About Me:

Coming from a family practice background, I have 6 years of experience in a wide variety of health ailments of all ages and stages of life. I am currently enjoying my time as a non-paneled nurse practitioner, meaning I can see any patient of Legacy Medical Group Northeast, for just about any reason. While I won't be anyone's assigned primary care provider, getting patients to buy-in to their own healthcare is very important to me, and shared decision-making is at the forefront of my practice. I strongly believe it is my job to tell you what I know, not what to do. I have a special interest in mental health, as it truly impacts all other aspects of our physical health. When I am not working, I am likely checking out a new restaurant with friends, doing something active in nature, or hanging out at home with my wife and four pets.
