Dr. Cheng is brilliant! As an electrophysiologist, he fixed my conduction problem 15 months ago and I have never felt better! My A . Fib. Was paroxysmal, but my quality of life when it happened was devastating. He gave me my life back and I am forever grateful!! He is also very kind and cares about his patients. He is a wonderful person and I would recommend him to everyone in a heartbeat!

Dr. Cheng Was very thorough in his discussing with me what was going to happen if I had an ablation. He answered all the questions that I had, and allowed me time to relax and see his commitment to healing me. He gave me confidence when I needed it, and assured me that everything was going to be fine. He let me know the percentage of, ablations that were successful, and by knowing that I was able to make my decision to go ahead with the ablation. He gave me as much time as I needed To thoughtfully consider the questions I had about it I appreciate that he did not rush me, and made sure that I was confident in my choice. His demeanor was Very caring. I was 100% satisfied with his care, along with the care of the Nursing staff at Emmanuel Hospital. I would highly recommend Dr. Cheng and the hospital for any buddy that needed encouragement.

I had a good experience with visit. I didn't have to wait very long to go back into the exam room and to see the doctor. Dr. Cheng is a wonderful heart doctor. He tells you everything that is going on with my heart and what he is going to do to make it better.

Impressed with Dr. Cheng. He knew all my heart history. I asked five questions which he encouraged and answered! He approved a Loop Recorder and referred a consult for the Watchman! I was very happy about that! He stressed that I contact him for any further questions! He was very professional and personable. I feel he is an asset to Legacy Health and glad he will be my EP Doctor!

Love the doctor, but the system takes too long. I have sent the office my complaints and they are putting me on a wait list so I hopefully can work, clean (the house and yard), drive, and exercise again.

It was the follow up meeting after an ablation. All seem to go well but I did have to wait a half hour.

Dr. Cheng is an exceptional provider. He has always been completely present during every visit, making sure I understand everything he says. Most docs pepper in medical terminology as if it's common language (to them I'm sure it is), but Dr. Cheng always explains any "doc-talk" he uses. It makes me feel like he genuinely sees me and knows that my understanding is critical to my healing.

Dr. Edward Cheng instills confidence in his patients through his professional and personable interactions. I feel fortunate to have him as a cardiologist that I can turn to for informed and concerned help when cardiac issues become complicated. I am thankful to be one of Dr. Cheng's established patients!

Dr. Cheng was 2 and a half hours late for this appt.due to an emergency procedure he needed to perform. This was understandable given the circumstances, however this was the third appointment I had had for this problem. The first two never took place for various reasons. Since I have to travel 150 miles one way for these appointments, that has created some frustration for me. I was assured when making this appointment that Dr. Cheng would see me on time, and once again that did not happen. If I had a viable alternative provider, I probably would not continue with Legacy. This in no way reflects on Dr. Cheng's ability or bedside manner.
