Dr. Sammond is recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and the American Diabetes Association (ADA) for providing quality care to her patients with diabetes. Elizabeth Sammond, M.D., is a primary care physician with Legacy Medical Group - Tualatin. Dr. Sammond earned her medical degree from the University of California - Davis, where she also completed her internship and residency in internal medicine. Dr. Sammond focuses her practice on adults 18 years of age and older. Hobbies include: Spending time with my family, Reading, Camping and Traveling.

My provider is very professional, intelligent, caring, and listens to my concerns and questions. She spends time with me and I have so much trust in her advice . She explains her diagnosis in a way that I can understand. At the end of each visit she always asks me if I have any questions about our time together . Dr Sammond goes that extra mile with me in giving her expert advice. When I leave her office I feel that I am in excellent hands .

Love, Dr. Sammond, in fact I want my daughter to go there, but she's not accepting new patients. She always listens to me and tries to help my fears and grief.

The doctor was thorough and asked all the right questions. She even offered ways I, as a veteran, can save on prescription costs, I liked her a lot.

I rarely give a 10 to anyone. I feel there is always room for improvement. Dr. Sammond gets a 10. She is the best. I did not answer some questions. I didn' feel they applied to my situation.

She was great. I was so worried after Dr. left that I wouldn't find someone as great as her, but I would say Dr Sammond is as good she was so nice. And really listened

It was my first time meeting Dr Sammond as a new patient. She was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable , a good listener and good communicator. Only drawback with the office was it was very difficult to get through on the phones. It also took a long time to get this initial new patient appt as there is such a shortage of PCPs in our area. However, Dr Sammond was definitely worth the wait!

Since I last was seen by Dr. Sammond.I appreciated the fact that Dr. Sammond noticed this in my chart and wanted to understand the Dx, Sx, and Hx of this Rx. [I was seeing Dr. Sammond for a chonic knee issue at this visit.] She could have read all of that In my chart, of course. But, I felt "cared for" that she explored that Dx with me.

The wait time to see the doctor is always under 15 minutes. The doctor is always familiar with my medical records and well prepared to answer any questions I have. I am never hurried through the appointment and enough time is spent to address all my concerns. I am very happy with my doctor.
