About Me:
Dr. Calvert graduated from Brigham Young University followed by the University of Washington School of Medicine. He then completed an OB/GYN residency at the University of Utah. His interests include comprehensive prenatal care for both low and high risk pregnancies. He believes that the patient experience is as important as the outcome and works to personalize prenatal care. Dr. Calvert has received extensive training in minimally invasive surgery, including robotic surgery, and is certified by the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons in Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery – a rare certification among gynecologists. He was also named as the Honorary Resident in minimally invasive gynecology by the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
