasn't so popular! Worth the wait.I would like Miss Shawna Supervisor to know she is amazing & caring!
