The time constraints of visits are biggest concern. I know doctor and staff are short handed, but there seems to always be a clock ticking during a visit and on phone.

It was a "meet and greet" visit. I arrived early for my appointment and was called in back before I could sit in the lobby. The assistant was very friendly. Dr Zawada came in and we reviewed my history, medications and plans going forward. I left with a feeling that my healthcare is in good hands.

Visits are great in that I am very well cared for, considering my health issues. The Patient Portal is the greatest way of running issues by my doctor or getting issues into my record that I would forget about between visits. The portal gives my doctor a much more complete history of my health. I can also check it when I forget how I mistreated to one med or another.

The wait time was a little longer than normal but I could see that she was having a very busy day. Dr Zawada has been my primary doctor for better than 15 years. Love her dearly.
